i didnt intent to come across as rude, by pointing out misinformation.. we all make mistakes, and I dont hold it against you… I wish more ppl cud go bak and look at origins of their information so to re-consider the sourse.. The program that I am referring to is the Sunday Radio Program on Oct. 11. 2009. What Cobra is talking about with Crystal, Ron’s, and Haleigh’s situation, may or may not be important to the case. I have noticed that Ron stopped making appearances after this program, and Cobra said, today, that Ron had hired a woman P.I. to check things out. There may be other things going on with Ron, as well, for all I know.

Deb… you clearly didnt read my port thoroughly… Not only did I begin by doing a very thorough google search, I also did a thorough archive search of the Palatke Daily…. I also TELEPHONED the Palatka Daily…..i was advised that they never printed such a story…. call them yourself…

I don’t think you were arguing with me, but this subject is a very important one, but one that could be a sticky one to discuss. People could think that this is being mean to bring this up. However, there is a possibility ,of it being an answer to some of the things, we don’t understand about this case.

This was not the program that Cobra talked about all of this. It was a program that was on several weeks ago. In fact, it was the Sunday before Simon wrote the article about Ronald’s and His Attorney Going Down
the Dreaded NPO Path. You could look that article up and listen to the program before that.

After Cobra let that story out, Ronald stopped making public appearances. He has hired a woman P.I. to help him look into some recent stories that have come out.

I am not going to argue with anyone on this matter, but the whole matter of parenthood, could point to another person with an interest in Haleigh. From what Cobra said, Crystal’s relatives said that the father could be a highschool sweetheart of Crystal’s. It all gets involved, but, apparently, you don’t listen to the Sunday Radio Show. If you did, you would know the reasons Cobra mentioned it.

And I believe that if Ron had thought that Haleigh was not his daughter before all this happened he would not have been taking care of her. He would have given her to Crystal or had a DNA test done. OK.. Here are my thoughts..
-Misty met with someone that night — at least 2 people (them).. after 8,
when the kids were asleep
-They came in a van that belongs to Misty’s family
-She did drugs/drank that nigh — maybe not certain — maybe a light drug,
because she was with kids
-She was so tired from the partying or had done drugs that she passed
out/slept.
-She was in a deep sleep/passed out and didn’t hear anything when the guy was banging on the door
-They either came back after she slept and took halleigh in the van
-The scratch on the van are from a wooded area
-The driver of the van is known to Misty. The other person(s) are not known.. It could be though her cousin “joe” Who misty doesn’t trust and maybe the logical choice in taking the Croslin’s family van…

I have not seen anyone put these clues together in the news…The police
must have this idea as I pieced it together from Canada. Maybe this can be
used to put pressure on Misty and the family member that Chelsea says took
the van that night

One thing about Ron losing his job. I am sorry, but people lose their children or loved ones all of the time without taking months off of work. They can’t afford to do that, so they don’t.

Another reason he may have been fired was the fact that he had been spending so much time on the phone during work time. If he made 20 calls to Misty and, at least, one to Tommy, that can’t be tolerated on any job. That, most likely, wasn’t the only time he was spending so much time checking on Misty.

Another reason that he may have been fired could be his arrests for drugs. Even though, there was no conviction, anyone working around heavy equipment needs to be drug free. The company, I am sure, was doing drug testing, but they may have felt that they couldn’t take a chance on Ron after all of that arrest history was made public.

On the NG show, when they went to the house, they said that the screen was propped open with the cinderblock. The main door was held open with some dirty clothes.

I didn’t really agree that Ronald didn’t care if Haleigh was missing, because I think he loves Haleigh. However, after that came out, Ron has not made anymore appearances. The Maury Povich Show was shot before that came out. Ron’s lawyer filled in for him on the NG show and one of the morning shows, saying that Jr. was sick.

Right after that, Ron’s lawyer said they were looking for a Non profit org. to sponsor Ron to hire a private P.I. to look into some stories that had just came out, lately.

I wondered if the lack of TV appearances might be because, Ron wouldn’t want to be asked about that subject. I, also, wondered if the lawyer might be afraid this coming out might make Ronald look more guilty.

Has anyone else seen Ron making appearances or know anything about this?

One more thing I would like to say, I have never felt like Misty killed Haleigh. I have said so over and over. Do I think she has lied? Yes, but there may be reasons for that. She may be scared.

I think Ron, TN, and GGSykes are lying and covering up, also. I am trying to look at all sides of this case, even a predator, or Crystal’s side, also.

So many things could have happened, and I don’t claim to, even speculate on who did this. I don’t even think we know, if haleigh is alive or dead.

If, one evening, I seem to be saying more against Misty, that doesn’t mean I am trying to convict Misty.

You have a point about the tiny bit of truth to any lie. It is odd that she mentions 4 people in her dream, and 4 people were mentioned at the party. That is something to consider.

I don’t know anything about the name Rose in connection to this case, but Mlee is from that area. We could check with her.

In my line of thinking there is a teeney bit of truth to any lie, so when the hypnotist asked her about the dreams she’s like “Oh wait I thought I saw 4 people in the house.” OK I related that to the party, if you count how many people who were supposedly there it fits nicely. The reason I asked about Mike Roess Park is because maybe they didn’t throw poor Haleigh into any local pond, maybe they took her far enough away so later it can be claimed that the abductor did it. So now comes the question How do you pronounce Roess - is it Rose or Roe-es? The dogs may have tracked Haleigh to the water because she may have run down there the day before.

I researched The Palatka Daily News for months about this case. I did not state that article about the smoking gun came from The Palatka Daily News. I even reported the name of the person who wrote the article. I said she said it was based on information that came from The Palatka Daily News.

As I said FED UP is welcome to go back and dig in the Palatka Daily News archives, like I did. The statement that the washer was going when LE arrived that night is in one of the Feb, papers.

I am well aware that there are things that are printed that turn out to be false. If FED UP would spend more time researching with an open mind, FED might be shocked at what they find out.

One reason they believe Haleigh was taken out the backdoor was because of the tracking dogs. The dogs went from the backdoor straight down a path to the water.

The screen door was propped open with the cinder block, and the main door was wedged open with some dirty clothes. Noone locked the door when they left. Both doors were standing open.

I know of 2 people that have come forward to say that Misty was at a party that night and had the kids with her. That is why LE spent a bunch of money draing that pond. One report said that Haleigh got ahold of Oxycotin and died, and WBG put her in a black bag and threw her in that pond. They knew when they did that they might not find anything because of the alligators. Most everybody in Florida knows that, but they were hoping to find some evidence.

LE keeps waiting on someone who isn’t a drug addict to come forward and tell them this same story, before they make any arrests.

LE believed the story enough to go to all the time and money to drain that pond. They keep hauling people in that were said to have been at that party on drug charges and questioning them.

Face it, we are dealing with drug addicts that don’t make alot of sense. That is why this case doesn’t make any sense.

Misty mentioned the bedding on the back porch in an early video, early on in the case. It may be in one of the local or area stations’ interviews. If I find it again, I will let you know.

The red plastic rose is not on an interview. When Misty failed all of those tests, she came up with that and the I had a dream, at least, she thought it was a dream. She thought she dreamed that 4 people came into the house.

The hypnotist had just asked her, if she had any dreams that night, and she said no. That is where she got the dream idea. When she found out she failed all those tests, she changed her story, once again. She, now, thinks she might have had a dream that 4 people came into the house.

Take away the block and there are two LOCKED doors in that MH.

A person(s) could enter that MH through the front or back door only when the doors were unlocked.

To unlock the deadbolts, a key was used, or the locks were bumped (depending on the lock - highest security locks can’t be bumped).

Not sure whether a deadbolt can be LOCKED by reverse-bumping, but I find it extremely unlikely that a person(s) abducting a child would hang around long enough to reverse-bump a deadbolt in order to lock it.

So, for Haleigh to have been taken out of the MH from either door, then the person(s) who took her had a key, and locked the deadbolt as they left with Haleigh, or a PERSON INSIDE THE MH locked the deadbolt after Haleigh was taken out of the MH.

I’ll bet it’s also true that strangers don’t take the time to turn around and lock doors on their way out.

That’s good, because if she saw 11, 12, 1, or 2, she needs a good explanation for not calling 911, or she needs tell a different story about events leading up to the time she realized Haleigh was not in the MH.

If she hadn’t said she awoke before Ron came home, then Ron could have been the person who realized Haleigh was missing.

He could have first walked into Haleigh’s room, expecting to see her in bed sleeping, and when he didn’t, assumed she was on the mattress in his bedroom - or vice-versa.

I’m not saying that Misty read them a story, but most people have a bedtime routine for their kids. Then again Misty is not like most people.

Bedwetting issues are one of the top triggers for child abuse AND when a child starts wetting the bed again it may be a sign that sexual abuse is going on. I’m not accusing anyone of anything, just stating some facts.

I read a huge discrepancy where a major news source (CBS) stated that Morgans friends were the ones who called Morgan (where Morgan advised them she cud not get bak into the concert as had no ticket stubb.)

Funny thing is that i have heard many interviews with her parent that say it was Morgan who called the friends…. not the other way around….

Your information is blatantly INCORRECT. You are stating that the Palatka Daily did an article called The Smoking Gun…..which tells us that Misty had the washing machine on when LE arrived…

That is completely wrong information… The Paltake Daily never did any such article…

That article was written by a contributer to Associated Content which is a blog site… The contributor of the article is Carol Bengle Gilbert…. She is a poster like you and I….

Back to what I was saying Karen.. you eed to go bak and track where the information first came out.. You need to look to see when it was first aired and go by the dates.. You will see that this is the first report of this crazy alegation in mid sept.. You will also see that a blogger reesponding to the article refers to the Palatka Daily on a completely different issue …

I’d have to see transcripts, in chronological order, of what they’ve both said to try to figure it out. If Misty gave one story to LE that night and then later said something different, could Ron have been trying to correct it back to what she said originally?

Plus - it seems to me - that most of the things that have changed have been little things. Misty has stuck to the time she woke up (supposedly), the doors being locked, the time the kids went to bed and when she supposedly went to bed. And that she did not prop open the door with the cement block. All the other stuff seems like “so what” to me. With one exception. She made a mistake about what Haleigh wore to bed. Whatever she described was found later in the washer or dryer I think. (I think!) But it’s possible Misty just forgot what Haleigh wore to bed that night.

You have to be careful in what you are reading and know the difference between ” fact” and “fiction”. Hearsay, is also mixed into the equation, thus is an inevitable recipe for inaccurate information…If you are under the impression, that what is written by Palatka Daily, or any other news source, is 100 percent fact, then its a huge mistake. I do think more credence is applicable, in stories published by some of the bigger news agencies, but it is foolish to believe that it is always going to be accurate…I am perplexed at how reporting and journalism has become sensationalized to the max. Before the internet came around, I dont think the problems of shoddy reporting were as bad, as the news was more confined and journalists had to be more accountable. Now, with the internet and with information being repeated hundreds times over, it is inevitable that mistakes and miquotes are made and much more frequently.

Let me give you an example…..

We are probably aware of the sad story of Morgan Dan Harrington, who has been missing for weeks…

If you are like me, you are probably under the assumption that according to reports, Morgan called her friends before 9 pm to advise she cudnt get bak inside as no ticket stub….

An perfect example of how stories change, and how facts get messed up… is in the below articile by CBS….. (which I wud like to think is a reputable source)

Morgans website specifically says that Morgan called her friends…..

now CBS’s article contradicts this event, and says that the friend called Morgan…..

The above quote was made by a CBS news correspondant Edecio Martinez and I have provided the link (above) to bak it up…

My point is that ..it is ” likely” that an error was made in his report…
but we dont know for sure as now we are hearing a different story of what took place….

This is the same problem that has happened with Misty… The media was horrible in their reporting and the shadow cast over Miaty grew darker and darker… a good example is the washing machine story… which is a pile of bull… so is the makority of the al;leged inconsisities as ppl are on a witch hunt, and run with anything that sounds a tad incriminating.. Isnt that apparent??? Its a no brainer that these stupid allegations are getting more farfetched by the day….
If the washer was infact in operation at 3:30 am, on the night in question..why wudnt LE have put that in the police?? why wud that allegation have only come to ligght in mid Sept..How reliable is the sourse.? Where did the source get their information…

These are questions many ppl should ask thjemselves before believing everything the read….

At least we know a non-family member saw Haleigh around 8. That helps with the timeline.

I wonder if Misty had a routine for those kids, you know, like bath time at 7:00, bedtime snack, bedtime story. Especially Haleigh as she was going to school.

Also, if Ron and Misty collaborated on this why didn’t they get their stories straight? It makes no sense to me for him to contradict her - unless he wanted to place blame on her or she was wrong or he wanted to cover up something else (like not have LE know someone was at his house because it was something he did not want LE to know about for another reason).

Why would Misty CREATE a locked room mystery by saying the doors were locked? That makes her look responsible for whatever happened.

Sometimes I think if they had one story and stuck to it-all the same answers from both of them they would look more guilty. So they’d be condemned either way.

It seems to me that everthing Misty said was contradicted by Ron, as if Ron had first hand knowledge. Which makes Ron look suspicious also.

The reason I asked about school was bus stop dad Jerry Santos stated Ron first met Misty at the bus stop. Unless Haleigh had gone to pre-K, it didn’t take him long to get Misty in his house. Who was he dating before that? Amber Brooks or was there someone else?
