Both of these stories make my hair curl and give me a huge headache. One tot Caylee Anthony is most certainly dead. Caylee Anthony will never go to her prom, she will never have a career, never have a family. She was murdered. The only viable culprit is her mother Casey Anthony. Of course that does not prevent the defense (nightmare) team from spreading their net far and wide, in their attempt to keep Casey Anthony from the death sentence.
A favorite scape goat seems to be Jessie Grund. A more ridiculous claim I cannot think of.
In the Haleigh Cummings case we have a melange of stupidity! I have to admit that there are occasions where I think that every family member was somehow connected to the story line of the movie Deliverance. Oh that is just my thoughts!
On todays show we had a special guest, Pastor Richard Grund, he and his son Jessie have been under fire from the defense from the outset. It is crass stupidity, but, it plays into Jose Bozo Baez’s plans. The National Enquirer has featured Richard Grund on their front page. A big story about how Caylee Anthony was a human sacrifice! Of course in the final few lines of their expose they point out that they absolutely no proof! Ah, truth in reporting!
Richard Grund joined us for the first part of the program, and certainly set the story straight.
Our second segment concerned missing 6 year old Haleigh Cummings. It is now 8 months since she was last seen. There have been no charges laid, there are no persons of interest. Yet, there are. What I first perceived as bad investigating, has turned into a whole different scenario.
Haleigh Cummings has hit the heart of many people, most of the press are happy to sit back and wait for information to be spoon fed to them. A few of us are not. TJ Hart of WSKY 97.3 is a stellar example. TJ has dogged this case from day one.
I know this will come as a bit of a shock to some folks, but when we say we have sources, it is not some crackpot anonymous hotmail email account! Our sources are real people, some that might surprise you.
All in all it was an entertaining show, and with that in mind I suggest that you read between the lines. Much was said, and yet not said. Listen carefully, you might catch some gems.

I have been thinking the same thoughts about this Cummings’ divorce. We will see if they are back together, or not, but this could backfire on Ronald. He may not be able to con Misty and work her like he and his family has been doing, if she is not living with him. I wish she would get out of Satsuma for good and come on out with all she knows.

It’s been confirmed by LE (cell records) that Ronald called Tommy (after repeatedly not getting through to Misty) that night & Tommy answered.
It’s not surprising that Tommy went over to the trailer to check on Misty (whether Ronald specifically told him to or not).
Maybe he had his own concerns, maybe he was just curious. It would be MORE surprising if he’d have just stayed home. You’d think that he’d try to track her down & let her know that Ronald’s looking for her.
So why lie in the first place?
Obviously, there’s more to his story. That little bit of information isn’t worth the effort it took to keep it.
It looks like he’s feeding LE just enough to make it appear he’s cooperating. Could LE have more? Hopefully “yes”, but we still haven’t seen Misty arrested so it’s doubtful.

No problem with the typos - I got it - I agree Misty has lied just don’t know about what & why. If she is innocent, she is the one I feel the worst for. With the childhood she has had how could she ever think life can be good, or you can trust ANYONE, or marriage can be good, or she can break the pattern of her life and actually be a good, successful person?? We condemn her for lying and she hasn’t even been taught any better, yet someone “respectable” hires a “mother” to play like she loves her to deceive her. Even using GOD, taking her to church to try to trick her! So from her eyes who can you trust? your husband? LE? preachers? God? or TM & the “mother”! This whole thing is tragic.
It is not that I think Misty is innocent, I don’t know. I am just wondering why there is NO honesty and NO adults in this picture.
Accidental overdose seems the most plausible to me.
There’s statements supporting that theory as well as three video interviews of Misty, NayNay & White Boy Greg subtly implicating each other.

The mondex is a pretty big place but (to finally answer your question) I think Misty & her friends (maybe just 2 of them) left Haleigh in the woods somewhere.
You are very right i just wish that she would want better for haleigh than the hand she is being dealt. i dont know what misty is lyin about or why could be good reason i dont know i know i would tell what i knew but people are different she could truly be sacred but then who is intimidating her. maybe she is confused because she dont know what happened i think there is alot that has went down in this case that is un called for and people should not be manipulating other people under no circumstances because that is i sign of abuse to and i dont want someone lookin for my child that abuses people to try to find truth
I think its a possibility that someone could have entered the mobile good and took haleigh. why was there a chair in the middle of the woods. haleigh could have been the next prey for a child molestar. if she is alive i beleive she in another country but i dont think her chances are good she could be across the street in someones basement we dont know we wont til we get a reliable fact or evidence or if someone will tell the truth there is so many theory we cant just place the guilt on one person i just wish misty would have told the truth from the beginning but even so it does not give anyone the right to manipulate some one else that would make up just as guilty

I fluctuate on my sympathy for Misty.
I honestly believe that (if there was an overdose) it was accidental and seriously doubt that Misty’s instinct was to cover it up. That seems more like a NayNay scheme to me.
It’s just that the more Misty lies & tries to blame others, the less I care what happens to her. From the look of things, prison might be a more stable environment for her anyway. At least she can get an education.
What lies has Misty told that LE has verified, rather than just heresay and rumor? I don’t mean getting a drink or going to the bathroom inconsistencies, I mean serious lies that LE verified?

It hasn’t been confirmed that Ron talked to Tommy at all. All that has been confirmed is he made a short call to the house and we don’t know who he talked too, it could have been Lindsy.
Vaquera…I thought the question was whether or not Ronald asked Tommy to go check on Misty, not if he talked to him.

I guess you could argue the point. It was a land-line and there’s lots of lying going on so it’s possible he talked to somebody else.
You always have to keep an open mind and try to avoid theory bias but don’t they have at least 3 statements now saying that Ronald DID talk to Tommy? (Teresa Neves, Tommy, Ronald)
I wonder if Misty’s pedophile cousin Joe really was cleared by LE or if they are still watching him?
Simon, I enjoyed your show yesterday, especially Richard Grund.
I hope that Richard retains an attorney and takes the appropriate actions against the Anthony’s. If the National Enquirer publishes a story about him that is not true, then he needs to take appropriate action against them also.
There is no way Richard or Jessie Grund committed this crime on Caylee. It was Casey and it will be proven!!
I can only hope some of the drama ceases in the Cummings case. Poor Haleigh needs her JUSTICE and I do not care how they go about getting it!! Just as long as the right ones are brought to JUSTICE and I believe it will be more than one person.

I don’t think that article really proves much of anything. There has been a whole lot of false reporting in this case. That said, I don’t think there is any doubt at all that Ron spoke to Tommy. No one is denying they spoke one time.
In the article you linked, Major Bowling is even quoted as stating (referring to Tommy):
“If he’s telling the truth it means a lot,” Bowling said. “We took it for what it is worth.”
Here’s the thing I consider when trying to figure out if Tommy went to the house at Ron’s request.
We know that Ron called the home of Tommy and Lindsy Croslin to find out if Misty was there. Phone records confirm that and both Ron and Tommy also state this occurred. We don’t know to whom Ron spoke.
In any event, we know of no other call between Ron and Tommy that evening. No phone records have been discussed confirming any other calls between Ron and Tommy, nor have any other calls ever been discussed between the two. Had Ron really asked Tommy to go check on Misty:
1. Why would Tommy (admittedly) wait an hour to go “check” on Misty?
2. Why would Tommy not call Ron back and tell Ron what he found when he went to the home? Why wouldn’t he tell Ron that the house was dark and no one “appeared” to be home.
3. If Ron did not hear back from Tommy IF Ron had asked Tommy to go check on Misty, why wouldn’t Ron have called Tommy? Doesn’t make sense.
There would be more than one call between Ron and Tommy IF Ron had asked Tommy to check on Misty. And if Tommy was concerned about Misty and the children, he would have or should have called Ron to tell him his concerns, knowing Ron was looking for her.
IMO, Ron did not ask Tommy to check on Misty. When Misty was not answering her phone, Ron simply called Tommy’s house to see if she was there. When he found out she was not, he figured she was home and just avoiding his calls because they were arguing. He knew she had no car and had no other way to go anywhere.
I agree j and i also think tommy would not have placed himself there if he was the one that took haleigh . this case its weird no facts to back up any theory and there must be a hundred. they say le is keeping some details to themselves i just hope there is a tip that busts this case wide open and haleigh can be home for good my gut tells me she is no longer with us i think the only way she could be alive is if she is in someones basement or another country. there are sick people who could have watched every move and took the chance either way i hope she is home for holidays
Ash berry, I think Tommy was crazy to place himself there either way. Interesting too, that he didn’t tell that story until after Misty placed a restraining order against him. It seems like he said this to tell on her for not being home as pay back for placing that restraining order against him. That to me seems so stupid when it places him at a potential crime scene.
Treece: never thought about it like that i guess he could have been using it for revenge against her yes very dum for placing himself there if he really didnt go there but then again if he is lyin he should be charged with hindering an investigation along with nay nay and the mystery lady that dropped off a letter people are imho to continue to give false leads if there are no repercussion i dont get it seems like these people that turn in these false statements would have some remorse for haleigh i just hope she gets to come home soon good or bad
Ash berry, I agree I think many of them should be charged for interfering with an investigation, everyone that has told bs that has distracted from the truth should be charged & be a suspect for trying to lead them in a wrong direction.
You all are right we do not know if Tommy called Ron back. If Ron did not receive a call back; then why did Ron stop calling Misty? It was reported he called Misty 20 times from 8:30 - 10:30pm. Tommy was called at 9:00 and reported to have been at the mh aprox. between 9:30- 9:45 and waited to see if someone came to the door. Rons repeated calls to Misty tells you he is frantic! So why did he stop calling? It was reported last night on Nancy Grace confirmed by Rons lawyer that he was not operating the crane that night; he was doing various duties. Ron could have left for a short time and returned without being noticed (imo). When people are busy working you can sometimes not realize how much time has actually passed since you have seen another co- worker. In this working enviroment Ron could have left and returned and no one knew. Just my opinion.
On Art Harris’s site Tim Miller states that Ron texted Misty to tell her about who Donna Brock was. Ron says he married Misty to keep her close in order to find out if she knows anything about Haleighs disappearance. One would think Ron would welcome someone getting close enough to trust and shed some light; instead he warns Misty. I find this really odd!
looking for justice, I think Ron possibly text Misty because he so doesn’t trust TM or he may have tried to tell Misty that Donna “mother” was a fraud & he text to say I told you so. Just ideas, Treece
