Wed, 15 Feb 2012 21:25:16 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.3.3 By: letdownagain http://www.bloggernews.net/122761#comment-1744046 letdownagain Thu, 02 Sep 2010 05:21:52 +0000 http://www.bloggernews.net/122761#comment-1744046 my child is in middle school and has had 2 adults trash her on facebook over middle school drama then was gas lighted by her own child to attack my child and the mother then at the end of a high school football game on school property got nose to nose with my 14 yr old daughter and proceeded to called her names including profanity,threatened the law on her and she was with 2 other parents that witnessed the whole thing and one had to step infront of the mother to stop her front trying to grab my child to take her away and make her leave with her and this crazy woman had her online bully friend as a witness(of course lied to school officials) and mean while the husband of this woman was yelling at the principle till he made him go inside the building as to not cause a scene. THEN during the schools investigation of matter the school REFUSED to talk to the adults that was with my child and witnessed and tried to stop the attack. I then go to our local police and I get yelled at my the city officer because he was having a bad day. Also the school was not going to call and report the attack because they had no proof it happened since they wouldn't talk to the adults in our corner UNTIL I threatened the school with calling our local news papers and tv stations and have them investigate the matter and publish it for all to see. I also turned in to our local PD the fake profile on facebook that was made about my child and the local Police officer told me the prosecuting atty probably won't do anything with this except have them be warned and give them a second chance. I also asked if he was going to contact facebook and get the IP address and name of who made this profile and file charges on this as well and he told me he didn't know how and then changed the subject on me. I am at a loss I don't know what else to do. I am going to our local paper and TV about this since it is an election year and our current prosecuting atty is running for JUDGE. School system in Missouri that I live in has allowed this to go on for 9 months. But b/c no names are on any documents and threats are made but no officials hear it they will not do anything. the police dept will do nothing b/c it is a school matter and it is to be taken up with the school resource and security officers. what a joke. i am sick and i am tired of my daughter being harassed and bullied and threatened on a daily basis.
