Ever since 97.3 The Sky and Bloggernews.net first published the public records regarding the dismissed bar complaint against a former attorney involved in the missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings dealings that was filed by the missing child’s mother on www.thesky973.com, a virtual storm of emailed claims, rebuttals and counter claims from attorney Kim Picazio and a blogger known as Kendall Clark have flooded our computers.
In the complaint, Crystal Sheffield alleged that her pro-bono attorney Kim Picazio violated Rule 4-1.6 by disclosing confidential information concerning her representation of Crystal related to the search and investigation of her missing child, Haleigh Cummings. Crystal also contend that Ms. Picazio did not act with diligence in filing a modification of her child support. Ms. Picazio responded to the allegations in the complaint and rebuttal with specific denials of each allegation and a detailed history of her involvement in the case.

In this 97.3 The Sky exclusive podcast interview from Friday November 13, 2009, attorney Kim Picazio and shared with Bloggernews.net blames a blogger for spreading falsehoods over the internet and worming her way into the confidence of Marie Griffis and Crystal Sheffield.
Some of the more volatile claims Picazio made in the interview suggested that the blogger-in-question was also involved as a moderator for a Haleigh Cummings forum that was operated by a high-risk sex offender.
Picazio did not refer to the blogger by name.
The alleged blogger who is sometimes referred to as Pirate Lady, contacted 97.3 The Sky via email and telephone this week, has identified herself as Kendall Clark.
Clark informed 97.3 The Sky and BloggerNews.net via email that she will not do any interviews, but she did tell 97.3 The Sky that she released a statement on a blog site.
Wednesday evening, Picazio issued a statement regarding the events.
As of this moment, 97.3 The Sky a mountain of prepared statements, releases, screenshots, copies of emails and a list of computer language that is supposed to identify IP addresses and more. 97.3 The Sky’s IT professionals are looking over everything to verify or dismiss claims of authenticity made by each and every provider of each piece of data sent.
The attorneys will likely have to be called in to review all the pieces of material before 97.3 The Sky even considers publishing anything further on this matter.

I’ve read your article, I’ve listened to the interview, I’ve read the public bar docs, and I’ve read this blogger’s “statement”.
um…..WHO CARES?! Am I missing something? We’re looking into a blowup between friends, something that should have been private between them.
KP admitted in the papers that she spoke to bloggers to get info in her case. So she didn’t lie. What the statement shows by the blogger is that she’s obsessed with this. And again, who cares what her personal obsessions are. Quite frankly to tape someone’s voicemail who is obviously calling you upset, then put it on U-Tube, is about as lowdown as you can get, IMO.
HAVEN’T WE ALL HEARD ENOUGH OF THIS? WHO CARES!!! IT HAS NO VALUE!!!

It was interesting for a day. I agree with “who cares”. What a waste of time that could be used to fight crime, which is what all these bloggers were wanting to do in the first place.

This matters because there was a Social Group on the Websleuths forum that was formed in order to sleuth Crystal’s side of the family. The allegations are that the moderator there was taking screenshots from that social group (that was sleuthing Crystal’s side of the family) and sending them to the attorney for Crystal.
Not only that, but (allegedly) when information was being put out that had been sleuthed, Kim Picazio and this moderator worked to discredit people in that group by using other bloggers on that website. So, a moderator on one of the biggest true crime message boards worked with an attorney to discredit and possibly defame the father of a missing child (if these allegations are true). And from the evidence we are seeing, sure looks like they are true!
Don’t know about you, but I see a HUGE problem with that!
When we turn a blind eye to a member of the Bar being dishonest, what else are we turning a blind eye to? Many of us question how far KP pushed her influence. We already know she has used it to control a large crime web sight, an emmy award winning reporter, a PI–is it a stretch that she also might have influenced the out come of the “investigation”. This is not simply a blogger fighting a blogger. There is an officer of the court involved who has obviously over stepped her bounds and told falsehoods. We need to know how far she went. Since she is not forthcoming with the information, how else are we to find out? PCSO? Yeah, right! I’ve got a bridge to sell you also.
So let the blogger and moderators and websites figure it out. I don’t see why the public needs to get in the middle when there are a lot more things to worry about that are more serious.
If I lived in Florida and the court’s decision bothered me that much, I’d send an appeal to the court. Fighting blogger against blogger isn’t going to do a thing.
Whatever & Whocares, if you don’t care, what are you here for? Just trying to cause trouble? Don’t have enough life to keep you busy?? Or is someone paying you to blab around? Please don’t post, just move on. Simon does NOT care if you read or like his article. He knows many of us do care and care deeply about any & everything that has involved Haleigh and this investigation.

Ditto, Treece! And we especially care about things and people that may have skewed the investigation – to go in the wrong direction and prevented finding Haleigh or finding out what happened to her!
I SO hope that some people go to jail for this – even if new laws have to be made especially for them (as in the Lori Drew case if you remember – the adult woman who traumatized a young girl over the internet and the young girl killed herself).
There HAVE to be consequences even on the so-called “anonymous” internet!
Whatever – I don’t know what bloggers you are talking about who wanted to “fight crime.” Certainly not the ones involved in this blogging with KP and Marie business. They had ONE goal and that was to defame Ron and possibly get custody of Jr plus stop the custody payments for the now missing Haleigh. NOTHING they did was in the interests of FINDING Haleigh! Now don’t you wonder about THAT?????
I sort of understand the whatever or whocares part. I do care about Haleigh and finding this precious little angel. But what does it have in finding her? Is my question? Its just mud slingging showing what type crystal is, we got information on ron and misty so just throwing more. I just wish when I log on to see that they have found this precious baby girl. Someone come forward to let it be known where this little girl is so we can bring her home. Stop playing the games and come forward. Its sad.
I guess I just don’t get it. I think KP, as an attorney, retained to represent a client, should not have been involved with bloggers. Period. I can understand attys checking in on blogs to “get the pulse” of what “common” people think about a case….. but to actively engage with bloggers in this way? It’s just crazy.

gatorgirl, you are right. It is sick and sad. We should only have to think about and work towards finding Haleigh. Unfortunately thanks to scumbags like the ones involved in this blogging debacle, the spotlight was taken off of that LONG AGO, mis-information was spread around as fact, people were defamed, it’s possible LE was misguided! It’s possible the whole investigation was skewed.
AND, people need to learn from this right now that this kind of thing is not going to be tolerated – at all ever and most especially not in the case of a missing little girl. Those people should be put in the old-fashioned stocks so rotten tomatoes can be thrown at them. instead I will be you money that one or two of those bloggers will try to publish a book or something. Now I wonder cause of the latest of this beautiful little girl Shaynia Davis was sold for a drug debt. Could it be possible that could have happened to Haleight? Never would I thought any parent would sale their child actually never heard of it till this little girl was taking, I am sure she was raped (even though they didnt say so yet) then killed. They havent stated how she died I truelly wouldnt wont to know at all I just dont wont to think about it. I believe her mother should be charged with her murder as well. I would also like to point out that if it were not for the very few of us that continue to cover this case, the file would be gathering dust in a long forgotten file cabinet somewhere in Putnam County. While I am sure that that would suit many of the people involved it certainly does not sit well with us.
Jan, TJ and myself will not let Haleigh disappear from the spotlight and just become another forgotten child.

There are way to many people that wanted “finding HaLeigh” to be put and kept on the back burner and focus to remain on trashing her paternal father.
It certainly makes one wonder(or should), WHY?
There is a reason why such a big effort was made to keep the focus off of the maternal side of the family. What is that reason? Maybe when we get the answer to that question we will find HaLeigh and she can come home.
I’ve never seen anyone so concerned about wasting space on the internet. Saving the Planet, trees, animals, etc. yes. But never the gagillion or so gigabytes available on the internet. Oh well, sigh. Any good blogger that is investigating on this knows that another bloggers words are hearsay without documents or video as proof. Most of the bloggers I have been on here with have backed up their theories with proof. All others have been asked if they could prove what they are saying and yes some are just assuming . We can tell when its not truth by asking them for proof. I dont under stand what KP would get other than falsehoods from bloggers that deal in hearsay. She would have an easier time getting facts than most of us. I think if anyone relayed what bloggers said back to her it would be to test for public opinion.
tobias – As I understand it KP also used bloggers to spread lies about Ron around the net. I believe Pirate is accusing KP and possibly Marie of telling her lies and getting her to spread them around. Some of the lies also reached LE’s ears, too.
So that’s one of the ways the investigation could get misguided (to say the least)
Whether KP also encouraged these liars to attack people who were undecided or who favored Ron or dared question Crystal I don’t know. But plenty of them did. And still do.
We need to just look at the facts and only the facts. Develope your own theory dealing with facts and not assume anything. Most of the info comes from court records ,personal interviews with the person ,the pressers,all from regulated sources. I have my theory but I back it up with fact and also tell every one it is just a theory.
None of my theories have been based on any thing KP or ablogger has told me. I have run across a lot of haters but I ignore them unless they can prove what they are saying with facts. Anything that was said by KP about the court records was never sustantiated enough for me.ie hearsay.Court documents show the truth about the 1st custody hearing even though she(cs) was a no show for the first court appearance.All the missed Dr. appts. every word said in the hearing are there. The supposed abuse and the school records of her fall on the playground are there if you researched them. That is why KP and CS lost the custody battle they had no real facts, just hearsay.
One thing I would like to knw is where was Ron the weekend before Haliegh came up missing. The kids were with the Grandma I believe. something I will have to go back and check on unless someone else can point me to an interview where they say where they were. We all know where Misty was.
Kim can sing all that she wants with all the pretty words that she uses. It is my opinion that she is just as bad as the others involved in this drama. To have participated in this mudslinging, which is very reminiscent of junior high aged girls, makes her a very manipulative and immoral person. If I ever need a divorce lawyer, I would hire her in a heartbeat, but I sure would not want her as a friend or co-worker.

Joe Pytko” his sworn affidavit ;a pond drained( but the wrong pond) the answer is right in front of your faces but you refuse to hear or see! I often laugh to myself when I read comments here. It is usually pretty clear what side or the other people stand on, as well as those who refuse to take a side and just want answers. I supose some might say I have stood on the sheffield side as a Ron hater. I do admit that I have been prejudiced against Mr Cummings in the past. Not only by the misthruths that have been passed around, but also by my own experiences of being raised by a father instead of a mother.
Within the last two days I have had some change of heart. With the help of others here who insist on facts not fluff. After finally taking a close look at not only the facts as they really are, I no longer want to take a side. I want to try to be more neutral about who may be at fault concerning Haleigh. This said I still do not feel that Ron’s dating and living with girls under 18 was ok. Not crimminal, but not a good idea either.
I think that pirate is NOW being more honorable in that she has refused to be bullied into silence and will most likey be subjected to ridicule and scorn concerning her revelations. Publicly admitting one’s grievous mistake(s) surely can not be easy, but I feel as a member of the public as well as a resident of the state of FL that this purging is necessary to finally get to the bottom of what has happened to Haleigh as well as very important information requarding an officer of the court, people in positions of “power” at WS, and the lies told to the FL Barr. This to me is not a little fight between ex-friends. It is much more than that. Repeated posts to the contrary only prove to cement those feelings.
As far as WebSleuths and Tricia Griffin are concerned….I know the truth. I experienced much abuse there with the inclusion of constant requests on “Who I worked for”. I tried to stick it out and focus on sleuthing. Finally I blew up and posted in response to another such attack with “Maybe I should ask just who you work for!” This posting was “To all the Websleuth bullies” not to all websleuths. I was immediately banned. No warning, no time out just banned with very snotty message from Tricia included. I had already figured out who was who and just couldn’t remain quiet about it anymore. While I realize Tricia was within her rights to ban me for pretty much any reason she saw fit, I do find it suspicious that it occured after confronting a few people about whom they were working for. I later brought what I felt was pertinent information to the BNN site as to Tricia’s involvement with Windchime as well as accusations other members had made in reguard to Windchime, a convicted sex offender, remaining on the WS site under a “new hat”. I made a public statement about what Tricia had to hide. Well, I guess we all know now. While there I also read several posts that entailed Kim Picazio’s membership there as well as some post purported to have been made by her WITH the GUARENTEE of Tricia that it was indeed Kim who made them.
I have some information pertaining to a Haleigh sighting that was never followed up on by ANY LE office. I had been told , by a person using the name “Kim” over the phone number I had left as a contact number in my post on the Haleighbug website that I WOULD be contacted by PCSO about he sighting and descriptions of subjects and information as well as my own sherriff’s office. This NEVER HAPPENED! Not by mail, email, or phone. I am not the only person who has had this same experience. This ALL needs to come out!

I wasw a volunteer at the Haleigh bug center in Satsuma. Many poeople in this town are tired of hearing you people say this or that about Kim. First off, she never answered the phone at the center, so that last person is not telling any truth at all. You people need to know that Kim never told anything untrue to any body about Ronald Cummings. She was just trying to make sure every one knew how he really was. It was all the truth and if you lived in this town you would know it to be the truth. She just tried to make Crystal look better, that is all she did. No lies were told about Ronald, and most of her info went to her case worker and you dont even know about it. the case worker made sure it was all true and kim never needed to lie. there is enough about Ronald that you dont need to lie. No one could name a signle thing Kim said that wasn;’t true, cause she told only a little bit to all you on the news. Not the hole thing about Ronald. you don’t live here. For the record, I did not state that I spoke to Kim Picazsio. I stated that a woman, who used the name Kim called me on my cell phone while I was at home WITH 3 witnesses in the room. I retold my sighting information in great detail to this person. However, I do want to mention that the caller told me thier name, I had heard a name but some distraction like the TV in my livingroom made me ask, “I’m sorry, who did you say you were?” I didn’t recognize the out of area number and was very curious about who they were and what they might want. When she replied with Kim I remember wondering why this person I’ve never met and did not know would sound “miffed” that I didn’t know who she was. I just blew it off as being imagined. Also, countrygirl, if you reread my post I did not say that Kim ANSWERED the phone, I said she CALLED ME! I still have that phone, it is still in working order, I’ll need to find my charger, but I can get the number that called me. I had forgotten this until I reread my own posting that I had made at the time on another site (not WS)that I had CALLED HER BACK at that same number I ws called from within 10 minutes to make her aware of the customer rewards card usage. She answered, we spoke for approx 3 mins, she thanked me profusely and said she thought that it would help immensely. I can provide the link to interested parties to read for themselves if they like, just not sure about posting it here on BNN. I had forgotten about the second phone call until this evening when I read my own words. I WILL get that number. Also, when I gave my sighting report, in an email to the Haleighbug site, I happened to be at work. I’m sure it would only take an IT guy a few minutes to find BOTH reports on both my work computer and the Haleighbug/Kim computers. I did recieve a thank you email from another person there, it seemed very genuine. I will also locate that “document”.

No, I do not know “Windchimes” new hat name, only that it had been discussed a lot on other sights. Google Windchime or Windchime + Websleuths. You will find alot of shocking info including the court documents from her conviction.
So what, what, WHAT exactly is the big smoking gun that Pirate/Kendall is hinting about in these e-mails that she had e-forensically authenticated? She’s revealed the women’s personal identities publicly and trashed personal reputations. What bombshell is waiting to be revealed for all this? Nothing?
Not to mention she’s interfered with an active criminal investigation and made a mockery of the efforts by LE.
How disturbing to read such a public display of narcissism the path this Kendall/Pirate person took. I would hope to see this blogger legally made an example out of for these months of destructive actions and for contributing to the garbage.

Dylan, in case you don’t understand what the problem is, I’ll explain it. Kim Picazio is an officer of the court and is obligated under the Barr to conduct herself in an appropriate manner which falls under certain guidelines or loses her license to practice law and possibly be charged with a crime. While the Barr officals looked into the accusations leveled a Kim by Marie and Crystal, they did not have all of the evidence. When Kim lied and stated she had not posted at websites/forums it was a direct and bold faced lie. When she told them she had not tried to malign Ron in any way, Pirate’s “evidence” proves otherwise. Thus a second lie to the Barr Association of FL. Not to mention there are rules about this kind of conduct ect.
That’s what all this fuss is about! She lied more than one time and now it CAN and WILL very likely be proven. That is why I am glad Pirate has released this information. If she hadn’t we might have never known that Kim was doing these wrong actions.

I don’t want the discussion to stop, and those who do, obviously, as you make these posts, its also obvious who you are and or who you are speaking for. If you hadn’t been doing wrong, none of this would be going on. I’m speaking to every last one of you that’s involved.
No one had a right, to try to make a Father of a missing child look any worse than he did or could on his own. Our ways have a way of revealing themselves. No problem with an attorney, let’s say Crystals attorney, doing whatever she can to make her client look good. But why? No one was looking at her badly at all. We were concentrated on the missing child, watching the family and LE interviews and pressors trying to glean information that was about “Haleigh”, not crystal. Why the need to go on a promo campaign for Crystal? This speaks volumes.
What are you hiding? What are you side winding? Now that this is front and center, so be it. Don’t be shocked, deal with it, as you all seem to have the robust personna’s to boldly go out and put yourself right where you are today. No one has done this to you, you did it yourself, so accept responsibility.
Haleigh is missing, that’s enough for those who care for her, the family, but also the general caring citizens to deal with. Now we must set aside that direction and make room to look at these peoples behaviors to see if in anyway it has something directly to do with any information as to why Haleigh is missing, and if the cover up, drama shows, and campaign agendas was masterminded in order to hide the truth. An investigation inside an investigation, what a shame. But it must be done, the truth isn’t always easy to come by, but if it leads to Haleigh, it will be worth every sweat and tear.
I’m interested, watching, reading, and want to know all the facts. I want to learn someting from this. That if anything ever happens to my family, people like who have been involved in this “Hot Mess” doesn’t come near my loved ones.

There are far to many screen shots of posts made by KP on WS for her to deny posting there. There are far to many screen shots of Karen/TG posting that KP was posting there. There are far to many people that were banned for posting things that were challenging what KP was saying.
TG Banned for life the poster that stated that there was indeed a complaint filed against the HBC for operating illegally. The poster went on to state that she knew it was a fact because they were the one that filed it and had the DOA’s response in hand.
KP went on to threaten that poster, BUT of course Karen/TG did not ban KP, not even a TO.
When a moderator is allowed to abuse her position as not only a moderator but an administrator of a forum it hurts the integrity of that forum and the basis for the forum to even exist.
TG took private research information, the names of sources, and turned them over not only to KP and Cobra but to other posters. Screen shots do not lie. That was a complete breach of her position as a Moderator AND was in violation of the TOS regarding NO POSTS from the private areas of WS were to be taken outside of the private area. That meant nothing posted in the PL or in SG were to be taken anyplace else. TG did that and Tricia needs to deal with it.
Was Tricia aware of what was going on? Well unless she never read any of her emails or PM’s then yes she was. She was made aware of the banning of the person that filed the complaint against HBC and DID NOTHING
Anybody that was at WS saw the horrid horrid things that Pirate, Badme, KP, and others posted not only about Ron, but about his family. Ms. Neves’s DMV information was even posted under the nick that was used by KP.
I received a forwarded a threatening email from somebody that requested if I could determine WHO the person was that sent it. It took only a few minutes but the group of researchers I work with were able to determine that the email was sent by Karen D. AKA TopGUnner, moderator and administrator of WS. So not only was TG abusing her power on WS she was sending threatening emails to people who were not on KP’s “Destroy Ron” band wagon
I am completely disgusted with what KP has done, the lies she has told, and I am appalled at what was allowed to go on at WS.
There were some great minds at WS working on finding HaLeigh that were either banned or left WS. People that may have made a difference in finding HaLeigh. People with access to information, or great sleuthing minds.
Ten months and this baby is still not found and home where she belongs. Could HaLeigh have been found by now had everybody worked together for that goal? We will never know.
denise, nice thought, and I wish someone’s veracity was that easy to establish. But it is not. We now know (supposedly) the real names of Pirate and some of the other scheming bloggers who created such a storm of deceit and misdirection in this case early on. What good does that do? It would not have done any good to know their names then and it sure doesn’t do any good to know them now. I can only hope that it helps when LE wants to go knocking on their doors.
As far as what we bloggers post here as “fact” we use the source we got it from. A mainstream news report, a media interview, a police log.
Unfortunately the fact that you say you’re Denise or even Denise plus last name is no assurance to me that you’re telling the truth.
AND you could also be honestly mistaken. So it’s the source we need, not the true ID of the blogger.
In addition please understand that it is very very important for people to keep as much personal information OFF the public WWW as possible. It is very risky to do otherwise.
NO ONE here should give us their whole name, location, phone or email address. If they want to share any of that with another blogger, go thru Jan to do it. And even then I would caution you because I know Jan is trustworthy but you still don’t know WHO you are sending your info to thru her.

“WHY?” Is the million dollar question. Why was it so important to put and keep the focus on Ron and his family? Why was it so important for the public and LE to have a better perception of Crystal and her family? Why was the focus taken off of finding HaLeigh? Why did so many people lie? I’ve gone back and read the bar papers, and I keep hearing you gusy say KP lying about blogging. Can you guys read her bar papers, please? She ADMITS to the bar over and over that she did give info over the web that she thought was in her client’s interes. And that she did tell the moderators (she called them “administrators”) info to quell rumors or to make Crystal look good. She also said she had made friends with bloggers who gave info over the net. She just said she didn’t blog in the forum at BNN. Said she had no posts under her account. And in the last doc, her friend at WS gave a statement that KP did have an account, did post there, but didn’t say anything that would be priveleged or bad against Crystal. So where in the heck is everyone getting this cr&p that KP is lying to the bar cause she DID blog. She admits it right in her papers! Its right there. Go look. You can call her alot of things, but she did seem to fess up to her role. She cant be in trouble with the bar casue she told them what she did, and why, and they thought is was ok. I do not want to insult anyone and I understand that this side drama is important to some, but for the love of God, please settle your personal issues in private!
Now I get to the bottom of the page and more emails are released regarding Cobra, Art, KP, again! What in the world does it have to do with Haleigh being GONE?
I apologize for my rant, but can everyone please, please, PLEASE think long and hard about what is right for Haleigh and Haleigh alone?
I know none of these people personally, but I beg of you to put a picture of this beautiful child on your computers and look at it BEFORE you start typing about all this carp!

There are several new articles on BNN on other topics you might want to join in on. The simplest thing is to scroll up and click on Home and then scroll down the list of articles. There are several on different topics relating to Haleigh. Hope this helps!
Also, Anne – Maybe we’d be closer to having the answer to your question if those selfish evil-doers had not interfered. So IMO they deserve more than a tongue lashing. I hope they all get sued or something.

How can you not see that all of this “drama” DIRECTLY affects the ability to locate Haleigh?
We, they caring public, those who spend thier valueable time caring about and trying to help locate a child we don’t know, aren’t related to, and have never met, have been not only misinformed but distracted through Kim & Cos efforts. The took the focus OFF of Haleigh, not us, the people here who are demanding they be held accountable for thier actions.
I for one do not want this swept under the rug or to be worked out in private! I want to know ALL of the facts surrounding this issue.
Anne that answer may very well lie within this gang of vipers. To what other end did they go to such extreme measures? To protect the children involved? or to serve Crystal’s interests only? Even IF this has nothing to d owith where Haleigh is currently at, the call from the public to further investigate Crystal and her family has gone out. We want the same scrutiny used on Ron and Misty including family members and friends, to be used on Crystal and those around her. I really don’t see what is wrong with that. If they have nothing to hide why are we getting bombarded with posts to cease and desist on this topic?

Those who are posting in hopes to disuade us from finding out the truth behind the KP issue know this:
1)We will NO LONGER be bullied into silence on Crystal.
2)We will no longer be pushed into making flaming posts so that we will be banned from various forums thus silencing us.
3) We will not back off. It is our right to know if this group has used it’s power, position, and/or influence to keep Haleigh hidden.
4) Repeated posts of “Put the focus back on Haleigh” or “This is unimportant information” or even direct attacks will not swerve us off of this topic.

I would love to respond to hangon’s post with some interesting information, but sadly I was asked to leave.
In my opinion, this blog is just like the ones that are being criticized. Bloggers have to agree with the people on the forum or they are attacked. Every forum is the same, they just have their own pet opinions.
One thing I do agree with is that if everyone were allowed to give input to what they know without attack, maybe we could find Haleigh.
I’m going back to lurk mode and I hope this time I won’t be attacked for posting my opinion.

I am interested to know your information, and not just to try to dispute it. I think everyone’s opportunity to voice thier opinion is important, not only here but everywhere, internet or otherwise. However, some posts seem to be comming from a group determined to keep the KP and Co’s fiasco under control. Several of us have a hard time understanding how anyone could be presented with these “facts” and not see the relevence to this case and Haleigh’s current whereabouts. Some of us have been direct victims of the reported abuses and have a knee-jerk reaction to posts that minimize the actions of KP and others in association with her.
I disagree that this forum is biased on way or another. Yes, if you post you may be asked to clarify or prove your source of information. The KP situation is a volitile one and we all need to realize that tempers might flare, but many times those who have posted in anger/frustration usually later appologize for doing so. Not only to be able to continue using this forum, but also out of a sense of kindness and compassion for others. Sometimes the conflicts can be worked out other times posters agree to disagree and pretty much ignore the posts that offend them to that degree. This forum however DOES NOT REQUIRE BUTT KISSING of the site owners, moderators, or other commentors the way “other forums do”. You will never see a comment that includes “Please don’t give me a time out for this” or commentors making gushing appologies to other commentors/mods for accidentally posting incorrect information (we do try to apologize, just not gushingly) nor repeated overly complimentary posts to Simon & Jan (that come off as sucking up). We do sometimes compliment the authors on thier articles content, sentiments and the article in general.
While everyone’s imput might help finally locate Haleigh, we all have to remain civil while doing so. I personally do not think that replying to an post that insults the site owners and authors with “Go somewhere else if you don’t like it/them/us” as being an attack. It is just an observation and some good advice.
I truely do not mean this reply as an attack, rather it feels more like a defense, both personally and of the site and authors.
Whatever, I’d be interested to see your response because I know that every word hangnon wrote was true. I was in that private group at WS. I have no problem giving Simon or TJ my real name. I’d even give them my log in at WS to confirm that I was a member of that group.
I was also reading the posts in real time when the advocate who turned in HB for not being registered was banned after approx 3 posts. Kim came in and attacked her & Kim was not given a warning at all.
I should also add that I have screen shots of nearly all of Kim’s posts and the mod confirming to us in our private group that JERICO was indeed Kim P.
