More evidence was released by prosecutors yesterday in the case against little Caylee Anthony’s Mom. Caylee’s remains were found on December 11, 2008 after a wide search was held looking for her since mid July. The child was reportedly last seen in mid June when her mother claims she dropped her off with a so called baby sitter and she never saw her again.
Instead of reporting the child missing dear Mom decides to do her own investigating looking in places she thought the baby sitter might be like night clubs, while partying with her friends (Casey’s friends though NOT the babysitters) and Target Stores, and Blockbusters and apparently even a tattoo parlor. I suppose Casey had to get a tattoo in order to get information about the baby sitter instead of flashing a 50 dollar bill or a 100 dollar bill at the guy for any information he might have on the whereabouts of her daughter. Sorry I am not buying these excuses and I seriously doubt many people will.
Casey was indicted by the Florida Grand Jury and has been in jail ever since being held without bond on charges of first degree murder and the state is asking for the death penalty. Now the defense is claiming that they have evidence to prove Casey didn’t kill her daughter but instead of coming forth with such evidence which they clearly state can clear their client, her attorney, Jose (Bozo) Baez claims she wants her day in court so she is going to continue sitting in jail until her court date comes which I believe is sometimes in June or July of 2010. OK so this is another one I am not buying unless sitting in jail is that much better than living with George and Cindy Anthony, which well I might be able to buy that one.
Including in the new evidence yesterday was dozens of pictures taken from where Caylee’s remains were found. There was also some DNA analysis results released too.
Documents released say that a Gatorade Cool Blue Sports bottle was found near Caylee’s remains. A plastic bag labeled “Disposable Syringe Kit†with a syringe was found inside the bottle. There were some traces of chloroform found inside the syringe along with testosterone, ethanol and water.
A photo of the tattoo that Casey Anthony has on her back shoulder which says “Bella Vita†which when translated into English it means “Beautiful Lifeâ€, was released along with an explanation of what the prosecution had to go through in order to get this photo. Casey got the tattoo after she claims Caylee went missing but before she reported it to anyone, which for the record she never did herself personally. Her mother, Cindy did so.
Also a report was released from an insect expert that found what they called “coffin flies†in a bag of trash found in the trunk of Casey’s car. Forensic expert, Shelley Shaffer says, “Those bugs attract to decomposing any kind of animal flesh or human flesh.†This leaves investigators to believe that something dead was likely removed from the trunk of the car between June 20th and June 27th of last year and put somewhere else after it had started the decomposing stage. The same type of bugs was found near Caylee’s remains.
Now I have to admit I am not even close to being a fan of the National Enquirer Magazine but I must say I ran across something I found interesting of something they are reporting. Now this may not be true but then again knowing Casey Anthony I wouldn’t be surprised. At any rate they are claiming that when Casey got news of the upcoming play created by Steven Soderbergh titled “Tot Mom†that is scheduled to run from December 18, 2009 through January 31, 2010 in Australia, her response was, “Are you (expletive) kidding me? You get my (expletive) lawyer, now!â€
An inmate supposedly told the Enquirer, “Casey was completely out of control after hearing about the play. She was screaming so loud that a guard threatened to lock her in an isolation unit. She demanded that guards contact her attorney, Jose Baez.â€
Now one could ask, was this response a rage from knowing she was not going to get a penny from royalties from the play which is based on official documents and coverage of the case or because they aren’t siding with her perhaps? Who knows what goes through this woman’s head.
Let’s hope this puts a stop to Baez’s motion yet again to get this thrown out on his client which he claims her indictment was unconstitutionally vague. I have to ask all the time how can any attorney on the so called wannabe dream team of Casey Anthony, sleep at night knowing they are defending this woman. My conscience would not let me sleep if I knew I was working day and night to defend a cold blooded murderer.
In closing I would like to ask everyone to say a special thanks to God for answering our prayers for bringing little Shannon Dedrick back safe and healthy. She still needs our prayers that she will be given the chance to be with someone that can give her a normal life and a safe one.
Please continue praying for all the others that are still lost that need to be found and for those that have been taken from us. Pray that those will soon get the justice that they deserve.

Just confirms further what we all knew from the beginning. How can the Anthonys refute these findings? You can bet Cindy will come up with some story about someone planting the coffin flies as well as the others that seem to hang on to severely decomposing flesh. Also, it should be noted that rotting pizza is a far thing from rotting flesh. Time for that stupid broad to wake up and smell the decomp! Your monster daughter killed your precious grandchild, bottom line.
SINdy can NOT argue the fact that her daughter failed the polygraph that BOBO (her attorney) gave her over a year ago. If that doesn’t tell us that she will lie till her dying breath, nothing will. Casey killed Caylee and that is what the jury will think as well. The combo of the testosterone, ethanol and water in the syringe makes me wonder. Where did these things come from, already in the syringe, when purchased and what would those things be used for, and animal?…maybe came from a farm store. Sounds like a hormone shot, that chloroform was added to.
hmmm…hormone shot for Cindy going through menopause perhaps, or George having trouble getting it up LOL, oh wow, the syringe probably came straight from the Ants house, this combo could also be used for dogs with arthritis…the needle is awfully thin, wonder if their dog had arthritis.
Cindy did discuss the fact that there were maggots in Casey’s trunk, but she claimed that they were there because there was rotten pizza in the trunk. Actually, old pizza just dries out and still smells like pizza. Also, coffin flies do NOT like cheese and tomato or stale, dried out crust. Oh, I know, Cindy will tell us that it was the topping on the pizza that attracted the flies. I guess it was that uncooked dead squirrel topping that Casey likes so much.
I have read Jan’s article and the blogs. In but one area, we all agree. Jan has made a serious mistake about the role of an attorney, and she diminishes how very important it is to have one involved. It is a common occurance for upset media and viewers to blame the lawyer for helping an accused, especially in crimes as horrific as these. Please remember that it is not the role of an attorney to prove an accused client not guilty, it is the job of the prosecutor to prove him or her guilty. There is a bright line distinction. The Anthony attorney is badly behaved and inexperienced, but he is required to challange the evidence and findings, and to look for plasible alternative explanations to cast reasonable doubt on the State’s theroy. This is a good thing, because it protects the innocent and rarely protects the guilty. By doing his or her job, the attorney is the firewall that protects us from overzealous prosectors and false charges. They also serve to give us assurance that when a conviction occurs, the defendant has had a fair trial. I am sure many of you disagree, but remember that the Ramseys were put thru hell on false allegations, and so was Elizabeth Smart’s father. Let the justice system work. In the end, we are all better off for it.
I do agree that Lawyers have a job to do…. But it seems to me he crosses the line alot and is doing it more to create media attention for HIMSELF, which is really the reason he took this case. As for G and C, I feel bad for them because I believe they really loved Caylee, But their actions have definately shown me that they have lost whatever sanity they might have possessed. I admit that having a lying cheating, stealing daughter could be very hard and I think that once Caylee was born M thought ” ah ha, now I have my meal ticket C will do whatever I want to keep Caylee” I think C hit the roof over the stealing from her parents and M set out to punish her. I think C is struggling to accept M’s guilt because she will have to feel the guilt (not rightly imo) M only murdered that Child and she should be brought to justice. I can’t think of many murderers family members that have ever stepped out and said “yes my family did this” I hope and pray that I would have the strength to stand up and admit what my child had done if I am ever faced with an illegal or immorale circumstance.

Another point of note: The writers on this blog, especially Jan have a very difficult time restraining from capitalizing on current media sensations in order to gain readership. It bothers me to no end that Jan continually uses buzz phrases and words to get top search results for her articles. Is it mere coincidence that “Tot Mom” is the title of a controversial play about Caylee’s story, and also just happens to be a part of the title in Jan’s latest reporting? I think not. Once again, Jan proves that this site is not about the case, or Caylee, for that matter, but rather about her viewership counts.
The mild disclaimer Jan mentions about the Enquirer is interesting as well. We all know that rag mag is garbage and not reliable. Why even bother quoting from it?
And what news is it really that Casey had a reaction to the play? Of course she did, WE ALL DID. The play probably needs to viewed by all of us, (post trial, in the interest of justice for ALL, not just in this case), especially Jan and her new friends at the esteemed Enquirer, as the message in the script directly questions the ethics of media, in all of it’s permutations, including mediocre blogs.
Jan, please curb the subtle, yet obvious sensationalism. Try to stick to the facts and maintain your staunch opinions without turning into ‘one of them’. I want to continue to read your blogs.
Facts Only. PLEASE stick to the facts! It’s Nancy Grace who coined the phrase ages ago and continues to use the term “Tot Mom.” I don’t know that Jan has ever used it before now.
What Jan DOES do is include Caylee’s name in the headline and she avoids using her monster mother’s name. A decision made long ago to deny that monster the “celebrity” of seeing her name at least in the head lines of this blog.
So one time Jan uses the term Tot Mom – in an article in which she mentions the play, and you have to act like Jan is some kind of opportunistic sensationalist. Ridiculous.
From what I understand people who expect the world to change – and do not change themselves – are constantly disappointed. But you must know that already.

This post title is one of MANY that contain sensationalized terms. I maintain that it evidences lazy, hit seeking journalism.

I agree that the syringe could be traced to a body builder or athlete. It maybe a discarded syringe used by a steroid user. I would expect then, that residual DNA would be present. I have not read this in any reports yet.

I was wondering since $in always worked and supported her husband, grandchild and daughter, (which I read in the emails from $in mother)and now that she does not have a job, could she and her husband just be doing the talk shows, and telling the lies because $in feels like it is payback time, and the money is due to her, since she had been the one to support everyone for so long and now it’s time to milk it for all that she can? I also read that if she had divorced her husband, it would have had cost her alot in alimony to him. I do not know if any of this is true, I was just wondering since I read it. And it is so hard to believe anything about this case anymore. It seems to me that everyone is lying. Then the news saying casey had run out of money in her account. Two possible sources for the used syringe: Take a look at pics of both Ricardo Morales and Sean Daly. Both are big, burly guys. Could Casey have found a discarded syringe with just a hint of testosterone still in it, and thought…”How convenient! I know what I could use THIS for!”??
Hopefully there were usable fingerprints sealed inside that Gatorade bottle…that will prove to be the nails in her coffin!

With the release of the gator ade bottle and syringe, notice that upon release of this information, no fingerprints were mentioned along with this news. If there were no fingerprints, perhaps that would have come out as well. Law enforcement has already checked all this out long time ago. They already know of any known prints and where the testosterone came from. The police did not just receive this info. It is old news from the evidence. If there are prints, they know about them already and just another item of proof as to why the charges should not be dropped and the death penalty stay. The State has her and they know it. The story is slowly coming together. Caylee was not smothered, she was injected with chloroform by way of a dirty needle. How nice! Law Enforcement of course know all of this and have for a long time now. They are just giving out certain evidence when they want to and with holding all the rest of it.

The fact that the syringe found at the remains site was very carefully and securely packaged leads me to agree with the speculation that Casey lifted it from a guy friend’s bathroom in order to frame a guy. Jesse? She went there to shower and was left alone in there. We all know she and $indee are trying to pin this on him. Tony L? She certainly had opportunies to be in these guys’ homes enough times. Someone on another blog mentioned that it may have possibly came from the nursing home $indee worked at.
According to Hal Boedeker with the Orlando Sentinel, news station WKMG is now reporting that the amount of chloroform found is miniscule and may not be the damning evidence needed to convict Casey of her daughter’s murder.
WKMG reporter Tony Pipitone said the station used an independent chemist to confirm that the concentration of chloroform found in the bottle was about 12 parts per billion. This is minor when compared to the 80 parts per billion of chloroform that can be found in tap water.
The report indicates that more testosterone than chloroform was found.
These same chemicals in combiantion are found in a hair loss treatment.

I’m no detective but it seems to me this self-centered pathological liar, sociopath, narcissist and that’s calling her mild, chose duct tape, chloroform and the trunk of her car as a alternative to a traditional babysitter when left with the option of going out or not going out, maybe she didn’t steal enough money for a good time and child-care too. I cant understand the grandmother not willing to sit with her grandchild either was this an exercise in tough love aimed at her own petulant self serving offspring, poor little baby girl a pawn caught up in all this “adult drama”. They should have realized their horror story daughter was a lost cause a waking nightmare and offered an innocent child the love and protection that she deserved and truly needed and let satan’s spawn get on with her party. Its to bad her man wasn’t more kid friendly little baby might have stood a chance…The death penalty is to good an end to this cold-blooded murdering scum of the earth that threw her child away, hell would probably be like a day at the spa for her….. perhaps sometimes there just is no justice, sadly I surmise.
