In July 2008 we all remember the infamous 911 call in Orlando made from Cindy Anthony reporting the disappearance of her then 2 year old granddaughter, Caylee Anthony.
Now the stranger part of this call is the fact that the child had been missing for 31 days and the mother claimed the baby’s “Nanny” took the child and hasn’t been seen since. The story gets stranger as the days go by. The car which was Caylee’s mother’s was reported on several occasions to have smelled like a dead body had been in it which later once she knew she was only hurting her daughter’s case, Cindy decided to tell everyone it was only the smell of rotten pizza in the trunk of the car.
Casey claimed she worked at Universal Studios and even went as far as to attempt to show officers exactly where her office was only waiting til they got to the end of the hallway before she finally turned around and was forced to admit she had been lying saying she really didn’t work there.
It turned out that Casey hadn’t been working for a while which if she had been my daughter I would have to ask now if she wasn’t working what she even needed a Nanny for to begin with. Unfortunately authorities have come to the conclusion that the accusation that a “Nanny” took Caylee was made up and no such nanny even existed.
In October Casey Anthony was indicted by the Florida Grand Jury on murder in the first degree and the state has decided to ask for the death penalty, even though little Caylee’s body had not even been found.
George and Cindy Anthony have been accused (and with damn good reason) of helping cover up for their daughter. It is as if they have turned their back on their only grandchild who they claim is who they lived for, all to protect their daughter who most of the world seem to think is guilty as sin of killing her own daughter because she was merely a nuisance to her lifestyle. She reportedly broke it off with her fiance which he claims it was because she was jealous thinking he loved Caylee more than her.
On December 11, 2008 an Orange County meter reader claimed he was walking along the edge of a wooded area not far from the Anthony’s home and needed to relieve himself when he spotted a garbage bag and when he called the police it was discovered it was filled with the remains of little Caylee Marie Anthony. Her little bones had been scattered all over the area and it took the team of investigators days before they finally found all that they could to start making a case in this.
Roy Kronk was brought in by the defense team to be deposed and after being questioned under oath the defense team filed a motion suggesting that Kronk may be the one that killed Caylee. Kronk’s lawyer, David Evans says his client is a witness not a suspect and he has cooperated completely with the law enforcement. He says, as I personally believe that the defense team is trying to find someone to blame other than the person they are defending, Casey Anthony. I have to ask, “Has Bozo (oops I mean Baez) lost his mind?”
The defense is claiming in their motion which was filed Friday that they have evidence that calls into question about Kronk’s past. They say it includes a history of inappropriate behavior with young girls, abuse towards women, using duct tape to restrain women, involvement in an imaginary world of violence and fantasy and evidence that he knew where Caylee’s remains were weeks before he reported it.
Of course Kronk vehemently denies these allegations against him and is confident he will be vindicated.
OK so what happens if this doesn’t work. They seem to have tried pinning this on Jesse Grund, or his father Richard Grund who was smeared on the National Enquirer as holding a religious ritual to kill her, or that the Nanny did it, and now Roy Kronk? They want to pin it on anyone but the one who did this. Are they going to go back to the Nanny theory if Roy Kronk can prove he is innocent? This seems like a pattern for them.
Everyone knows who killed this lovely little girl and this person needs to pay dearly for it. I hardly think it was Roy Kronk. I still think that all the Anthony’s know exactly what happened to that precious angel and now they are covering for their daughter not to mention their own web of lies.
I guess the truth will eventually come out. Personally I think Casey Anthony should be put in with the other prisoners and quit giving her special privileges. I bet one of those women in there that hate child killers would set her straight and get the truth out of her as well.
I still pray for Caylee every night that she will one day be able to rest in peace knowing that she finally gets the justice she deserves. Please don’t forget to say your prayers for all these babies. They need someone out there to fight for them to save them. If we could only save one at least it would be a blessing but I would prefer to be able to protect them all. I know I can’t but it sure can’t hurt me wanting to. God Bless All of Them!

When Caylee’s remains were found, Before they even had proof it was Caylee, Baez was on the scene wanting to investigate. That in itself proves to me he has known all along that Casey killed Caylee.
I hope in the end when Casey is convicted for killing Caylee, that Kronk and the Grund’s and everyone else who has fell victim in Casey & Baez’s poison, all Sue both Casey and Baez.

I know there is a ton of evidence against Cailey, but something is just not right with the Kronk guy and his early involvement, then finding her later. I’d like to know more about his past of violence and with little girls. Maybe he is a pedophile.

They have information that we haven’t heard and I bet they know for certain that Casey did it. I wonder why Kronk called 3 times back in August, but waited until December 11 to go back there? There are some statements to these effects running around out there that were supposedly made by his own brother, sister-in-law, and I think ex-brother in law. I could be wrong about the last. I am not saying they are true, just that they are out there and that it would be nice if someone could verify and then hopefully refute it. Most just ignore it as irrelevantas it really makes no sense as a theory/defense since Casey used the Gonzales cover.
First I want to say this. Several lawyers and expert witnesses and even a cop or two made a name for themselves with the OJ Simpson case. Things in that case were muddled and manipulated
and lines were crossed and it was called the trial of the century.
I get the distinct feeling that Baez thinks he is the Spanish version of Johnny Cochran. The problem is that this case is soooooo cut and dried that he doesn’t understand that noone is going to believe, now or down the road, that his client didn’t kill her daughter.
I won’t be surprised to see a finding of ineffective council and a retrial done in this case.

I agree with your 6:02 am. I’m just hoping that everything that the judge and state have done to help - literally help - Bozo do things technically correctly plus the endless opportunities they’ve given the monster to SEE for herself what an inept clown he is will prevent any claims of “ineffective counsel” down the road. I think the prosecution anticipated that long ago and has been trying hard to prevent it.
Do you think that Kronk can sue Bozo and the flying loons for accusing him of murdering Caylee? I would LOVE to see all the money Bozo has collected end up with Kronk!

What a crock! The defense has blamed everyone under the sun for killing Caylee, except for the baby killer Casey that they are defending. And that’s right, Casey is a baby killer!!! And Sindy and Georgette are guilty of covering up for their murderer daughter with their consistent lying (the only thing they have been consistent about) and should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t trust anyone in this family. They copyrighted Caylee Marie Anthony’s name almost since day 1. What loving grandparents would think about making money off of her? These people have dollar signs for eye pupils. I won’t be buying their book (which will be found in fiction area of your local bookstore) and give this family a penny of my money. I will not buy any book from the DUH-fense team either. I am sure I won’t be the only one boycotting the Ant’s and the DUH-fense team so they don’t make a penny from me and I urge all others to do the same. Seems like the only thing this dysfunctional family understands is money, and what better way to get their attention than not to give them any. In the end, their bratty, slutty, lying, thieving, murdering daughter will be found guilty and at the minimum be spending the rest of her miserable life in prison. She deserves nothing less.
OK, I’m still waiting for the punchline, Bozo.

I think the defense kept “fishing” for someone vulnerable enough to try to pin it on in a desperate try for “reasonable doubt.” It didn’t work with Rev Grund, or Jesse, or Tony or even Amy or anyone else they named so far.
But it looks like poor Kronk has enough flaws in his past (if what we’re hearing is even true) and some PO’d ex-wives who love the limelight so I guess Bozo has found what he was looking for. I just hope it doesn’t work.
I truly hope that Mark Nejame or someone of his capabilities steps in to defend Kronk and smashes Bozo like the fat little bug he is.
A poster in this article has stated that Bill Schaeffer of WFTV has some excellent legal insights into this case. The poster is absolutely correct. He states that once again the Baez team has filed an incorrect motion. They are seeking to have extra evidence put into the trial. The motion they are using is actually a motion used to keep evidence OUT!
One wonders if Ms. Lyons,who is touted to be the cream of the crop of defense lawyers, has lost her mind. It is absolutely mind boggling to see the defense team again doing a media blitz with absolutely no facts to be dispensed. Baez appeared on Jane Velez Mitchell’s show last night and most of his answers to some tough questions consisted of “the truth will come out at trial”. This is like mercury dancing around on a plate, no substance.I believe that these motions are filed to try to sway a potential jury pool, but I think that this particular motion has definitely crossed the line of moral decency!

I bet Lyons is busy “teaching,” possibly using her “students” to write some of these motions OR since she’s probably not even IN Florida she may not see them before Bozo submits them. That’s the only excuse I can think of UNLESS Bozo is sincerely trying to screw up so that Monster can claim ineffective counsel later. But I can’t believe he’d sacrifice himself and his career in that way, do you?
The only other thing I can think of is one day in front of the jury, Bozo will look all sad and pitiful and say “I submitted dozens of motions (to try to…whatever) and they were all denied.” Of course the jury would assume that it wasn’t a fair trial, that he had worked so hard to get etc.
Otherwise it is mind-boggling trying to figure out what Bozo is doing. Or do you think he gets a bonus in pay per motion he submits?

What I’m wondering is: Since the motion they filed is technically one to EXCLUDE evidence, if the judge could say, “Sure!” and then Bozo could NOT include anything about Kronk! I think that would be great!
Of course, that does not undo the damage that Bozo and his buffoons have caused Kronk. I hope Kronk can sue them.

The funny part is, Later when Casey loses she can’t ask for a mistrial due to her idiot dream team. She already signed that paper that pretty much states she knows what her dream team is doing and approves it. She is screwed.
The sad part is, the prosecution saw this coming. They saw that the dream team isn’t in this for Casey’s defense. They tried to show her she needed a new attorney/team. She ignored it. So while she will be waiting for her death, the dream team and her family will be partying and making money on this whole ordeal.
Well, Sindee and Georgette better call and find out if the Ritz serves dinner after midnight - so they can get a reservation for after the execution.

I think this is a very informative interview (11-19-09) on the legal aspects regarding the motion Baez filed. Mr. Shaeffer does an excellent job of explaining a possible civil lawsuit that could be filed.
Mr. Shaeffer is a true professional (attorney) in his field. He explains Florida law in layman’s terms. He is very methodical.

I have a very strong feeling that Trial isn’t going to start next year. Because after listening to Bill Shaeffer, It sounds like Baez/dream team is now playing with fire. Strickland may turn this motion and all other motions over to the Bar and make complaints, as well as the prosecution. Baez/dream team has gone way over the top.
I saw the Jane Velez Mitchell show with Baez…much ado about nothing. Same answers he always gives…when the trial starts we will understand why MONSTER did not report her daughter missing and partied with gusto and got tatoos….she had COMPELLING reasons(indeed she did..she was thrilled not to be burdened by a child and her dreadful parents) Baez said the tatoo means nothing since we do not know what that message meant to Casey. Well what else could it mean than what it says..A Beautiful Life..without the aformentioned child and parents to bother her and the freedom to be a tramp with any man thatis handy. Of course Baez having added yet another member to the scheme team, a private eye, refused to answer who is funding all this!He expounded at length on the fact of how seriously he takes his position of savior to the poor defendants of the world who are considered innocent until proven guilty, and he admonished all of us to never forget to view MONSTER in this light. Well if he is trolling for potential understanding jurors, count me out!
There is NOTHING, NO EXCUSE for her partying after she had just killed Caylee except for the fact that she is a cold hearted, hmmmmm, I better not finish this sentence. So here is what I would like to know:
If the private detectives hired by the defense can dig up all this dirt on Mr. Kronk, then why can’t they find even one iota of proof that Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez (the imaginanny) exists? Surely she must have had a landlord, a driver’s license, a car registration, a beautician. friends, neighbors, old roommates, old boyfriends, a doctor, a dentist, a mechanic, someone in Orlando who knew her, or was she living in a cave with Osama Bin Laden?
By the way if Baez is going to view Kronk as the killer then why not paint Dominick Casey with the same brush. After all he was at the dump site poking holes in the ground with a rod and digging in the dirt way back in November. He certainly has major connections to each and every Anthony and to Baez and you can bet he was not digging for a live Caylee.

Also, the last I heard, when Zenaida’s lawyer was trying to depose Dominick Casey - in a court with a judge - every single question was overruled due to “client confidentiality.” Dominick Casey was claiming that he was working for Bozo all that time and so everything was an extension of attorney client privilege. He was supposed to show the signed documents sometime after that hearing but I never heard any more about it.
Does anyone know if all that confidentiality bull was allowed to stand? And if so will that carry over to the murder trial? I sure hope not.

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Anthony family’s private investigator will have to answer questions under oath in the case against Casey Anthony, but he’ll get more time to prepare.
Private Investigator Dominic Casey was set to be deposed on Thursday, but it’s been pushed back until December 16. Dominic Casey filed a motion (read) on October 21, to stop his November deposition.
Dominic has been trying to get out of the deposition. He says because he once worked for Casey’s defense team, he shouldn’t have to answer any questions.
Dominic Casey was videotaped in the woods near the Anthony family home in November, one month before Caylee Anthony’s remains were found there on December 11.

I worry about the wording of the above because he had to appear and was required to answer questions from Morgan in the Gonzales case EXCEPT the judge ruled every single question as one that he did not have to answer (because of client confidentiality).
So maybe DC was not able to prove that and really does have to answer all questions?
I hope so!
Bozo: So did “Blanchard Park Zenaida” (not Sawgrass Zenaida) give Casey the “script” she had to recite for 30 days to protect Kronk, whom Zenaida doesn’t know because she doesn’t exist? How did Kronk get a key to the Anthony’s house to get the blanket, hamper, duct tape, heart sticker, etc? How did Kronk get a key to Casey’s car to plant Caylee’s body for several days, then remove it to dispose of it? Since the defense claims the body was put there when Casey was in jail, that means that Kronk had to have dumped the body, then moved it 2 months later? If ex-wife Kerley has “known” for a year that Kronk probably killed Caylee where is her report to LE?? Has she withheld evidence for a year? About the duct tape she claims was used on her - where is the police report? She says Kronk did this once, but on further questioning she says twice. Which is it, Ms. Kerley??
There is no sense to this slanderous venom. Still, it is dangerous. The only purpose is to create reasonable doubt. Remember the OJ jury? Let’s hope the FL jurors have more common sense!

Hi, Justice! I don’t know what’s going on either. This morning on wftv.com I watched a video interview with Schaeffer where Kathi Belich asks him about the comments Lyons made in her presentation a year or so ago - when she called jurors “killers” etc.
It was in one of the little boxes they have of a variety of video news reports - usually four columns across with two or three videos in each one. It’s gone now.
m2c, thanks for letting me know you were having problems too. I saved that one in my Favorites and when I clicked on it, ‘Article Not Available’ came up.
