Hollys Gmom…. so have they released the cause of death yet? Still don’t know why the creep killed her. I do feel bad for the dad but it does sound like he made a really bad choice by letting this ho of a muther keep Shaniya while he worked. However, few men would do what he had done and that was be a good dad and take custody of their children when the mother can’t. He could have walked away from here years ago but instead he took custody and took care of her….good care of her from what I’ve heard in the media. He isn’t all bad and he certainly didn’t deserve this. I hope they put this freak ho in with general population so they can tear her to pieces!

Also please look at and review the websites listed by Justice in his/her comments. There is startling new evidence comming out about the father as well as the mother. Cigerette burns on Shaniya multiple times in the past with mother. Father knew mother was a prostitute at her conception. Other family members and friends requested to take care of Shaniya rather than allow her to return to her mothers home with father refusing thier offers, even one friend who was already raising his other daughter by another woman because the father refused to take care of her. His ex-father-in-law also begged him to allow her to live with him instead. I’m sorry but 6 months of work history and renting a shabby trailer after yrs of prostitution isn’t justification enough to have MADE that precious innocent child return to that monster, I mean mother’s home. More will emerge I’m sure. I’m just so broken hearted about it! I commend the hotel employee who reported the sighting! I too work at a hotel and can image thier pain when they realized thier tip didn’t save her little life. I will from now on, epecially while I am at work, take pains to be on the look out for such children or abusers.

I’m not going to pretend I know the answers on how to stop this behavior. I honestly don’t. I just know that somehow, someway…it’s got to STOP! Newspaper articles across the country speak of mothers caught outside of convience stores selling thier children for a 6-pack of beer or some smokes, another mother video tapes and broadcasts over the internet the rape of her 4 yr old daughter by her 300+ pound father, mothers who look the other way as thier boyfriend/husband/family member abuses or rapes thier child(ren). I can’t really tell if it is happening more often or we’re just hearing about it more in this new age of technology. I’m unsure about whether these demonic people are killing more because they fear the stiffer penalties if caught or if it even is a factor. This I do know for sure, once made a victim of sexual abuse you become an easier target for future abusers.
I’m apologize if my comment has offended or triggered anyone. I just couldn’t contain my “secret” in light of this case and outcome. As soon as I heard that there had been a sighting at a motel with a man, I knew how it would end. May God bless and keep you, Shaniya, in his loving embrace.

where are you talking about Hollys? Seems the opinions are changing to being upset with the Father. I believe personally speaking, we ought to leave that alone. He’s not to blame for what the bio Mother and killers did. We’re quickly becoming a nation of defamation.

Shaniya was obviously taken care of, tremendously loved and adored by her entire family on the side that had physical custody of her prior to the last month of her life. All these family members are hurting, and you can see the love on their faces for Shaniya. This is one case we ought to place all anger towards the killers. They are to blame. Let justice prevail, swiftly prosecute and punish these evil killers.

LOL I appreciate the welcome and do empathize with what Holly describes concerning the treatment of ordinary honest citizens who were attacked, mistreated, run off from forums due to the underlying agendas of Kim P. and her spotter/squatter groups. As I’ve seen it with my own eyes, many were run off, banned, and it’s left a bad bad bad taste in the air across the net. Thanks Kim P. I’ll hand it to you for that, I really don’t think you realize the destruction your “Plan” has caused to many. There are those you will never know of, who don’t speak out in public, but are hurt just the same as they didn’t know or deserve how their posts were twisted and used against them.

That’s so far why I’m here at BNN, posters are allowed to be reasonable, post either side of the fence they claim, and not have their posts and feelings ripped to shreds for just thinking and sharing.

I’ve been offline for too long. While I can say that I am NOT surprised about any of this, I can say that I am intrigued. I thought it was public knowledge on all forums that KP and others had “plants” inside various forums. They not only purposefully spread false accusations, they worked tirelessly to intimidate, bully and eventually get people thrown out of these forums for any negative comments or questions about CS and fam. If I’m not mistaken KP herself has posted on WS with Tricia guaranteeing her authenticity. This in addition to Yuri Melich not only posting there but answering questions for members DURING the investigation!!! Is that even legal???
If KP was trying to discredit R, that is to be expected, especially with a custody case. Isn’t that what she was hired for? To help CS get custody of both children (Haleigh’s if she returned alive)? What is not legal is for an attorney to knowingly advise a client to lie whether in a written statement or on the witness stand. That is grounds for disbarrment. Hence the recent case againts KP. Attorney-client priviledge is only a protection for the client so that the attorney can not be forced to reveal incrimminating evidence against thier client. This does not mean that they can hide direct knowledge of a crime. At least this is my understanding of such matters. Correct me if I am misinformed.
As far as the traded emails are concerned, I thought that was what we were all here for. To try to help find the truth since those in charge of the investigation haven’t solved it yet. If I recieved volatile information from another blogger, and then had follow-up confirmation from a local resident I WOULD FORWARD THAT INFO TO ANYONE I THOUGHT COULD HELP!(Not yelling, just emphasizing) While I realize that it might hurt the official investigation, I would be compelled to still do so in an effort to locate the missing child, Haleigh.
I’ve been posting for months that PCSO needs to be investigated to look for corruption and cover-ups. If they have nothing to hide, they have nothing to fear, right??? There IS something to this, wait and see.
Also, I’m afraid J P wasn’t lying about the party and Haleigh’s ingestion of Oxycodone. Too many around her with it in thier possession(s) to be discredited. I truely hope that I am wrong, but am afraid I am not.

I would love for anyone in the family to hire Mark Fuhrman. Thanks Treece for the welcome, so far, I find this site to be kind and willing to seek the truth, then report. I don’t want to be anywhere posting where attacks, bashing, and mean spirited people dwell.

This case isn’t pretty, some have ruined the integrity, but hopefully if the good people maintain their paths, everything will be overcome and back on track.

It’s got to be tough to take the heat like Simon and Jan are, being accused of gossipy drama when reporting, as I don’t see it. Except for Jan’s soaps, thats a different story hehehe, but a story indeed that we know is for drama and not real.

AS I posted, “Lawyers do not have the right to hide a crime their client has committed, which is UNETHICAL.”
As you can see, I used the word UNETHICAL, not criminal, however, I would think with a young child missing that a lawyer would be looking out for the child’s benefit that would be ethical in my book but then again that is just me.
To knowingly make your client look innocent in order for others not to investigate your client as thoroughly as they should, when a child is missing,………Well I just wouldn’t sleep to good at night. Once again, that is just me.

Haleigh od’s at party; pees on blanket(release of bodily fluids after death); her body’s dumped using nany nays car(wether amber was borrowing or not) ; car gets stuck at the wooded muddy site ; the three wb , misty &( either amber or naynay) need to go back to Chads party house and get blue van( that her cousin Joe O. “took” to the party to pull out first car); the van gets scratched and headlight damaged in the woods; her cousin Joe O. knows all and is accomplice to cover up and takes back and parks in different spot (immediately leaves town next morning); Misty now tries to act(shift blame) to chelsea” pleae tell me you didnt scratch MY van” ; “No , Misty, I didn’t scratch YOUR van ; Joe O. parks in different spot after driving from other town close by( satsuma/palatka back to Crescent City) but chelsea notices ; Misty and accomplices prop open door to look like abduction coverup ; Misty now needs to wash blankets of pee and makeup story why ; Misty’s feeble 17 yr.old mind now stuck on those blankets that “THEY”, (those crazy abductors) “Took” when they took the van!

No ones to say that pytko really knows “which” pond she was ” supposedly” dumped at. pytko was probably only privvy to the fact that he saw nay nays car there at the party ( nay nay may really have been at home with her bf and it was amber borrowing her car to go to the party) That may be why amber borrowed the car again to put detergent in the trunk to clean up. I’m now interested in this supposed family relationship between Crystal’s exboyfriend (Middleton)and a Florida District Attorney being related to him? That Middleton maybe the Father of Haleigh, which would throw a monkey wrench right into one of my theories? What is up with this folks? Geez, the scoop is, “Crystal is saying Haleigh isn’t Ron’s? Kool Look, ok so i guess I have been here awhile longer. I seriously thought I saw you post more than just three times but maybe was at adifferent forum. Yes I do post elsewhere but under the same usename always to prevent from confusion. I havnt posted elsewhere latley bcuz the boards hacve gone in directions I don’t like or feel have to do with the main case. Everything seems like an offshoot of the case lately. I am wondering one thing? Does anybody know if the party house was scoured(after the raid) with tape to look for haleigh or Jr.s hairs in conjuction with the sworn affidavit of Joe Pytko. That would be damning evidence!In other words maybe the mobile home is not the scene of the crime but only the coverup spot. Maybe thats why thers no evidence at rons MH. As far as being a credible witness , who cares. His actions (threatening suicide) a few months later after her disappearance is telling , of his cracking from knowing the truth and not being able to hold it! But as usually is POO POO’ed bcuz of credibility issues.Hairs from that party house would be damning , thats all I can say.

I do know of a couple of internet interfers LOL, that should be seriously punished, perhaps fines of up hundred to thousand dollar range. These posts may appear un-important, but their exactly one critical element to Haleigh’s investigation many of us have been pondering and questioning for a long time. The air needs to be cleared, and now. I believe the lull is now over in this case, and the storms are just starting to brew up to the surface. We’re going to get to the bottom of alot of secrets, lies, agendas, cover ups, backstabbing hate filled revelations, and in all this we’re going to see what one of the problems has been in solving Haleighs disappearance. We’re learning what this has to do with LE, and we’ll see what they do now.

Mel22, information is power. I’ve not been here nor as great a registered member as you, but if you could bare with this situation, I feel many of our hard pressed questions will be answered. Won’t be pretty, but once we know the truth, maybe then as a caring group of internet sleuthers, we can then know the right things to say to LE, the media and family in pushing this case forward in an appropriate legal way without causing another soul to be harmed, as we see now. I just wanted to say (I am a reader not a POSTER & after reading today I am glad I am not a POSTER) I have listened to all your radio shows and tonight I am at a loss I am truly saddened by the sworn statements in the bar complaint I feel like I have been listening to alot of B*LLSH*T not by you, Jan, Denny but Cobra has really disappointed me cause his signed statement I read today compared to the story he was telling a few months back has made me go back & question other things Cobra has said.

Marmite, I was at Hobbit’s site approximately 1 month. I made, I think 90 or so posts there.

As to my being “friends” with him, no more than any other virtual world acquaintance. As I posted here a couple of days ago, I deleted my account less than 5 minutes after finding out what he really was.

No one is more disgusted with that person than myself. I am truly regretful of my time spent at his site. I had no way of knowing any more than anyone else who he was.

Wow, this is a post I never expected to make!

To say that I’m disappointed that e-mail communication I had with Pirate was shared around the virtual world would be putting it mildly. Separate my words from all the rest and you will see that I had been sent information that I wrestled with what to do with. As I’ve posted in a couple of different sites, the information essentially said RC was NOT at work as media sources have reported.

This unsolicited information was sent TO ME.

After a month or so of sitting on it, I asked someone who I know that lives in Satsuma to contact this alleged witness to see if the story checked out. I received an e-mail back a couple of days later, in return, which in very detailed fashion confirmed what the PM’s and e-mails to me had said.

I sent all of this to two media sources which I will not name at this point asking them to look into the matter. I did not want to burden LE down with another “delusional blogger tip” until I knew more about it.

I met Pirate about 10 days prior to this e-mail at the Haleigh’s Closet event in Palatka. I was familiar with her writings and frankly thought she was one of the “good guys”. I can see now that the fact that this information was spread around shows that my assessment of her seems to have been flawed.

Just before coming to this site to read this article and comments, I had just finished reading the Bar Association file at TJ Hart’s site, and you know what? Even if 100% of this info did come indirectly from Kim Picazio, over a month after she had been fired, quit, or whatever, she were still in there fighting to do her job which was to cast doubt on the other side while building up her client’s image. The fact that these e-mails were made public by Pirate just further validates her defense to the Bar Association as far as I’m concerned.

I notice where “Buzz Kill” posted that I’m wrong in my thinking that Panther from AH was the fine moderator from WebSleuths, Top Gunner. If so, I extend my most sincere apologies to Top Gunner for ever stating that to Pirate.

In closing, please separate and read my words in the e-mail posted above. I stand by each one of them. My only interest is trying to help find Haleigh Cummings.

Most of us knew and could tell Crystal was still using drugs, just watch her interviews, she’s never really ‘with it’. I didn’t buy the story about the crack pipe and the truck belonging to someone else, as you can see Chad driving it in some of the video’s of the prayer vigils, and it became pretty evident Art was also doing his best to clean up Crystal’s image with his writing talents.

I do not think Crystal or Ron had anything to do with Haleighs disappearance, but I would really love for LE to start investigating the ‘other’ side of Haleigh’s family, the maternal side….start with Grandpa Johnny and Aunty Sarah. Re-interview Crystal now, give her a LDT and see what she knows now, it could be enlightening.

I firmly believe Haleigh is still alive…..she needs to be found and returned to her Daddy.

Noreen, I understand what you’re saying about Johnny, CS, etc., but I think you missed the boat here on KP.

What attorney doesn’t lie or redirect the negative for their client? I hate to have to stick up for KP, but why is everyone not seeing what really happened here?

All the things that Crystal and Chad did were their choice! KP didn’t give Crystal the drugs to have a baby addicted at birth.
If the crack in the truck was Chad’s, KP didn’t put it there or smoke it with him.

I know people like to blame KP for many things but I think the writing is now on the wall as to how difficult a job it was to defend a client such as Crystal Sheffield.

Oh dear….If LE do NOT go and interview Johnny (Marty) ‘likes them underage’ Sheffield, after this revelation, then I firmly believe someone within PCSO is also involved and covering for him. Where is Ms. Peggy Cone these days, is she still the lead investigator on Haleigh’s case? Isn’t she related to Johnny (Marty likes them underage) Sheffield?

I’m shocked too that CS’s complaint was dismissed, all those confidential e-mails and phone conversations being released, and K-Sue’s claim that she was asked to lie to DCF in the hopes of have Jr. removed from Ron. Also, KPs claim that wherever Haleigh is she’s being fed, and well cared for, KP would know this how?

Messer’s Shoemaker, Beardsley and Mowrey…..I do hope you’re reading here, it seems quite a lot of nasty business going on with the intention of hurting your client.
