I think one of her other kids killed Somer and she was covering it up so the other kid would not go to jail. The mom I am sure disposed of the body how else would someone know when the trashed would be picked up for that week. Also why didn't the kids dad come from out of state when he heard she was missing unless the mother told the father one of the other kids had killed her. He waited a week to come to town, sounds like a coverup from the mom and dad. I think it is a coverup for the mom and all the attention and money she had gotten from the death of her child. You could see on tv she was not distraught and was all done up. Unlike a parent who is really distraught. God will make her feel Somers pain on judgement day. I read the police report and it said Somer ran ahead to another group of children - so when / where was she abducted. Then there is a two hour gap between the time Somer was missing and they called the police. Also, what's with the texting to each other (boyfriend(s)) - panic stricken parents use the phone - there is no time to text! Catch her boyfriend's webpage - favorite movies are porn and he is a "trash truck driver". Everyone is rallying around the fact that this was committed by a SO and it may not have been. The real problem is making prison like it should be..... Punishment...... instead of like a college campus.... Wouldn't you think that sex offenders are really good at manipulating just about anyone? What's the expression, "Don't lay where you piss," or something like that. Do you honestly think that a sex offender is going to commit a crime and then bring the victim to his home? I don't think so! Okay, the Dugard case is special. I hope these "interviews" were conducted at the sex offenders homes, and that there was a search warrant included. I hope they checked every gap and every yard. I hope they looked to see if the grass was pulled up anywhere, and looked under rugs for trap doors. Interviewing sex offenders?
