A lawsuit has recently been filed by a man against thirty eight defendant companies. The lawsuit was filed by Cleveland J Savoy, who claims that the thirty eight defendants were responsible for his exposure to asbestos and his subsequent development of the asbestos cancer known as mesothelioma.
Savoy had already filed a previous suit against the same defendants in relation to a different asbestos related complaint. Savoy claims in his lawsuit that he was exposed to asbestos during his course of work as a carpenter.
His lawsuit claims that the companies named as defendants tried to continue manufacturing asbestos products despite knowing about the dangers associated with exposure to asbestos. He also claimed that the asbestos products were not properly tested before being deemed suitable for use.
Savoy filed the lawsuit on 5th November, and is seeking unspecified damages, costs, and various other forms of compensation. He said that he has suffered physical and mental pain, loss of earnings, and medical expenses amongst other things.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackI DONT KNOW ALOT ABOUT ASESTOS BUT WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT IT’S SUCH A PAINFUL EMOTION TO LIVE LIFE IN PAIN DUE TO SOMEONE ELSES NEGLECT.SINCE 2007 IVE BEEN DEALING WITH A WRONGFUL DEATH CASE AND I CAN’T EVEN PUT MY PAIN INTO WORDS.MY OB DOCTOR CAUSED THE DEATH OF MY BEAUTIFUL TWIN BOYS SHE GAVE ME MEDICATION CONTRAINDICATED.IT’S BEEN SUCH A STRUGGLE TO KEEP FROM BEING SILENCED.EACH DAY IS A JOURNEY,I REFUSE TO LET MY BOYS DIE IN VAIN.I WILL FIGHT UNTIL I GET JUSTICE.WITH A LAWYER IT WOULD BE EASIER,WITHOUT A LAWYER IS DIFFICULT BUT IT’S A MUST.I AM THEIR VOICE.
