I like you, wonder if he could get custody. The father has been in Iraq and had a bad carwreck or truck wreck(not sure which). He is in a wheelchair after surgery. I don’t know anymore details about him. I lived in Florida for over a year and I do think they have more trouble there, but our children aren’t safe anywhere.

I believe in what the Bible says about we reap what we sow. The people who hurt Haleigh or neglected Haleigh will reap the consequences in this life. There won’t be a peaceful, good life for anyone involved in this. Call it Karma or whatever, but what goes around, comes around. I also believe everything comes to the light sooner or later. Think of the turmoil involved in living with all of this, always looking over your shoulder.

I wonder if LE knows more than we do or if they are in the same boat. I agree there is something so off about this Cummings’ case that we can’t put our finger on. I think that is why we can’t put it down.

All of these cases are so tragic.

Toughenough:

I know it is sad, but most of these cases go unsolved. It is really not that surprising she hasn’t been found. If you look past all the creepy people who were part of Haleigh’s life, she was most likely snitched by some pervert who has never even been caught before. That river out there leads a far ways away and there are a lot of woods out there to hide in. It is not a pleasant thought, but the person could just be very thorough in planning. Watching, waiting and making a calculated move at the right moment. I think Misty went out that night when the kids were sleeping (you would be amazed how many drug addicts don’t think twice about it) and he was there watching and she is scared to tell. By now, she has told her story so many times she probably believes it herself. The ramifications of this won’t set in for her till she is clean and older, IMO.

I still don’t like how Simon said that it had nothing to do with finding Haleigh. I am not listening to the show because of Cobra being involved with it, not Simon.

You really need to listen to the program more than once to get an idea of what is really going on. Simon lets people make their point, but he has to keep the show moving. He is, also, aware of what all he needs to update all of us on. I don’t think he is trying to hang up on people, but he has alot to cover.

I understood Jan’s point about people changing their minds and their views on this case, I have many times. However, I think the real issue today was that Cobra was changing his account of the events of that day, not his opinion of the people involved or the people reporting it.

I was quite surprised when 2 successive callers who were trying to bring this point out were hung up on. I don’t know how you can say that is not biased.

All that happened on the show today, IMO, makes me even more suspicious of that day and the Haleighbug center all together. Something is not right with that situation. If they are raising money for searching and raising the reward, lets see it. So far, I have seen nothing like that. I think Crystal’s family just moved back up to the top of my list of suspects.

Something stinks, and I believe a little girl is lost in it.

People have made it clear to Simon and T.J. that we want to hear and talk about the details of finding Haleigh. We don’t want to hear about who lied, what faults Cobra has, what faults KP, has, or who said they were with the FBI. We don’t care.

Cobra has alot of good information for us about this case, and he has put his heart into it.

Some of you people want to consume the whole radio program with that kind of fighting, and most of us don’t want to hear about it. When you take up all the time on that kind of stuff, we learn nothing new about Haleigh’s case.

Simon is trying to be diplomatic to everyone, but he knows people are wanting to hear about Haleigh, and the people directly involved with this case. I think he is doing a good job, and it was a good program, today.

In that area, after what happened with Somer, I would think we’d be hearing about parents and neighbors within a 2 mile radius of that school volunteering to walk groups of children to school.

I did notice WBG rub his nose while stating that the last time he saw Misty was Sunday. But the other thing I noticed is the mention of Ron being a person in the area who was known for being a thief. He said the car had been junked, but LE had it doing tests on it. It was mentioned that it would be hard to find any evidence since Amber poured that green cleaner in the trunk. That is a bit too much co-incidence to me.

Ron and Misty separated right after that report came out. LE is waiting on some kind of solid proof or word from someone who is not an addict. People keep saying that story didn’t pan out, but, it may not have been dismissed, either.

This kind of accidental death makes alot more sense to me than saying some one deliberately killed her.

The neighbor told us a loud car came thru there
about 1:30 a.m. Cobra told us Amber drove a car that sounded like that. Cobra told us that Amber had splashed some kind of green chemical in the trunk of the car(supposedly to cover up something). Was Amber and Nay Nay bringing Misty back home?

And how about Amber? Her family has a shady past with Ron and Misty too. Wasn’t it said there was a loud car like Amber’s heard in that area the night Haleigh went missing?

Misty is definitely not being fully honest, mostly cause she is just used to lying all the time. She shows all the signs of a habitual liar who will lie even when she doesn’t have to. I think she is lying to cover her guilty conscience of either getting high and passing out, or going out when the kids went to bed. I really don’t feel she directly had anything to do with Haleigh being gone, but I feel she blames herself, and knows everyone else would too. She probably feels like she has told enough of the truth for the le to find her, just too dumb to know better.

Also I read in a mainstream news source that it was two days LATER that PCSO tracked and looked at the garbage in the area.
And why the free totally unnecessary “search” of the Sheffield/Griffis property which that family used to say “Look! We’re innocent.” Waste of money and it didn’t mean anything.

PLUS, has LE looked into the source of the $12,000 donated to get Crystal out of debt? I hope so. (As in who does that woman know who knows someone connected to that family?) Maybe LE is just not commenting on that but I can’t help but wonder.

Without real solid evidence that a certain person committed the crime, I don’t see how any doors can or should be closed for further investigation - that’s what has me worried.

The SO they interviewed in Jax - his brother said that he was 19 and the girl was 16.

I hope they are looking at other sites of construction/renovations in the area. It is kind of obvious that the house they are investigating had some clues, but the house was empty and workers gone? . . . they have DNA now, though, and unless this was a first-time offender (maybe a teenager), they will know soon, I should think.

Anyway, I hope that Somer was not brutally murdered. She may be in bad shape from how she was treated afterwards (in heaps of garbage). Gosh I don’t like even writing about this. I just thought I’d offer the hope anyway. Small hope that it is.

I back law enforcement most of the time, but not in this case. I think everyone should ask why and then why not when it it comes the way PCSO has handled it. Here are a few examples.

1. Why were the dogs left in a vehicle for a number of hours? LE stated they were waiting for dogs from Jacksonville. This is very strange to me.
2. Why did LE drag HaLeighs bedding outside onto the ramp to give the dogs HaLeighs scent? This compromised evedence. Normally a piece of clothing , a doll and/or another personal item is used.
3. Why were some of the most crucial evidence compromised? The door held open by the cinder block was left for close to a month. The solid door was never taken. These are very important pieces of evidence. These are just a few things to think about. In my opinion, this case has been compromised from the beginning.
4. Why did Crystal continue to change her story as to what Junior stated to her. First, a man dress in black. That changes to a black man dressed in black. Then a black man dressed in black with squeaky shoes. Why? Parents know the last thing you do is place a child in danger by putting them on national television. Do we really know what Junior stated to LE and why would a mother put her son in danger?

I wish everyone would stand back, look at the FACTS and ask yourself why, in every area on this case.

HaLeigh is my number one focus along with her family. Please, keep her in your prayers.

My nephew was assaulted at age 2 by the teenage son of his babysitter. The professionals told us that because he was much more verbal than most 2 yr olds, he was able to tell them what happenned, although not in adult language terms.

We were first alerted that something was wrong when he was fearful in the bathroom after coming home from the babysitters. He was afraid of what he called a ‘monster’ at the window.
