Bankruptcies, Monthly increments, (some of which never get paid,) "this percent this year, this % percent next year the rest two years from now." How convenient for attorneys and companies who collaborate such devious practices. The victim and victim's family paid out horrendous medical bills, and the victimm dies a slow horrific, painful death. I watched my healthy, robust Father suffer and deteriorate slowly for 9 months. I am a volunteer hospice worker and I have never seen such horrid suffering as Mesothelioma produces. These companies who knew the dangers of their products should have been shut down for 'killing' so many beautiful innocent people. They'get way with murder.' My Father never saw any compensation whatever and his children are receiving Small Installments since 1995. This is December 2009. We are told as of today, "You may never get what was just awarded." Yet I had to sign agreements to release these companies. And the Lawyers treat us as though we are imbeciles. Including being nasty and hanging up while we are speaking with them.
