I was looking on wftv site and saw in Casey’s tab, Casey’s Defense Campaigns on Prime Time TV.

My question is this, How in the hell can they ask for a change of venue and accuse everyone else for tainting the jury pool when they are on PRIME TIME TV trying to convince to everyone that Casey is innocent???

No matter what they say or do, facts are facts and there are overwhelming facts that show she is more than guilty.

I have not ever seen the STATE in front of the cameras. I’ve only seen Baez,The Anthony’s and the defense’s experts in front of the cameras.

I’m sure the judge has seen all of this as well.

The only Zanny the Nanny there is, is the drugs Casey put in Caylee’s body while she went partying. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out.

NO ONE OTHER THAN CASEY ANTHONY KILLED CAYLEE THEN BURIED HER, NO ONE BAEZ, NO ONE. BAEZ QUIT TRYING TO TAINT THE JURY POOL. YOU ARE DOING MORE HARM THAN HELP FOR CASEY.

These cases are so close to us, I think 1/2 the time some don’t realize which one they are on.

I just can not believe that there has been no communication between parents and monster all this time. Can you?

I know what you mean but please don’t worry. Monster has had every opportunity to change lawyers. Even in the beginning her parents tried to dissuade her from sticking with Bozo. And since then the prosecution has done a really good job give her every chance to change lawyers, understand what’s going on, etc. To the point of signing documents etc. So Monster is doing this to herself. And the prosecution is ensuring that she’ll have to “live with it” down the road and won’t be able to whine about that.

I feel the same way about competent legal representation regardless of whether I can stand Casey or not. I thought Andrea Lyons was going to change things, but considering how indignant she seemed when it was suggested her students worked that motion up for her, it seems like she may have been the one who worked up that “farce” herself.

I predict that the thing they are doing that is just going to crucify their client is stick to that nanny the zanny story and go on and on blathering away about how the burden of proof is on the prosecution and attack the forensic evidence.

That is just not going to fly with the jury. The jury is going to need to hear a story that is remotely believable regarding what really happened to the child and why Casey partied like the party animal she was the whole time her daughter was “missing” and never reported the child missing until her mother backed her into a corner.

I know people want to see her fry (death penalty), She needs to be punished for what she did, yes. But her parents aren’t innocent either, Especially Cindy.

No matter what, she deserves to have an attorney that is real. Not one who just jumped out of the fruit loops box.

Baez shouldn’t even be on this case what so ever.

No worries all. I didn’t get soft hearted for Casey. I just don’t think it’s right what everyone else is doing just for the golden dollar. They all have obviously forgotten that Caylee is gone and no longer with us here on earth.

I too am a Kathi Belich fan!! I was ROFLMAO. Andrea was obviously embarrassed. It must have been even more embarrassing when the judge ruled to strike the defense motion to dismiss becuase it did not meet the requirement of….3.190 (c)(4) exactly what the Prosecution said when they called it a “farce.”

Hey, y’all. Casey’s jail account is in the red something like $8.95. She can’t buy any more chips or hot sticks until some reads that article and then some people send her money which of course they will.

Hey, cindy and George just made $20,000.00 for that 48 hours farce. Maybe George can send his daughter a few more bucks for junk food now.

I wonder why the judge gave the defense until February to produce the so-called evidence that shows that someone else placed Caylee’s remains there. I’d think a month would have been more than generous for that!

Did you know that last Wed was the one year anniversary of the murder indictment? Wow! Long, long time.

If his client would finally tell him the truth he would only have to investigate that one thing, not everything.

PAW69 - I don’t know if monster is even listening. Probably concentrating on trying to look serious. During this hearing when she laughed she covered her mouth! I guess she’s paying attention to what she’s being told about how she should act at hearings!

But IF she listens, I wonder if she’s counted the times that her lawyers have failed to file motions that are even acceptable in the technical sense! As in did whoever write it ever SEE a law school? And if she’s noticed, what excuses do her so-called attorneys give her? She should have been concerned about competent legal assistance a long time ago. The prosecution insisted on that - and the judge made her sign an agreement to that affect and also has made her attend all the hearings (after Bozo had been keeping her from attending a number of them).
I sure hope she’s not going to try to claim incompetent representatino later!
Oh, and does she imagine Bozo and Lyons, dining out (on her dime) at a nice restaurant after the hearing chatting about the NEXT motion they’re going to mess up? THAT should get her goat!

For those of you that did not watch 48 hrs Mystery the untold story it is on Utube. After checking several blogs it is just more lies. We have heard them all, and I did not need to loose sleep to hear them again.

If you wouldn’t have been in front of the camera every 5 minutes, you wouldn’t have to whine and cry to the judge about a change of venue. EVERYONE knows about this case and EVERYONE who has a brain knows she’s guilty. You do too.

My honest opinion Baez, I think you and your dream team need to go back to school. None of you can handle this case correctly. “IF” Casey doesn’t get a fair trial, it’s your fault. Because you don’t know what you are doing. And she deserves a fair trial with a fair attorney. NOT YOU!!!

The dream team always, wants, wants,wants. But they never want to give. I wonder why.

It’s sad that The Anthony’s would rather sid on their daughter’s side and not their granddaughter’s side.

Their granddaughter was helpless, especially when it came to her cold hearted selfcentered murdering mother.

The Anthony’s know damn well their daughter did this. Yet they still do this.

Now I know people have their own ways of dealing with the death of a loved one. But come on, This is unreal and it’s been put in the excuse book of the year.

Especially Cindy, because if she’s still looking for a live Caylee, then my question would be this, Who’s remains did she creamate. Also, who’s funeral services did she have it for? Ohhhh, that’s right, they had to sideshow for Casey, to show her what they are going to do when the prison puts the needle in her arm for killing their granddaughter.

And just so Baez understands this post before he tries to give it to the judge for evidence of “inflammatory language”. These are my opinions based off the “FACTS”. And I do live in America where we DO HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

I hope they all get what is coming to them. Caylee didn’t deserve this. God bless her little soul.
