Please note! Yesterday was the one year anniversary of monster’s indictment (on the murder charge) by the grand jury.

I believe the article on this blog is referring to the request for change of venue for monster’s fraud trial. I think if the defense is successful it will set a precedent to bolster their next request which will be to have the murder trial moved, too. Actually, it’s a win-win for the defense either way (IMO). If they don’t get a change of venue for the fraud trial, they’ll surely claim later that having it in Orlando has further “tainted” any possible jury for the murder trial. So I’m sure Bozo will be dining in the finest restaurants in Florida while “working” on one or the other of these two cases.

I say “fine” restaurants because the three places the duhfense wants to move the trial are (I believe) three of the most expensive places in Florida!

Simon and Jan, I am absolutely floored at their reason for change of venue. They have been on television as much as Cindy and George. People are sick and tired of listening to all these people and their lies. Let the trial begin NOW and let’s get this over with. We never know what drama will come up next, do we? I just hope that South Florida is hearing as much about this case as the rest of us are. Bozo is just hoping for a Hispanic jury. I also cannot believe that they are asking for possible jurors to fill out a stupid questionaire. Are they totally nuts?

Baez is desperate you know! On the bright side, maybe the prosecutors will give you a front row seat on the Justice for Caylee’s side of the court room: Sadly, we know her “loving” grandparents won’t be on that side.

BTW Jan, You put the “FACTS” in, and then stated your “OPINIONS” about it after that. Which means “FREEDOM OF SPEECH”… At least you put everything out there. He couldn’t even do that. He put only bits and pieces in there and only bits and pieces of the comments in there. With him doing that in a Motion, can there be a law suit against him for that? I don’t know, I’m just asking. Especially when your Article is only 1/2 there and the bloggers’ statements under that shows nothing of what was said with the article and with him cutting it all off like that it makes no sense whatsoever. Which in turn makes him look like a A$$.
