I find the catholicism annoying and it’s misogynistic stance on youthful women who dont want to ruin their lives and bear children but only want lots of sex, absolutely backward. The vatican must surely realise that there is massive overpopulation and no need to reproduce. Frankly the more abortion and contraception is accepted the better.
Use condoms, have sex and enjoy your lives women as there are men who are jealous of your youthful, vigour and beauty , let these misogynists rot in hell!!

You are either Catholic or you are not.
Her comedy belongs to her audience. The Church deserves respect first, because Her Head is our Lord Jesus Christ and second, because her members bear the image and likeness of God.
It is time to use common sense, at least!
By the way, I don’t know who is this character for I never watch commercial TV -only EWTN (^_^)

For crying out loud, people, Sarah Silverman makes fun of EVERYTHING, including taboo topics like rape and the Holocaust. What on earth makes you think that your status as a religion gives you some form of immunity?

Stuff like this is why I left the Catholic Church.

I am sure HBO would never allow a comedian to denigrate some Israeli religious leader like the “Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem” (as Bill Donohue notes) or suggest Jews sell Israel for world peace. That would be antisemitic! But it is all right for Sarah (on HBO) to defame the pope or trash religious symbols. That’s not anti-Catholic, just cute and adolescent (though Silverman is 29!).

Lot’s of people have tried to run the Church out of town, others have put her down in speech and action towards her people but hey, she is still standing. Maybe you ought to trust in the Holy Spirit a bit more and leave off all the boycotting which just makes you look narrowminded and negative.

Last time I checked, Sarah Silverman told jokes. Ever hear the one she told about the Pope selling the Vatican to feed the poor. Oh you did? And you didn’t think it was funny? Well, I hate to break it to you, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a joke. Silverman is a comedian. That is all she is. I think the Vatican will survive the joke, don’t you? I am a Catholic but I don’t really feel the need to start restricting the internet sites I go to because they may have thought Silverman’s joke was funny. Christianity has survived all sort of peril these last two thousand years and the Vatican will stand until the very last of days. And it certainly will survive Sarah Silverman. What I am trying to say, is, take a chill pill.
