Well it was a curious program to say the least. We had to battle a rather large technical problem 10 minutes before we went on air. BTR decided to dump callers coming in to the program. Those callers were the panel! After resetting the program and switchboard three times I was faced with the situation of no panel, and 28 seconds till going live. I decided to go live and explain that there were problems, of course no sooner did I do that than than the switchboard started working again.
We had our full panel of experts, Jan and Simon Barrett, TJ Hart of WSKY 97.3, William Cobra Staubs, Denny Griffin, and Levi Page.
It has been a strange and frustrating week in the search for missing Haleigh Cummings. I have to admit that it was with some trepidation that I went on air. An unfortunate reality of the news business is that for one one reason or another not all news can be shared. Some problems lay in confidentiality, some in proof, and some in less savory arenas.
Due to events that occurred over the past 24 hours, I decided to skip certain lines of inquiry. But that is not to say that I will not be revisiting them at a later date. Because, one way or another I will. To say I am seething, does not do justice, but justice will be done at some point!
It was still a lively 90 minutes. All of our panelists had lots to say, as did our callers.
The panel is very split on Haleigh Cummings, some assume she is dead, and when you look at the statistics that is a very reasonable assumption. Levi Page pointed out that the stats show that if a child is not found in the first 48 hours, the chances of finding the child alive diminish at an alarming rate.
Tommy Croslin Jr managed to rack up yet another arrest this week for supposedly smacking his father with a bag of DVD’s. As Cobra pointed out, who wants to fight at 8am in the morning? TJ Hart gave us the ‘guest list’ of this fracas, Lisa and Frank Croslin Sr, and Nay Nay Prevatt. The police report also mentions another witness, the name is redacted, but they did a less than stellar job on the redaction. It took me less than the blink of an eye to see that the redacted minor was none other than Misty Croslin. Now I could be wrong, but this group of folks do not look like people that wake up early. Was 8am bed time? Had they all been up all night?
I think it is fair to say that many nerves are frayed in the search for Haleigh Cummings. As a reporter I have to comment that those frayed nerves seem more from the people that care, than the families involved.
I still believe that the missing puzzle piece is hiding in plain sight, and we are missing it. It is something insignificant, but it is there.
By no means do I want to suggest that PCSO has not done the best job they possibly have done. I still think that that key piece is there for the finding. I will even go so far as to tread in the same foot steps as my very good friend TJ Hart. That back door, the laundry, that in my opinion is where the clue might lay.
Oops, I went completely off track, but I thought I should share my thoughts.

I’m glad you are using boundaries in reporting if you feel legitimately concerned. It’s even more frustrating for those of us, who have no dogs in the fight, only truth, to even know less.
Guessing, hehehe no talk of the internet, blogosphere, Kim/Crystal, and forum topics were spoken of intentionally as it was the hot mess news for this week along with Tommy’s repeated arrests showing a possible decline in mentality and hyper drug use causing one to imagine the driving underlying forces.
Stay on it Simon, push. I’m upset with LE, for the fact of not using opportune times to give Haleigh a public “Plead” keeping her name in the minds of the public. No matter what they know or think they know, there’s no arrest so obviously not enough substantial facts in order to do so, which leads me to think they need more info. Wave the reward money.
I’m wondering who or what seemed to frighten your panel to the point of not being able to function properly tonight.
It was quite obvious, and it gave me the jeebies. Are we all to back off? Says who?
Where does that leave HaLeigh? Where does that leave Jr.?

Seems to me that not too many give a horses a– any more about those children,it seems to be more fun to keep throwing everyone under a buss.Like I said days ago,as much dirt digging and mud slinging they should of found Little Haleigh by now.What a shame she is still lost.Stop giving those low life pond scums so much attention and find away to bring Haleigh home.Why not stop worrying about those other fund raising events and accounts and Simon and Jan you get one started and put that money to good use and get a PI to work on it.Someone needs to do something.Wish I had the funds to do it because I would love to find that child.And the children that are lost.And I do care and have fell in love with that little girl.Wish I could take her in and raise her. Simon and Jan, gold stars as usual, for continuing to do what you do for Haleigh. Do me a favor though and remind Levi that his statistics only speak for stranger abductions. LE has said and ONLY said from the very beginning “NON STRANGER ABDUCTION”. For us little people out here, that reads “FAMILY ABDUCTION”. And that is a whole other set of statistics, if you want to talk about them. They show that more often than not the child is removed from the state.
While we all sit down to have Thanksgiving this year, maybe an extra prayer is in order so that Haleigh might be found and brought home to her real family before Christmas. I know for a fact that Haleigh’s family is frayed to the very end. Just because you don’t see them online doesn’t mean they aren’t hurting and crying. I know they are. Media doesn’t follow unless something new develops or comes out. Searching is out of the question, and LE doesn’t want them out there anyway. They sit by their phones and hope it rings and hope and pray every time that it does, that it is about Haleigh coming home. You can take this to the bank.

As far as the rest I don’t know what’s going on or whether anyone knows what’s happened to Haleigh. Perhaps some new clues are coming to light! We just have to keep praying.
I also want to add, that I for one, would not be SHOCKED to find that a sex predetor got into the home and took Haleigh.
There is always a “1st” time for a predetor. I also think the HILLBILLIES of this county are way too stupid to pull anything over the LE heads. So I continue to think that Haleigh, in the care of Misty was taken by a stranger.

Kind of OT… I was in a Border’s bookstore the other day and saw a magazine (can’t remember which one) that said something like gone without a trace and had Adji and the California Valentine’s day lamb girl and other missing children but not Haleigh… I only recognized the 2 but the others I never heard of… Thought it was odd that with the attention Haleigh’s been getting she wouldn’t have been included…

But Pinkey, I’m not sure that “agreeing to disagree” quite fits the possibility that KP flat out lied or interfered in the investigation of Haleigh’s disappearance – whether legally or not with all her big mouth and shenanigans and accusations against Ron.

But I do know that you would be the first to insist that the focus be on Haleigh. The problem is some people put themselves first way back starting in March! And some of them still are. The reason we want to look into it is to show what really happened and possibly find out info about Haleigh’s disappearance that maybe could have been known BACK THEN! So some stuff has to be looked into.

Hi, Bmore! That was People magazine. And when they were asked why Haleigh’s photo was not on the cover the mag said they had called “the family” and “left a message” for permission but “never heard back.”
Don’t know who they called or what kind of message they left so it’s still a mystery. But that’s the excuse the mag gave anyway.

It had Brittanee Drexel the NY girl that went missing on spring break in Myrtle Beach… The California girl is Amber Dubois… The kids that were featured on NG I’ve heard of but none of the others…
A non-stranger abduction does not mean a family member. It means that it was somebody who had previous knowledge of HaLeigh. Could be milkman, mailman, AC man, neighbor, bag boy at the grocery store, a family friend or acquaintance, a family member.
It means that it wasn’t just somebody driving by seeing a child and snatching the child without knowing the child.
According to Betsy Gleick Executive Editor of People Magazine, to her knowledge nobody from the magazine contacted family members. She said she did not know if anybody from NCMEC made contact or attempted to contact any family member. She was going to check further and if she found different information she would let us know.
There was another comment here that has been removed without mentioning why it was removed. I find that a little scary.
True that Hangon. You’re absolutely correct, non strange abduction. I retract my statement, but to me, it speaks volumes. To me it says someone who knew Haleigh well. And I’m still left wondering why every single family member has not been polygraphed. And that includes Marie Griffis. There is no way she had a voice test as she claims. That takes a specialist and we would have heard about Ronald taking one and Misty taking one way before Tim Miller got the bright idea.

Also, hangnon – is People Mag now saying they never considered Haleigh for the cover? And that’s why she’s not on it? If that’s true then whoever posted the other reason – which was intended to make the family look like they didn’t care about haleigh – was really wrong (on purpose or by accident I wonder?).
I Care – I have a bad memory but I THINK that post made some pretty slimey allegations and perhaps that is why it was removed. Don’t be scared. Jan and Simon try to keep stuff like that out of here. morning all, thank you to Jan and Simon for hanging onto this case, I get the definite feeling that they, along with TJ, and others that have been reporting from the beginning know more than they can share with us, which sort of scares me because I think it mean Haleigh is not with us anymore, except in the spiritual sense. I am also so glad to see the bloggers that day after day wait for something to break and the mystery of Haleigh’s disappearance to be solved. I was not surprised not to see coverage about Haleigh in the People magazine, she has received far more coverage than any of the people they featured in their article.
That’s true, oceanviewnan. Poor Adji for example has practically been forgotten as far as I’ve seen.
m2c — some of the RSO’s in the area are going to be strangers, others are not since they live in close proximity to the MH. I also think that more investigation should have been put on the RSO’s that lived in close proximity to also extend to those RSO’s friends that live in the area or elsewhere.
While I am holding onto the belief this was a family member abduction, I believe that ALL possibilities need to be investigated.
My impression on the People Mag article was that the info was from NCMEC so NCMEC may have also been the ones that chose which missing children were to be featured. Just my gut feeling on that though, no confirmation.

Hangnon @ 10:38am I agree. And I don’t have a problem with Haleigh not being on the cover of People. There are SO many missing children and Hadji for one has had no coverage of any kind that I’ve seen except for mentions here.
My only concern about the cover was that a blogger said the reason she was not on the cover was basically the parents’ fault. Don’t know where they got that idea if the mag is saying different now.
tobias: I don’t know why naynay would be there either – maybe sharing drugs; maybe Misty’s the closest thing to a celebrity that NayNay has ever met. Who knows why these people do what they do? Or, worse, they’re hatching or patching a cover-up! Yikes!
Just curious but does anyone know if Mario Mcneil has any relatives or friends in the area? I would like to see Chad Reynolds found too ,just to tie up loose ends.
Also why wont LE investigate the tip of the sheds and property of Misty S. Snodgraa step daughter? Are they afraid something may show up out there related or unrelated to the case? Has anyone followed the Cleveland ohio strangler with 11 bodies in his house and yard LE dropped the ball for years on that mess.
Just to clear up something, Misty S. is not Snodgrass’s stepdaughter. Her mother was never married to him. Someone else please correct me if I am wrong but I believe that Snodgrass lived with her mother and Misty now has legal Guardianship of her mother.

I also want to add, that although I have visited/read only a few other sites, I have found – without question – that THIS site has always allowed the most freedom (with the excepton of cursing, personal attacks on bloggers and possibly such unfounded accusations that they dont deserve the space here to do that. I suspect the recently removed ones were of the latter variety.
At other blogs they remove posts because – for example – a comment is positive about Ron but most of the bloggers there are Ron-haters. Same goes with sites where members are mostly pro-Ron and against Crystal. It’s true censorship depending on the point of view of the site’s moderator/owner. One site tries to “respect” the family members and therefore allows NO posts that offer facts or theories about any member of the family. Why they even have a site about this case is beyond me. That leaves very little to talk about IMO.
So please, folks. THIS site has always offered the most freedom of expression that I’ve seen.
I mean it.
But Jan and Simon have certain standards both personal and professional that they have a right (it’s their site) and duty (legal and within the bounds of decency and not slander for example) to uphold. So if there was potentially slanderous stuff or unfounded allegations on those posts maybe that’s why they had to go.
Don’t worry about it too much and just be glad you’re here. JMO
Hi, Tobias! Yes I’ve read some about that Cleveland case. I can’t believe LE didn’t pick up on that SMELL (for one thing). Don’t they check out the background of people in the area (like this guy’s rap sheet, parole etc)?
Same with Jaycee Dugard’s kidnapper. A neighbor complains and the cop stands out in the front yard talking to the guy?
The only thing I could think of in the latter case (maybe the former too) is that those police departments do not provide their officers with the kind of computer info – in their cars – that would allow them to look up the background of the people they are talking to or who are nearby. The other factor is that in both cases I believe the criminals’ last known crimes were like battery or something.
So maybe LE needs to take those crimes a bit more seriously since obviously criminals wise-up and cover up their later worse crimes.
BOLDONE3 – I welcome the company on the fence. It’s very uncomfortable here, so bring a pillow for your tush.
I believe LE said (or maybe somebody said LE said) that the blood spatter in the shed was not human, consistent with animal blood. They do have testing kits to test blood on scene to determine if it is human or animal. They don’t have to take samples and send to the lab to determine that.
I have been really down concerning the Haleigh case lately. I feel like she went missing, Misty and Ron marry, Misty and Ron split up, Misty moves away. Everyone goes on their merry little way except Haleigh. Trouble has followed Misty and probably always will but we are still apparently no closer to finding Haleigh. One (or more)of the major players knows but it seems like they are now just putting it behind them, Que Sera’ Sera’. Thank you Simon and Jan for keeping this in the news, there doesn’t seem to be anything else out there.
As well as the chronic fence-jumper, who’s top theory jumps the fence on culpability daily. Is that terrible of me? To have serious doubts & reservations about both sides and find it hard, if not impossible to be impartial depending on what day it is? LOL Sorry, don’t mean to offend.

Me too! I mean NO disrespect to PCSO but the sample will only be as good as the effort put into collecting it. Can’t there be a further look taken to erase ALL doubts in that area? I am HIGHLY suspicious of his ex-girlfriend’s “seizures”. She may really be having very severe PTSD flashbacks about what’s she’s seen. If not Haleigh then maybe another child he hurt, even if he didn’t kill them. You know what I mean? I feel his case being left on the shelf due to the witnesses against him losing interest in testifying is a travesty. Is anyone asking these girls if they are feeling pressured to keep silent? Is it even remotely possible they have been told that Haleigh’s disappearance his to do with them and thier prosecution of DS, even if it’s not true. They could still be traumatized into beleiving it. Thier father was the one who involved them with DS to begin with, what is his stance at this time? Is it possible that he has added pressure on them to “let it go”? Was the real motivation about teaching them to ride a unicycle? Didn’t the father think it was odd that they’d be riding the unicycle inside? In a bedroom? With flashes going off? Does that sound odd to anyone else? If mean if he’s outside. in the evening, standing around a fire while they are being abused by him….wouldn’t he question what they were doing? I wouldn’t leave my child, girl or boy, with someone I barely knew for a SECOND much less full access. I smell BS!
I think the theory about gma skyes having morphine patches and Haleigh thinking they were mini tatoos is a good one and would explain a cover up to keep their granny from facing any time for accidental death. havnt read all the posts today so i’m goung back now to see if anybody else thinks that sounds plausible.
mel22 – What would ggma sykes’ patches be doing at Ron’s MH? They were not living with her when Haleigh went missing. To me it’s more likely that some other kind of drug or something that could hurt a child – especially a medically fragile child like Haleigh -would be around.
Boldone, IMO there are probably alot of people who know what happened to little Haleigh, but they cannot prove it, especially without a body.
I am hoping the stress of the holidays and the Croslin clan being in such close confines with the DCS breathing down their necks over Tommy’s latest idiocy will bring matters to a head. But I don’t know, with all the alledged drug use in the family they may have actually forgotten whatever part they may have had in Haleigh’s disappearance. I just don’t know anymore, and really hate that she is still missing especially with the holidays upon us.
Holly’s Gmom and hangnon.. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, there is nothing about Animal blood that could or would be mask from Human. And if they ran DNA on the Blood, there is not way that it could show Human from Animal. Because, an example: Haleigh’s Mitochondrial DNA with be a perfect Match to her Bio-Mom.. No exceptions “0″. So, if PCSO stated it was Animal Blood, it has nothing to do with Human, so the Shed is…………>out.
Now, you cannot have an anticipated Stranger Abduction, when PCSO still declares this as a Family Abduction. They have reasons to believe it is any different than as they project.
Now, if Cobra wants to believe that Haleigh has passed, then let him, thats his opinion.. but, do not take that as a given. If Cobra had no evidence to conflict with PCSO, advising they believe she is still alive.
I’m sure he would turned this evidence in to PCSO, that the case would be at a virtually cold state, waiting for someone to stumble on a body.. But, it has not happened in that manner.
But, it could become an issue with people continuing to look for Haleigh!! If People believe she is Dead, no one is going to look for her in the Public, and if they saw her, gosh they would think gosh, it can’t be her because Cobra said she was Dead!!!!

Oceanview….When I stated Cobra, Simon, Jan, etc…knowing what happened, I should go one step further-and say if anyone in that hick town knew or had suspusion’s, they would have broke already. They can’t outsmart LE or the FBI. I honestly don’t believe the people of hick county know what happened. Theories. Theories that has been explored by LE already. And that takes me back to a predator, first time predator who came in and took the child. I don’t know.

Cobra, who else? He said it on the show yesterday. I’ve never heard of morphine patches anyway just fentanyl patches and I don’t think there is a morphine one and never heard it used for any heart condition. It’s for chronic pain.

Wasn’t she claiming that she was dropping off laundry that the kids had left at her house recently? Haleigh could have found her patches when they were at her house and taken some home, although I would think Grandma would keep them locked up, away from the children, but mistakes DO happen. But it wouldn’t make sense that the family would cover up a death for that reason, I mean, sure, the person who left the patches out where a child would get to them would be guilty to some degree, not legally, though, I wouldn’t think, the person who would really be responsible would be the person who found her in distress, or worse, and did not call 911.
Yes, transdermal patches… at one time my sister had to use them. Side effects can be very bad!!!!!

Nicotine is toxic to the nervous system let alone the cancerous carcinogens and puts the nervous system into overdrive even from a filtered cigarette. I know I once felloff a roof while roofing from using chew. The other guys were jabbing me to try it and i forgot to spit it once , turned four shades of green and stepped off accidentally. Luckily I fell onto a heaped up pile of sand and only sprained my knee. Some peoples systems are not accustomed to that and if that could turn a 19 yr old green (and in decent shape at the time) then imagine a 5 yr olds reaction. sounds like a really bad experience, mel22. I will make this observation, if Haleigh got hold of a nictine pathc it obviously was not from Ron or Misty. I would be interested to know if someone in the family was trying to quit smoking. But let’s be real, she could have injested cleaning fluids from under the sink, for all we know, I doubt keeping hazardous chemicals from small children was high on Misty’s list of priorities.

My understanding is that the FBI came in the beginning, and left. Period. Left. Everyone keeps thinking they are there, but they are NOT. I have been told repeatedly that the FBI is not involved any longer. After the first two or three weeks, poof. Gone. PCSO has jurisidiction and the FBI has to be invited back in. When they left, they told PCSO to call if they needed help or wanted back up. That is standard procedure.
I could not understand this, and it took weeks of pounding on my head to believe they were not still involved. I believe that my teacher said that FBI ONLY takes the case over if it’s certain a missing person has gone over state lines or if the local LE asks for assistance. Now if I’m wrong, please just link me up something showing me FBI is still in town working on Haleigh, and I’ll gladly and humbly forward it to my teacher.
No TB you are right. FBI is only there to assist with what PCSO asks them to help with. We have seen PCSO in action, not following up on tips that are out of the state of Florida, so I doubt they are asking the FBI for help

Who knows, everybodys theories including my own or the panels are ALL speculation, otherwise there would be a body or arrest and theres neither. Everyhthing is speculation at this point. Apparently LE has ruled everything out and the only next possibilty theory is she was taken by aliens. Seriously though and I’m not trying to be funny but how can LE not even have a POI in this case. There has to be at least a person of interest or it must already be a cold case in their minds and if thats the case then I dont have the means or time to spend on this case any longer as well. Do you think that Haleigh was a part of the events that occured and she could have “flirted” innocently back – or became buddies with the perpertrator(sp). Did Haleigh wake up, to find Misty with someone, and that someone got paranoid, removing her?
Misty doesn’t strike me as someone who would allow something deliberate to happen to Haleigh – simply because of her fear from
Ron. Remember how terrible he was speaking to her when he got home that night? Who allows their slutty girlfriend back in their home after what she did? Ron hopefully has spoken the truth re those events and the police have a good description on the players involved with Misty’s escapade.
Misty is 17. She was angry with Ron and left the home. They talked, got back together, decided to try and work it out.
Now do people really believe that Misty came back telling Ron that she had spent her days away drugging it up with her buddy Nay Nay, who Ron does not want Misty hanging with, and that she was out sexing it up with some guy?
What 17 year old would tell her bf that? I have a very good suspicion that Ron did not know about Misty’s romp until days after HaLeigh was missing. I figure Ron probably found out about the time that it was said that Misty was back staying with her family and not in the tent.
Thunder Bunny – I think you’re right. The FBI may come initially but then leaves. I don’t understand that. Obviously they’re better equipped than any podunk town that’s never had a missing child before.
And there is often a conflict between locals and Feds. I don’t know if any of those “tips” about seeing Haleigh in other parts of the country were true – Massachusetts and Georgia for example – but I wonder if PCSO did check them out or just ignored them because they’re convinced of whatever theory they’ve come up with. If so, then maybe the FBI would kindly follow-up on those out of town sightings. I’m sure if PCSO did not follow up they probably never passed them on to the FBI either.
I know detectives from Florida went to Mass over Labor Day to interview Timmy and Chelsea. There had been a sighting near there then but I never heard anything more about that or whether those detectives looked into it.

We must stand together united for a front for good and Haleigh. Remember, because of the good standing, many inappropriate, evil, misled deeds and acts have been exposed and shown to not be tolerated by the caring public. Though it may appear some do not have to answer for what they do, Lo they will.
Haleigh’s case appears to have been cool if not cold since the beginning folks, if we’re really honest with each other. For the past 8 or 9 months the focus and bashing was on Ron (and Misty) thanks IMO to the derailment of the investigation by the entrance of KP and the custody issue and the horrible allegations and mis-information (outright lies and invented rumors) that many bloggers and others bought into.
Was it less than a week ago that we learned what had really happened? That we learned some truths about Crystal for the FIRST TIME? That now, for some reason, people are finally opening up their minds to possibilities other than at Ron’s hands? You say “facts are facts” well it sure would have been nice to know them 9 months ago! We may not yet know all of them!
And you ask us – after less than a week – to STOP looking at Crystal’s side of the family?
Nope. They still have not been investigated fully IMO.
I don’t pretend to know who is responsible for Haleigh’s disappearance but I do know that it needs to be fully investigated OBJECTIVELY – possibly started all over again.

Good morning, all, I see some of you are up bright and early. Kool is right we need to be a united front for Haleigh. I am sad to know that the FBI is no longer involved, I guess I was one of the ones who thought they still were. And for a case that is 9 months old, we know precious little, I vascillate between thinking the PCSO either knows alot more than we do or not much more than we do, either way it is very discouraging to me. And in my opinion, the interest in Haleigh would have died out a long time ago if the family HADN’T acted out like they have been from the beginning, starting with the synchronized smoking videos, the tat, the wedding, the seizures, the KP fiasco, the arrests, and on and on ad naseum. Let’s face it, there are alot of missing chhildren no one talks about anymore, Adji, Hassani, Lindsey, Amber, just to name a few. But their familes have not prostituted their lives for all the world to see, and to judge. Did Haleigh’s family think all the exposure would benefit them finding their child? Or was it for their own 15 minutes of fame. I don’t know.
I think we may never know what happened to little Haleigh, or where she is. Maybe someday she will appear out of the mists of time, like Jaycee. In the meantime, I cannot imagine her feelings if at the age of 5 she was ripped out of the bosom of her family and sent to live with strangers, wondering where her parents are and why don’t they come and get her. It is obvious to me she loved her father very much. In the meantime, I will continue to pray for her, and search for her smiling face on every street corner, and in every store. And I will beg…..please, if you are reading here, please bring her back to her family.

Primarily I would like to state, I am still very much working on this, just haven’t been posting.
We are absolutely sick to our stomach over the B.S. in this case. Unless you have heard it, first hand from the horse’s mouth do not believe a word of it. Just to let you know there are still posters who are slinging the B.S. to suit their own interest.
We have gotten knee deep, and in some situations a little over our heads, into this case now.
We are at this time wallowing in the muck and mire of the “He said, she said” games all of this case has brought out.
No wonder L.E. are running around chasing their tails. Everyone contradicts everyone else. In addition, most of the times they even contradict themselves. It is unreal.
So many people playing so many games, seems they are out to cover their own a** and do not care one iota about Haleigh. It is not just the Lawyers and the Media it is rampant throughout the county.
Just an FYI, No amount of reward money, is going to unglue the mouths of the people in the “know,” they are in fear of bodily harm or even worse, harm to their family or even death.

Sadly I have to admit that I do agree with Lawshrink on this case. I also believe that it is a cold case and has been from shortly after it started.
I haven’t figured out just yet who is the most responsible but there are several that could and should accept some of the blame.
There are things that have come from both sides of Haleigh’s family that have hurt this case in a major way. There are things that have been done by people that shouldn’t have been involved in the first place, that have hurt this case.
It is just sad and sickening to me the way that this case has gone. Even more worrisome to me is the fact that there doesn’t appear to be an end in sight.
FBI may have very well told PSCO that this is an inside job.

I’m going to have to disagree w/ this. The search for Shaniya was hampered by deer carcasses that had been dumped in the same area her body was found. The dogs had alot of trouble and even passed w/i 5 feet of her body and didn’t alert the first time by. So I do think animal blood causes problems for the dogs.
I do not believe Misty is as terrified of Cousin Joe as she lets on.

I was under the impretion that a living person or animal blood splatter and adead animal blood splatter is remarkably different. Due to the blood pressure in a living and no pressure in a dead one. So how would you kill a live deer in the shed? Turkeys usually have their necks wrung and are left hangin to drain blood. Most people also field dress deer.
We work up the deer in our kitchen, but some friends of ours take their deer to a processor, usually a guy with a shed in his yard. But that’s just how we do things in GA.

More trouble for the family of missing Putnam County girl Haliegh Cummings.
The father of the woman who was at home when Haleigh went missing has been arrested for doctor shopping.
Police say 41-year old Hank Croslin Senior acquired hundreds of Oxycodone and Hydrocodone pills from three different doctors earlier this year.
Croslin has been charged with withholding information from a practitioner.
Police found this information as part of their investigation into the disappearance of the young girl.
There have been a series of arrests of family members connected to this case, but none have been involved with the disappearance
To me Hank is the weakest link. LE can make him talk if they question him. He will give up everybody once he starts going through withdrawals.

I know just what your meaning is! I’ve been talking about it for months now. I’ve stated many times that I feel that “those in the know” are being or feeling threatened into silence, even to the point of fearing for thier lives. I saw the video of Ruby saying once she told all she knew, she would have to relocate. She is not joking! It does happen that in other towns, states, and cases that LE can not be trusted. Even if it is just one corrupt official, it throws everything into chaos and the truth is almost impossible to find. I thank you for taking your own time to look into this issue and to search for the thruth. Please keep up the good work. If there is information you need, we are here to assist in anyway we can.

I am thankful to God that I have a loving family to share the special day of Thanksgiving.
When I reflect on what I have to be thankful for on Thanksgiving Day, I will also remember the many families whose children are missing or have been murdered and say a special prayer for them. I know it will be a very painful time for them . . . an empty plate and seat at their table.

I teared up reading the Thanksgiving posts, you guys are of a high caliber of character. Thanks Justice for the linked updates, it’s tuff keeping any type of organization in this style format, but it’s gettin the news out there.
Hank Sr. arrest makes one wonder, again, what’s going on. Why is this family apparently taking a spiral downward since Haleigh’s abduction. Why? Is it taking the focus away, or continually being a Divine Intervention to have a look in that direction? I’m trusting in those that are good honest people to keep it real, about the child, and to wade through all of the inappropriate muck to find answers. They will come because we’re not giving up.

The grand Poobah of the Croslin clan is back in jail, charged with obtaining HUNDREDS of pills illegally, you know he wasn’t taking all of them, I bet he was making money selling them, who’s the drug dealer in the family now? Those poor children, having to go to school with all their classmates and their parents knowing their grandfather is in jail on drug charges.
Hank will sing as soon as he finds a way to make a deal for the reward money so he can post bail. IMO. How in the world will the family find the money to get him out otherwise? $750 is alot of money.

Has anyone looked into that car wreck he got into prior to Haliegh coming up missing? Desperate people do terrible things to get drugs, like hurting themselves. Maybe he owes people money too. this is just a theory and not a fact, other than he did have a car wreck.

A little off topic, but does anyone know what “SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM” means? Several Subpoenas were served from Snodgrass’s case last week and this term was used for the Subpoena sent to William Cotter. Also I found it interesting that land owned by this person is right on the river off of Hwy 17/Dunns Creek Rd. Does anyone know how he figures into Snodgrass’s case?

Art harris reported that the Croslin bunch are trying to get the 750.00 to get papa out of jail for Thanksgiving. I for one would like to see everyone but Lindsy and the kids in jail.What is she thinking? The MH is in her name, boot every last one of them out of there so you can keep your kids safe at home. Do you suppose they got it wrong when they said misty was buying drugs at the appartments? Maybe she was selling and got her drugs, purse and money stole. Thats why later she is with PaPa at the fast food place and why she went to Tennessee. To let things other than her head cool off. I wondered where all that bail money was coming from. Has anyone added up the bail money thats been spent?

Tobias…you ask where this money is coming from. In their world, this is what they do for one another. They bail each other out of jail. They loan money for ciggs, beer & gas. This is where the one’s that do work, where their money goes. They are very loyal to each other. Maybe because they lack the love and security of their families, not sure.
Sorry, if I am coming across as cruel, but I am so tired of this epidemic in this country with children hurt, gone missing, killed, etc..And YES it is turning into an epidemic.
