Cindy & George could take a lesson from Somers’ mother..that is how they should have acted and felt about Casey killing Caylee…

But I believe they knew a lot sooner, they just didn’t want to stop the money from coming in to find Caylee…They were collecting on Craigs list and having money deposited in her brother Lees’s paypal account ! They violated ricco laws..
A LOT of cash unaccounted for !
(Based on the video of the neighbor who went thru their trash, money envelopes)…

I know the prosecution will get Georges GJ testimony, but that does not mean we will get to see it, but it will come out at trial if needed if George lies. Pat @ 1:15 – The judge recently ruled to release the Grand Jury testimony to the prosecution. But you’re probably right that when G testified he may not have thought Sindee would ever see it.
But still, she had to know that the only reason he was testifying was to say stuff that was condemning.

I think sindee was really mad at casey for not letting her see the baby and i think she was really scared at first and called police and then it all starting sinking in how sick in the head casey is and so they started changing story, maybe feeling bad! Also Casey was on the computer at his office, so I think that is when a lot of pics and information was deleated off the home computer it is easy to log in from someone elses computer and get on you home computer. Meanwhile, When Casey goes to jail, gets Baez as her attorney, bails out of jail, Her and Baez are in the office all day long plotting their way to get her out of this. She tells Baez the truth. Dollar signs are seen in Baez’s eyes. So he tells Casey, We can make lots of money off this. Just do as I say. Then, Caylee’s remains are found. BUT!, before it’s even proven that they are Caylee’s remains, Baez is at the jail, and Casey has a panic attack. Baez wants in the crime scene. He wants to tamper with everything. And this is still before it’s been confirmed it’s Caylee’s remains. How did Baez know ahead of time? Because Casey already told him long ago what she did. Baez then tells Casey it will be alright, we have a new game plan. So he goes motion happy, he makes so many mistakes, the judge is in his chambers laughing and saying “Are you kidding me?”

So George knew where the car was and Cindy rushes to wash pants and clean the car then call the police again. Cindy and Casey have their fights as usual and the spitefulness gets even bigger. George knew right away Casey killed Caylee. But cindy doesn’t want the gravy train to be taken away. She has something she’s holding over George’s head to keep his mouth shut. He quietly tells the truth to LE,FBI,ECT. hence the reason he said to call him and not Cindy if/when they find Caylee. He goes to the GJ and tells them the same thing, He knows, not even Cindy can see anything that happened in the GJ. But now, Now the State has it. It will come out in trial. After trial, charges will be put out. George is hoping, since he spoke the truth quietly that he will only get probation, he’ll be free from Cindy, because Cindy will be in jail.

I have done a little reasearch this morning and found it very interesting that Georgie knew where Casey had left the car. The paper work did not give them that information, so how did he know.

I find it really strange Georgie knew Caseys car was towed from Amscot before he was told by the toy yard. So who told George this information. It did not smell like rotten food to the tow man. The Tow man callled the orang county sheriff to go get the Ants car, he was conceerned about the smell. omg that is so telling because he had smelled that smell before from a car he had in the yard. This tells me Georgie and Cindy knew from the beginning what was going on, The paper work they recieved did not tell where the car had been towed from so how did they know unless Casey told them. The plot thickens.

Unfortunately, Florida is a very transient state and very easy to ‘get lost’ in the system there. When I lived there in the 80′s I became very aware of how easy it is to disappear.

I used to wait for the bus in the morning to go to work and a child would come and sit on the bench (far from me, because I was a stranger). One morning, a car just randomly pulled up and told the young girl to get in the car. I spoke up and said ‘I’m going to scream if you get any closer’. The car sped off. From that morning on, that little girl sat so close to me, she was practically in my lap. When I would wait for the Bus AFTER work, if I had missed my first bus, 4 or 5 cars a night would try and pick me up. Probably thinking I was a hooker. But I would back off and walk away. Frightening.

Back on topic: This whole family’s demeanor and affect are inappropriate. I can understand being in denial (Cindy Anthony) and wanting your child to be innocent, but to go from one extreme to the next (the car smells like a body was in it to Casey’ was a good mother) is out of control. The Father a former Homicide Detective and he had no clue? These people are nuts.

Unfortunately I think she’ll get probation – if that. The total amount she stole was about $700 and it was a first offense. So if she was anyone else, she’d probably get probation. And she’s supposed to be treated like “anyone else” (without the murder being considered).
Of course even if she does get probation for fraud, she still has to stay in jail and the conviction will work against her in the murder trial (and sentencing).

Yes, if the jury knows that the accused murderer is already a convicted felon (for fraud), it typically doesn’t “help” in the murder trial.

But I am hoping she won’t get “time served.” In part because she was only in jail for a short time on the fraud charge before she bailed out.

Later she was arrested for murder and has been in jail with no bond for that (for a year).

So I hope that her time in jail for an upcoming murder trial would not count as a penalty for the fraud charges.

I might have given her the benefit of the doubt – like maybe she was not flipping her dad off – UNTIL you reminded me about George’s outburst with Zenaida’s lawyer. Due to Casey signing a paper acknowledging she knows exactly what her defense team is doing, She can’t make any appeals when she is found guilty. And George and a few others including the State have basically told her she needs a new defense team because they all know what’s about to happen when she’s found guilty. She has been promised something and she’s not going to get any of it like she thinks she will.

I hope that there will be more charges, Charges put on Cindy and George.

Where has Lee been in all of this? He seems to disappear alot.

It’s funny how Cindy and George take a vacation from the Cameras, yet they were just on another show spewing their lies right before they went on their cruise.

I am not sure if Georgie has the boat or the Milsteads. Not once has it been used for looking for a child. As far as the pictures I do not think anyone should have profited by them. They Anthonys learned early on they could get blood money for them. And now the gravy train rolls on. They have had there face in the media to spin there lies.

There hasve been 17 children murdered so far this year just in Orlando. What is going on in our Country, animals treat there yound babies better then some of partents do. If they do not want a child then learn to use birth control, Or give that child up for adoption to a family that will love the child. There are so many people that can not have children. I still feel drugs have a big part in this behavior.

In response to something PAW69 said, about what’s going on in Florida: I can’t honestly say, but I did read an article a few months ago that made the claim that 911 operators in Florida were appallingly callous, under-trained, lax, and entirely unprofessional in their work. The article even documented several cases where a person in distress died because an operator sent the ambulances to the wrong address or the operator even hung up on the caller. I know these things happen everywhere, but according to the statistics, things had gotten so bad in Florida that people were clamoring for a complete over-haul of the Florida 911 system. Anyway, just wanted to give this input.

With both the fraud and civil suits now moving forward, I can’t help but think the defense is the one who dropped the ball insuring that the judges would rule this way. With all of their delays, ridiculous motions, television appearances and media pressers along with the fact that they have just begun to depose critical witnesses and examine critical evidence it’s no wonder the courts have ruled for these two other cases to move forward. The defense will never be ready for trial in less than a year and they can blame themselves for the judges ruling … Way to go Jose and team !!
