Haleigh Cummings ex stepmoms brother has once again found himself behind bars. This is the second time this month that Tommy Croslin has been a guest of the PCSO. The charge this time is battery. This is a misdemeanor charge, yet he appears to be be held with no bond. This is an unusual situation.
The PCSO has been contacted but are declining comment saying only that they are still trying to understand what happened. The Croslins do seem to have a unique ability to find trouble.
It was only a few days ago that the restraining order against Tommy had been lifted at the request of Misty Croslin. Misty is now living back in the Satsuma area, and it has been rumored that she was indeed staying with Tommy. One has to wonder if this latest event involves Misty Croslin in any way?
As soon as details emerge I will update this article.

You can see the blackened eye where his eyes are already so dark from lack of sleep and probably drugs,according to his arrest records.He’s getting thinner and thinner,something is not right,he’s going further and further downhill in appearance and behavior.

Why is this even being reported? Why do you consider this freak newsworthy? Look at him, look at his record - there is obviously some kind of in-breeding going on within this family dating back generations.

Diane, this “freak” is the brother of the girl who was “watching” Haleigh when she went missing.
He also admitted to going over to the MH that night - at Ron’s request - to see if Misty was there and he said she was not.
He is involved in some way or another in Haleigh’s disappearance - if not directly - then by either covering up something or by admitting what he did that night (if it’s true). So what is going on with him right now may have some bearing on the case. Surely you see that, don’t you?
And yes, he seems to be a lowlife freak (steals from a blind guy) so we can’t put much past him, can we? Or we shouldn’t anyway. What if HE took Haleigh?
Sorry but we can’t ignore people just because they are “freaks.” If so we’d have to ignore just about this whole case (except for Haleigh and Jr)

Joe Pytko got “ignored” for not being “credible” so why would Tommy not get “ignored” for not being “credible” ? Just a question!
Both Joe Pytko “in a sworn staement” say Misty was gone that night and “Tommy” already expressed she was probably gone that night. And oh yes, the waitress that talked to Tim Miller. How much more probable cause do they need to bring her in?
He probably just got in a scuffle with his wife or Misty for all the “unwanted” bad press hes been getting.

I dont think Joe P’s “tip” was ignored. I believe they questioned Nay Nay and DRAINED the entire dang pond and found nothing.
Maybe LE knows that Tommy is not being truthful about why he was at the MH that night and what he found when he was there.
They jusy had him in last week, What new info are they gonna get in a week. Nothing. Its just Him being mad that everyones eyes are on him bcuz of her. and so he scuffled with his wife oe misty and hell be out on bond in a day or so.

Pytko never said he knew which pond, only that she was dumped in ” A pond in the Mondex” In fact theres another ” upsidedown ” L pond next to the other L pond and many, many others. The old saying “needle in a haystack” should be in this case ” find a girl in a DANG lot of water”. And I’m not trying to be rude here. I just think shes not alive and they need to find her body for closure as well as put the right people in prison. Tim Miller thinks shes ” gone to a better place” also. After 8 months you just have to be realistic whether it hurts peoples hopes or not. I think people are walking with blinders on, but i’m sure theres people that think I am too so you are entitled to you opinion and so am I.

Will anyone in this case with information and involved with these people be ” credible” SERIOUSLY. You just have to go with the lead sometimes!(whether its credible or not).
Credibility only means something to the “prosecutor” anyway/ it should not be an issue with “Detectives”

Lisa, Kristina Renee Prevatt, and were present at the house during the disturbance and so was a 17-year-old white female whose name was redacted from the report.
I guess the 17 year old was Misty,since she just went to live there.
No they could say her name she is imancipated. This 17 may be someone who is still considered a minor.
That’s what I was thinking,I guess they’ll have the police report up somewhere soon.When I first saw that,I thought it was NayNay’s younger sister,then I thought they must have meant Misty.Lindsey S is 18 now,so it’s not her.
If there wasn’t a missing child at the root of all this, I would say this would make an amusing reality show.
I figure the 17 year old is Misty, whoever typed the report probably just automatically blocks all minors not knowing who might be emancipated.

I think possibly Tim Miller has beeneither scared of by the “curse” that follows anyone who trys to get to the truth of the matter of Haleigh’s disappearance or he knows that the family on both sides really could give a hoot so why even bother especially when he is attacked by many for trying to help.
I believe the 17 yr old is the girl Nay Nay claimed was a prostitute. She was not named at that time due to her being 17.
ShawnHS, your post is spot on. I’m eyeing Tommy Jr. hard. He’s appearing to have something eating away at him and his nerves. This is telling, very revealing. LE does not need to let this bad dude back out of the slammer til they have something. If nothing else, but to protect his own wife and kids, since his wife is not standing up to his violence and fear he places in the hearts of his very own children. Throw away the “Key” til he talks. THis is LE’s key, he was at the home. Duh!!!!!!!
I am curious as to one thing , did the LE really pick apart the 911 call thoroughly or not . At the 2:46 mark , just after Misty gives her last name , Ronald sounds like he is saying ” We got a dead kid , what were you thinking ?? ” Did LE really pick apart everything that was said besides what the dispatcher and Misty were saying. I can’t see him saying something like that if it weren’t true .

I can definately hear him say “What were you thinking”, but am unable to clearly understand what was said just before. I have used the Goldwave audio program in the past to slow down or enhance a background noise/voice before. It might be time to do so with this call. Especially that particular section.
I want to know why Ron was constantly interrupting her conversation with the operator/dispatcher. If he wanted to know what questions she was asking, why didn’t he either make the call himself or take over the call? He was the actual parent and could have given the facts and her description much more clearly. He didn’t have to be home at the time of Haleigh’s disappearance to relay Misty’s account to the operator. I have always thought that his behaviour and antics were couter-productive to finding his daughter. He was disrupting the timely gathering of information at the most CRUCIAL time. Not to mention it biased people negatively. This is one of my reasons for feeling negatively towards him in the past as well as currently.

I found that odd too. He seems like a control freak and very intimidating, so why did he have Misty make the call? Was he really so stupid that he thought the police wouldn’t start driving until they had all the information? Maybe he had been threatened by a drug dealer and told that if he didn’t pay his “debt” Haleigh would be taken as ransom. ??? He sure acts nasty toward the dispatcher who was trying to help. What an idiot.
Tit4Tat, if my child was missing, fear, panic, shock, anger, desperation would all be flooding my heart and mind. I might babble, I might forget their weight, I might be having a panic attack and can’t hardly speak. I might be harsh if I didn’t think the police were on the way. I guess you would think I was an idiot, too. But you can bet your ass I would not have harmed my child and would die for either one of them. How can we be so harsh in judging the man to hell for how he handled that call. How would you handle it, calm, cool, collected, precise with every word, grammatically correct???
