That little town has one red-light from what I have read. I am sure they took her back and let her out where she asked them to let her out. Misty is a very willful girl from all accounts.

One thing I know about Tim is that he cares about people. He lost his own daughter, and that is what led him to get into all of this business of searching for missing children.

Cuz that might explain why only Haleigh was taken if Crystal would not go to jail for Junior yet, but would for Haleigh.

Interesting that an anonymous doner paid all Crystal’s back child support…so now if this theory is correct, except for the fact that the authorities may have been lied to, they could bring Haleigh out of hiding (if this theory is correct).

Maybe LE needs to offer them a plea…community service, and a lot of it, for a long time, if they bring Haleigh out of hiding.

Thanks, I remember gossip in the earlier days, nothing to do with Chad or WBG,and definitely no confirmation of any of it, or that they had prescriptions, that was what I was asking for as I do not believe it exists.

If so, then that makes Chad a suspect for the kidnapping. I remember watching him the first time he was interviewed on television thinking that he couldn’t look at the camera when being interviewed. At that time I figured Crystal just wanted her baby out of that “less than ideal home” and had her kidnapped and when her fiancee couldn’t look at the camera the first time he was interviewed…I wondered.

I like that theory. It makes sense, plus haleigh would likely still be alive, but if that theory is correct, it seems like LE needs to find a way to let them off the hook for being idiots. I could forgive a lot of stupidity and even wasted taxpayers money, etc. if that little girl was still alive, unharmed.

Of course, you could still be right. Our perceptions are usually based on our own personal experiences — unless something happens (usually life) that teaches us to bend over backwards trying to figure out where other people are coming from.

There does seem to be an “X” factor here that’s throwing everything slightly out of kilter in all of this (yes, possibly even in Cobra’s theory as well as mine), but I think you may be reading too much into Crystal’s behavior. You might think I am reading too much into someone else’s behavior. And maybe I am!

You would think that, in the end, the facts should fit the psychology. But one needs to be aware that there are psychological conditions that are outside the realm of most peoples’ experience. Just my opinion, of course.

My theory is that there was a plan, but it “went wrong.” Possibly the asthma was involved. IMO.

2) How would they be sure this would clear the obligation for child support? That would be up to the court, right?

3) If it was within Ron’s descretion why give up claim to $12,000 from someone who has turned you into CPS just to teach Misty a lesson….he could have got his sister or someone else to go get the kids and prank Misty.

I realize none of these players are rocket scientist down there but….gee, wouldn’t it have been a whole lot easier for 1st man to just tell his family he was having a problem with his childcare….than to play these games with his daughter’s life even if it was intended for only a few days.

If girl #1 was indeed leaving these kids unattended, IMO, she deserves some of this hell.
I realize she is young, has had a tough life and these are not her children she agreed to care for, but she has managed to protect her own butt throughout this ordeal with no interest in being truthful to help find Haleigh….heck, she didn’t even call 911.

Tommy has placed himself at the home between 9:45 and 10pm. I just did the math. He lives .2 of a mile a way. It would take less than ONE minute to drive there. IF he went at the time he stated he did, he waited between 45 minutes to an hour to go “check” on Misty.

First guy= Ron Tired of run-around-girl=Misty

Second guy= Chad (worried about C going to jail, who would watch thier kids while he worked, and how would he come up with the cash to bail her out on her back child support case)

They didn’t realize it would get this big. It exploded in the media due to Caylee Anthony’s murder and case. Ron only wanted to scare Misty into staying home like she should and C & Chad wanted to get away from $12,000 back child support nearing arrest warrent. Now they can’t figure out how to straighten everything out and bring Haleigh home due to so much publicity and pending charges.
If it is true then Misty has been put through hell and maybe C doesn’t even know Chad is involved or was not involved herself.

Poor little Haleigh is the missing piece to this puzzle. I hope not forever.

Haleigh has Asthma, which would make her more susceptible to respiratory failure if exposed to opiates. I just can’t shake that feeling….. :`( …..I won’t bring it up again though as I have no proof that happened.

The report looked at children under 6 years old who were exposed to opiates including methadone, oxycodone, hydrocodone and buprenorphine between January 2003 and June 2006.
Of the 9,179 children who were exposed to an opiate, 99% fully ingested the drug and 92% of the incidents occurred in their homes. Nearly all cases involved an opiate that was prescribed for an adult living in the house.

Scenario: Misty was at a party, Haleigh died accidentally, Tommy helped dispose of the body hence the brush stuck to his wife’s van and the scratch down the side.

I have previously discarded the theory that Haleigh may have gotten into the “stash” because she is kind of old to do that especially if raised around a druggie environment(Jr. is another story)but have never heard they had access to Actiq. They look like a sucker and according to my dh taste like candy….a temptation for any child.

These suckers are intended for terminally ill cancer patients, etc…not an everyday prescription. AAMF there was only one pharmacy in our area who even stocked them and it was on an on-order basis. If Chad has chronic pain issues (wheelchair?) he may have a script as my dh did but I doubt wbg does/did, not saying they couldn’t get them illegally.

I have felt for some time Haleigh was accidently overdosed with something in an effort to get her to go to sleep. Misty herself said she was exhausted that night(long weekend). It was reported by Ron’s co-workers that Misty had a problem previously with Haleigh at bedtime. (Remember, Ron was on nightshift for only a few weeks.)Of course, I really don’t know and hope this theory is wrong.

I have long wondered why Ron stuck by Misty, it could be if they had those suckers in the house and Haleigh got ahold of one they would both be liable. My gut says they ‘loved’ Haleigh and wouldn’t intentionally kill her, but that doesn’t mean they put her safety ahead of their desire to get high.

Then again they could be totally innocent despite the lifestyle and someone else took her for whatever reason.

We won’t know until someone talks or Haleigh is found. If Haleigh was od’d and is found in the condition that Caylee was, we may never know the cause of death..grrrrrr.

The two officers that stood by and watched Cobra cuff Snodgrass should have cuffed him. They should have told Cobra, “Step aside. This guy has violated his parole. We’re going to arrest him.” Or when the bonding company called and said to let Snodgrass go, the two police officers should have cuffed him and taken him in.

The guy violated his parole.

Just another side show distracting us from where Haleigh is.

“When I talked to C.E. Parish, he said, ‘It’s OK to take a look, but don’t revoke his bond or they’d have to refund his money.”

I don’t understand why there story is where it is now, when Cobra admitted in the beginning that Parish told him not to revoke the bond. There are other interviews floating around where Cobra says that he was just given the files to check out people on bond. I don’t understand the many different stories, coming from Cobra, about what he had the right to do or not do that day.

Snodgrass should have not been out in the first place, shame on Florida for not being tougher on scumbags like that… and I think Cobra’s intentions were on the side of good, but Cobra saying one thing and contradicting it down the road is disheartening.

While I have no idea whether it is true that Misty had access to the “lollipops with drugs” I can answer the last part of this question.

There are suckers that my husband(long time chronic pain sufferer)used to use after oxicontin alone was no longer effective to block his pain. The suckers/lollipops which are correctly called Actiq lozenges(fentanyl transmucosal). After a quick google check I learned they have street names: “Perc-O-Pop” or “Lollipop”. My dh says they taste just like candy.
