I’m not the immature one. The arguing is what’s immature. And like I said before, there is a difference between arguing and having a discussion.

I very much admire and appreciate people who research and bring facts to this case. I try to consider all the things I read and think of theories that might fit.

I do not mean this as an insult to anyone who researches and brings facts to a blog but I do take that information with a grain of salt. I also take information from PCSO with a grain of salt. Have to. I can’t blindly accept what anyone says really. I can consider it but I don’t have to buy into it if I don’t want to.
PCSO can spin a tale for the purposes of the investigation. And I don’t personally know any bloggers to KNOW they are telling the truth - and sometimes the truth gets skewed and misinterpreted anyway. It’s a minefield.

So it’s great that you do what you do and share it and there are people here who appreciate it and will consider it. But we all don’t have to be the same. How boring a world that would be (IMO)

I do find it odd though that you use the statement Ms Neves made that HaLeigh would not go out the back, that she would go out the front because it was brighter, to validate that the security light was activated and on.

Do you not know the location of the security light? If it was activated it WOULD light up the side of the house, the ramp area as well as the front. So to say that side of the house was dark would imply that the security light was not on and the front was bright due to a porch light.

I’ll be happy to call the electric service provider to verify whether the security light was active the night Haleigh was reported missing.

First I need you to tell me which company you called that services 202 Green Lane in Satsuma.

Apparently, it is not FPL, as LawShrink must have thought you meant, because I called them and learned they do not serve Satsuma.

Let me know the name of the electric service provider you called, and I’ll call to verify for myself, whether the information you gave is correct.

There are pics on the internet that show the MH at night with the front porch light on and the security light off. Now you can take that bit of info any way you would like it BUT for you to believe that the light was on WITHOUT doing your own research and verifying that the light was indeed activated is NOT having the truth or the facts.

Since you have not researched it you do not know if the security light was activated or not and it is not accurate for you to post that the light was indeed on, and bright. Look at the pics of the MH at night. Yes it was bright on the FRONT porch, so yes if HaLeigh did go out the door it would be the front door to the porch, where it was bright from the porch light.

polly i wish i was up on all the facts. the best i can remember ron and crystal worked on and off. mostly off. i thought i read that ron’s last place of employment was a landscaping job or some type of gardening job before the pdm job? i think someone also mentioned a job paving roads. i really don’t know, this probably came from bloggers. some here really do have the facts. i am hoping they make fact sheets for us on the forum. if you find out please post the information for the rest of us.

First of all I would NEVER call Paw69 a smart mouth as an insult because personally I find she is pretty smart and knows what she is talking about.

Second of all she DID use the abbreviations to certain words in her post which I can’t call cursing.

Third, I am the one that makes the decisions about who is warned and who gets banned from here. So I would appreciate the personal slams to one another left out of here.

I realize we are all on edge and we get frustrated with each other especially when we disagree with someone but please try to refrain from the slurs and insults. At this point we can’t tolerate that in here.

We welcome all of you here but we don’t want arguing with each other. The regular group we
in here have done an outstanding job at time of agreeing to disagree with each other when a difference in opinion can’t be settled. I admire how they have handled situations instead of turning it into a war among us all. Please help us and them keep BNN that way.

That is helpful. It lends support to the light being on because she said ‘bright lights’, instead of just ‘a light’.

I, also remember on one of the NG programs that Teresa Neves said, Haleigh wouldn’t have gone out the back door because, it was so dark. She said she wouldn’t have gone out of the house at all, because she was scared of the dark, but if she did, she would have gone out the front because there were bright lights out there.

On the Nancy Grace Video where one of her producers and Teresa Neves went thru the house, they said the door would close automatically. They demonstrated, if it wasn’t propped open, it shut on it’s own.

I care whether the light was on, and if you don’t wish to comment about it - that’s your problem.

Anybody else have anything from the beginning? That’s what we need to do, go back and find stuff that was initially said before stories were changed and people wanted their 15 minutes.

I agree with you. We only know the security light is there. Whether it was on or not is what I’d like to know. I’m not going to take a posters word for it, because he claims to have called the utility company and inquired about it.

1. The door was swinging freely, it was NOT wedged open with laundry.
2. Police took the bedding out the back door and let the dogs pick up a scent.
3. There is no evidence that Haleigh was taken out the back door. The dogs followed a trail to the river that had the scent they picked up from the bedding, OR, the dogs followed wind that blew scent from the blanket towards the river.

also, jann, i am glad your power company follows the rules - for real. but, it is very possible somebody did speak to hangnon. my life experiences, say very possible.

Ms. P, You’re welcome. This is a difficult case and frustrating time and it’s really hard on us all. I think for the most part we’re all doing really well and treating each other well and that’s what counts. I sort of think of it this way - just imagine what if Haleigh suddenly walked up and saw me pulling the hair out of some lady’s head because we disagreed about where all the blankets were the night she disappeared? (translate that into me fighting with another blogger). I wouldn’t want her to see me like that, you know?

I think a history is needed (something that won’t invade privacy) to get the feel of the players involved. As we all suspect a lot of the major players are consummate liars but why lie when a child is missing? I’d like to see the motives that are compelling these people. I don’t know if I’m expressing myself right, too many lectures today.

Ron turned into a werewolf a couple of nights ago!

For example, if someone posted that they saw Ron turn into a werewolf tonight or someone posted that they saw Crystal or Misty turn into a vampire, I can say that I doubt it and I don’t think it’s right to demonize the man or woman (whichever) like that.

Of importance is whether or not the security light was on when Misty took the blanket off the window.

As far as the blanket on the window, it is not unusual for people to put blankets on windows when the person living there works at night and sleeps during the day.

But she knew everything about where all the blankets were. On the window, on the railing on the ramp, in the van.

Haleigh was missing the only in-depth details she could give was about blankets.

If Misty took a blanket off the window in Haleigh’s room, why would there still be one hanging there when video was later taken?

I doubt the power company would give you such information about another person’s electric account.

I worked for a utility in my state, and we would never give such information to anyone except the account holder.

Utility laws protect consumers through privacy regulations.

Again, doubtful the power company for that address told you whether or not a service was on at 202 Green Lane.

I saw the light off in a nighttime picture SO I talked to somebody in the neighborhood, found out it was a security light through the power company, I then contacted the power company and was told it was not activated.

Could the neighbor and the power company lied to me? Sure they could, but I put the value of the info I was given based on who my sources were.

My advice is, if anybody believes the light being on or off is important to your search for HaLeigh then research it out.

I thought the light being on or off at night was important to know, so I researched it.

I’ll be back with my findings.

How do you know? Are you the property rental agent? Are you a neighbor?

You shouldn’t say something is true unless you can prove it is true.
