Hi Boldone,

I was certainly leaning towrads a tranger abduction, but when Tommy placed himself at the crime scene, I did a 180.

There had to be a reason he admitted to lying.
He had never told LE that before, and the only reason I can think of that he wud expose himself to LE as now being a liar (on top of a thief, and an alleged ped) is becasue LE must have placed him there and he had to think of a way to explain their find…

I have heard ppl say that he finally came clean with LE because he wasnt going to protect Misty anymore ??????? WTH?

That is a ridiculous theory.. PPl who have that idea need to ask themself, why they think he wud have shown Misty, any loyalty from the very start. They need to remember that Misty called him and Joe out from the getgo and told LE what they had both done to her in her early adolescence…..

So why wud he have ever felt like covering for Misty, if he really knew that she wasnt home ??????

And as far as his mother changing her story, and now telling that Misty is holding bak from something..well that one is a no brainer… She made herself a liar too when she corroborated Tommys story the very same dat that she changed her tune about Mistys innocense..It shouldnt be hard to see that she maybe felt sick about the possibility that Tommy was there and maybe did take Misty..so what does she do???? She comes out to try and deflect that Tommy was at the crime secene, and try and dump on Misty…. Knowing full well that LE have nothing on Misty as she has been telling LE the truth from day one…

Its hard to imaging that there is logic in crimes… but there is.
It is logical to see why Tommy and Lisa have come up with their new revelations…

It is more logical to wonder about Tommys guilt, than think that after all this time Misty cud still be holding something bak……

So I am not the only one here who still thinks it was a stranger abduction??
People talk. Especially these people. Little town, hickish type of people, etc..They can’t shut their mouths. Nobody though could if this tradegy came to their town.
NOBODY knows what happened to the child. Or someone who have “slipped” by now.
We here lots of “rumors” that never pan out. Still NO Haleigh. Do I think Misty is hiding something? YES. Could she have gone out that night and left the children at home?? YES. Could she have been at home and so knocked out she didn’t hear anything and feels nothing but remorse for what happened on her watch? Yes.
LE has nothing on her. For a reason.

Glad to see I wasn’t alone with my thoughts.

Guys, Im so glad Im hearing that some ppl are looking at this with logic. If we start with the few facts that we know (which is hardly anything) it doesnt lead too much…
Ruling out things are easier and there is some logic in any crime…

Treese, I think you may have heard more fiction than fact. That is the very sad thing about this case.. So many ppl have talked to medis about what someone else has said that its hard to remember where you heard what information… Her times have been consistent.. From her 1st talk with LE at 3:40am … she sd Haleigh was in bed by 8 and she layed down at about 10:30 and the kids were in her bed… Even though we found out later that there were 2 separate mattressboth on the floor and about 24 inches apart… Haleigh was on the separate one about 24 in away… One might be able to consider an account given by a 16 yr old…who was responsible for the child to be a little messed up with specific details… her times have been the same …also, we dont know exactly how the interview went either… the olice report states that Misty woke up just before 3 to get some water…..it is very possible that she told LE that she woke up and noticed the kitchen light was on and he may have asked her why she woke up and she may have sd to get some water, assuming that may have been why she awoke in the first place…. ppl are saying that this statement is inconsistant, as if she was getting water, why wud she have gone to the bathroom, thru the living room, instead of the one in the bedroom… The reality is .. no one is considering that this statement is from a hillbilly who doesnt know how to talk and was likley very scared and intimidated and felt like she had to have an answer for things… I dont know why ppl cant cut the kid a bit of slack.. she hasnt changed anything in her story from the start.. LE has even said that… Ron and TN have sd that too… she may have been off abit on a time as everything may have been on the spur of the moment while talking to le and trying to think especially when you wud be half asleep.. i cant seee why not very many ppl will give her a little bit of slack.. the pajamas she sd she had on were a pink top and underwear… it was later that evening that Misty actually found the pinjk shirt in the laundry pile at the backdoor….PPl have considered that to be an incosistency as they say it leads to Misty not knowing what she had on… That is also not fair.. no one knows if the perp didnt remove or change her clothing… Also, it is said that as there no laundry soap, this means that Misty must have been lying when she sd she cleaned Haleighs blanket.. this too is unfair as I suspect many times, the Cummings prolly use dishwasher soap, or whatever is on hand to wash anything.. Also Ron told TM that that there were dirty clothes in the dryer… WTH did he mean Washer??? and she may have thrown in the next load waiting to be done into the washer??? it sounds like the hamper was the floor by the bakdoor.. doesnt sound that strange under these circumstances.. Ron is even less articulate that Misty. He has next to know vocbulary, let alone espression and comprehnsion… This is what has hurt them and the media goes after her like vultures.. This isnt helping.. there have been so mnay false reports and false rumours that many ppl dont know the originating story…
Now if you instil some logic and look at the biggest claim which is that Misty wasnt home..well how can one explain how no one has come forward??? There is a reward. These kids wud have told someone.. a boyfrined and parent a sibling.. I mean someone wud have known and out of a bunch of ppl who wud have known, why wudnt someone have come forward? There wud have to be one person who wud have wanted the money or just did the right thing. If she was elusive and uncooperative, and wudnt talk to LE or anyoe ..I cud see that causing suspeicion, however she has been saying the same story for months and months and taken every test, some twice to try and prove her innocence..There are too masny reasons to think she is telling the truth, than to think she is lying.. Then we get the big guns TM, and the crew, telling the world on national TV that she failed these tests miserabley and that she is hiding something.. That is so wrong.. There are so many reasons a poly can be failed and she wud qualify for many reasons .. Her mind set wud be the first one… There is no way she doesnt feel responsible for her disappearance.. How cud she not blame herself.. She wud be angry with herself for not waking up and feeling like she cud protect her.. WEe need to remember that is is reported by everyone that Haleigh and Misty loved each other..Also, there is not one statement that has been made about Misty that she lies, or is hateful or bad in anyway… That has to be taken into consideration too..Her lifestyle leaves much to be desired, however her character icnt consistent with someone who cud hold in the truth for 8 months… So many rumours to plow thru and we need to look at the few facts that we have and branch out from there… The poly is no indication at all.. there is a good chance an innocent person will fail the test for many of the above reasons and that is why they are inadmissible so to use that in the equation is ludicrous. Tommy finally fessing up to him being there, is the biggest worry I have…. His background tells one he is a liar and a criminal, and a thug and is alleged to have abused his own sister.. Why ppl are looking at him as a hero for putting himself at the crime scene is beyond me. Sure, he is going to try and defeclt that fact by ggoing along with the consensus that Miasty wasnt there as he is worried about saving his own ass.. Why should he be believed..Especially when lied about it originally to LE for 7 months..He had no reason to protect Misty as she already threw him under the bus at the very start saying that she is supicous of him and why.. Why did he hold out from telling LE this buig fact from day one???? Sounds like its self serving and hopefully LE are setting there sites on him.. We know he isnt allowed to leave town..Good thing !

I won’t have to apologize to anyone. I never thought Ronald had anything to do with it to begin with and until I am shown concrete evidence that Misty had anything to do with as far as I am concerned she was asleep like she said. I don’t think Crystal, herself, did it for a couple of reasons and one was that Chad wasn’t home that night and unless they had a 2nd vehicle and she drug Chloe with her she was also home in bed. As far as the rest of her family, yea they might have, but nothing so far points that way.

I am more suspicious of Amber Brooks and her mother, Lisa, and Tommy at this point and then maybe Chad G. or someone else in the family.

This case has me so stumped. Sometimes it feels like nothing makes sense.

I was thinking, it is always said that le will keep certain details to themselves about a crime. That way when tips come in they know if someone is lying about having info. Or which leads need to be followed.

So, it would be telling to look at what leads they have followed up on as an insight to what they believe happened that night. They have drained the swamp, & went looking for a well twice all since the original searches. They most likely have evidence that points to that direction, it costs a lot to search.

I think about what a good le department would be doing and think about intelligent detective work, covering all your bases and gathering any and all relevant evidence. Lets hope they are right on the edge of trapping the bad guy and this will all be over. For Haleigh out there somewhere waiting to be rescued.

Fed up, I live in OK, in the country, and I would bring Misty here to stay with my family to protect her from the games and the people wanting to exploit her if I could. I believe she is innocent until proven guilty. The games that are being played with her turn my stomach.
It makes me so sad that someone would play being a “mother” to her to deceive her. Misty has never had a “mother”. My kids KNOW they could trust me when they were little and they can trust me now, to my death. Misty has never had that security. It is sad. At the same time if she does know anything else to tell to find Haleigh dead or alive I want her to tell it and stop this mess.

Fed up, much of what I think is just speculation. I have listened to much of Mistys interviews and I thought she changed her story about what time she went to bed & got up and where Haleigh was sleeping and what Haleigh was wearing. But I am not positive of that and I think I could have given wrong info about my own kids & even forgot their Bday if one of mine were missing. Mine are grown now but even now I would be out of my mind, and especially when they were little.

I appreciate your honesty… What is it you feel you know, that Misty lied about?

Im not sure how much footage you have seen of her very words, as well as the person who has done the interview. If you have seen all of her interviews, Im wondering, if you have been tainted by all the bad reporting and shoddy journalism.

Misty has never changed her story. I will agree with you that ppl have… Ron told NG on more than one occaision, incorrect things. I think his comprehension level, is even lower than Mistys.

He recited the chain of events of what he cliams Misty told him, and he has been clearly confused on more than one occaision. If you notice, NG for one bombards hime with qestions and when he answers its almost like he is sometimes ine or 2 questions behind. His yeses and no’s arent applicable, when he isnt answering the right sequenced question. Alos, he has said things that are very wrong, like about the times, and about the front door, and about what Misty did when she woke up, and his words have come bak to bite her on more than one occaision. Not only Rons words but many of the players involved. I think it is unfair to look at them as now being inconsistancies. They arent hers, they are other ppls. If you watch her in any footage, she has sadi the same story…
Ron has had conversations with the likes of TM and TM turned around and said all this crap… He quoted Ron about the “bed being made” and the dirty clothes being in the dryer… You can tell that TM took his words out of context… The reason one has to consider this, is why did Ron deny and continue to deny that Misty had anything to do with this. Why has he gone bak and tried to clarify what he was infact saying… Its so obvious when you see him talk… they cudnt describe in proper words “see Jane run…” its so blatant… None of what they have said should be used against them..
Like I said, if you see Mistys footage..her story doesnt change.. even Ron and TN have sd that on many occaisions.. the big prob here is that popl like NG keep asking other ppl what Misty told them, just so she can use it against Misty… That is where so many of the inconsistencies were born…
Also as far as her 911 call where she says they were all in the same bed.. cudnt you see a 16 yr old girl sho is in shock and scared and at the brunt of ron, make short cuts to the operator to get her point across?? You and I likely wudnt do that, but cant you consider the girl and her faults?? They shouldnt be used agaisnt her criminally as its just unfair. This girl has told everything.. She has done everything she can and is still offering to do more tests and she is open to talk to LE anytime and has never made any bones about it.. The ppl need to start expecting that LE be accountable for this investigation. As long as ppl are content with going in circles of what Misty tells or doesnt tell..they are flogging a dead horse, and need to look outside the box.. Ppl have become complacent with the investigation that Misty holds the key… We need to say NO… we want more… There are too many things that point in the logical direction that Misty has told all she knows, so they can stop using her as an excuse to halt the investigation letting all the wannabee’s take over.. It is just stupid..

Ash berry, I, like you, have tried to look at this from every angle and I can play it out in my mind and find them all guilty. I see suspicious things in them all at times. I can also see that it could have played out and they all be innocent in Haleigh’s disappearance. I agree that Misty has at least lied about something. It could be something very revealing and helpful in finding Haleigh and it could be just something she is afraid to tell that really wouldn’t have a bearing on Haleigh. If they are innocent I feel sorry for them all and sorry I have judged them. If they are guilty I want TRUTH and JUSTICE to come out.

Vaquera, doing any show does allow her name to be heard again - MP is not normally the show I would choose to go on - but as desperate as I would be, I would probably go on ANY show that would let me say my childs name or show their picture - so no I can’t say it was a joke for Ron or would be for anyone with a child missing.
When this is resolved, IF Ronald or Misty or Crystal are not involved they will all deserve apologies from many MOST of us. IF they are innocent, they have been treated badly by many people. JMO Treece

For Ron to believe that she is telling the truth, he must have seen signs from her that corroborated her story that she was asleep… She prolly looked like she had just woken up… Also, Misty has made herself accessible to LE from day one and continues to do so.. I noticed it was not a big article here, that Miaty actually went to LE last wk to give them the address she cud be reached at in Orlando… She has begged for every test under the sun to be adminstered.. This is not consistent with someone who is hiding something…Also, it is also sd by experts that if she is feeling responsible in some way for her haleighs disappearance, that it wud absolutely come thru in her polys where it wud show decpetion.. She is a 17 yr old and not educated, I m not sure why ppl arent recognizing that it is impossible to believe that if Misty was out that night, someone wud have spilled the beans..

This has been my feeling all along. If this had happened to a suburban family, this investigation would have been different. The dogs tracked Haleigh’s scent down to a dock on the river that flows all the way to Jacksonville. They need to be looking at remote wilderness cabins along that river.

I also wonder how all 44 sex offenders in the area could be completely cleared. They only seem to care about Misty and her failed poly. I have done a lot of research lately on poly’s and the procedures involved. I learned a few things:

1) Ldt’s are vulnerable to interpretation. One examiner could read the same results completely different than another. Making it even more suspect when the person conducting the test is clearly biased.

2) Ldt’s only measure stress reactions to the questions asked. I think it is safe to say that there would be many other sources of stress one being the fact that they were telling her during the test she was showing deception. (NOT proper procedure) and also the stress could just be her knowing inside that she has to pass this or else. And she could also show stress from the loss of Haleigh in general.

3) Voice stress tests are considered voodoo science by the scientific community

4) Lie detector tests are biased against the innocent. Statistically, more innocent people are flagged as deceptive, than liars are.

5) Ldt’s are not admissable in court because of these reasons.

It is foolish for le to rely so much on such subjective methods of investigation. I hope I am wrong.

Becky Sue..we think alike… You cud be right that it is someone who has no criminal record, but I cant stop wondering about Chad Reynolds.. the RSO that went Missing Feb 3, 09 who lived 25 min away from there. he has never been caught. He was released from custody in late Nov 2008 and then this happened.. LE has sd that they dont think he was involved but I wud like to know how they came up with that conclusion… They say he is missing and wonder if he was i a dupster and had been killed or passed out somewhere and died??? Cud be, but why discude him him???
His original crime is where he snuk into a window in a mobile home, in a trailer park not far away from there, and raped and 11 yr old girl in her bed right under her parenst nose… Did he graduate into murder???? If so has he gone and killed himself somewhere???
Hos this can be discounted is beyond good reason… This is only 1 person that is more likley to be part of the crime than Misty.. How many other things are there that we dont know about..

Also, I agree that LE isnt telling all they know.. It wudnt be the first time that they let the general public someone is involved even when they dont feel that… It helps take the heat off the perp so that they become careless.. JMO

I too think it says something that she has publically agreed to try that drug along with all her other efforts..

Its a shame that the polys and voice analysis and hypnosis were administered by ppl who are all against her, and bias. I think that is a big factor. We know theses tests are unreliable to say the least and many innconet ppl have come away with a big fat label of “failed” just like guilty ppl have passed…

Her willingness shows me that she is telling the truth and is trying to prove it at any cost. Its time we start evaluating the logic of the facts stop enabling the real perp to laugh at all the drama…

Jaycees step father is a good example of once the public jury ppol convicts who they think is guilty, the investigation stops… Thankfully Jaycee came out of this alive, but if LE had have focused more outside of the step father..cud they have cracked the case???

I didn’t know that the drug is illegal, but still, her being willing to use it says something. Under the drug, she wouldn’t have the control like in an ldt to manipulate answers. I don’t think any guilty person would ask to be injected with sodium pentathol.

Also, when the hypnotist said she was ‘faking it’, he just means he never got her under. I could tell on the tape. Part of being a good hypnotist means ensuring your ‘patient’ is under. It just doesn’t work on some people.

Why is it you think that Misty is witholding the truth?

What wud her motivation be? She has done everything and then sum.. to help in this investigation.. I have set out tonnes of points and quesrions, that show why it isnt logical to think Misty was anywhere other than where she sd she was that night… IN BED! Do you honestly think, if she had been out, with anyone, that no one wud have come forward for the money?????? When forming an opinion, we need to base opinions on the best facts that we have…

What opinions are you basing your opinion on?? Or they facts? Rumours?

If we look at the few facts that we have.. we have to go from there..

The first one is that, Misty has been telling the same story from day one. She has also never been reported as a liar, or anyone with sociopathic tendancies. We have heard from experts that she cud have failed the poly for the simple reason that she feels responsible. That wud show the opposite of sociopathic tendancies as she can apparently feel. The sooner everyone stops thinking that Misty is involved, the quicker the circus will shut down so LE can stop wasting their time on rumour diffusion, and find the S.O who prolly took her.

Please tell me how you can overlook that addicted kids, with no money, cud keep this secret for Misty, for this long… Everyone LE has talked to wud be offering immunity, not to mention 35k…. Why hasnt anyone come forward yet???? It isnt logical to keep saying that she is lying.. Why wud she be? Do you really think she cud trick LE and te FBI for this long???? Come on now..

Maury does a show at least once a year on missing children. He did a show on Trenton Duckett. The family of Britnee Drexell is filming a show (probably the same one Ron will be on). And Ron filmed the show last week. The show will air on Oct. 22nd.

Meanwhile, Ronald Cummings and his mother, Teresa Neves, taped an episode of Maury Povich’s show today. The show will air at 1 p.m. Oct. 22 on WKCF-Channel 18.

I think it is highly UNLIKELY, that the monies TM used to fund his silly “Sting” operation, came from the 35k reward money. If they take money from that amount, they wud have to keep lowering it everytime they “dipped” into it. The 35k reward money is what is posted and the money that was used was prollly made from donations to his foundation.

It was a stupid move, for him to set this “sting” up. He is interfering with LE and making a mockery out of the entire investigation. He prolly even set up the road rage ruse so that LE wud meet up with Misty, where TM hoped they wud do another interrogation.

What TM and many ppl seem to ignore, is that Misty, has never run, and has never been uncooperative. She has been interrogated for hours on end, and has done everything from repeated polygraphs to voice analyses, to hypnosis.

Anther thing that seems highly “unlikley” is that Misty knows anything more that she has told for the last 8 months. She has been consistent and her story hasnt changed. The ppl around her like Ron, have said things in interviews where he has been confused, or has messed up in his articulation.

Everyone seems to agree that Misty and Ron, and the entire families of all involved arent very bright, yet many sem to think Misty can pull off outsmarting LE and the FBI.

I doubt Misty is capable of holding back any answers. If she knew anything more, she wud have said something by now. She is 17 yrs old and has never been descriged as a liar, or bad person. Keeping a secret, where she has prolly been offered sweetheart deals, money, and the relief of helping find Haleigh, wud have come out by now. Dont ya think???

Why wud she carry on this sharade? What wud the purpose be? How cud she keep this secret for 8 months? Why? How cud she have outsmarted LE?

It is conflicting to say on one hand how many acknowledge her ignorance, yet on the other, say that she is capable of outsmarting the FBI?

We have seen the likes of the group she runs with. Addicts, who are financially strapped. How can anyone think she was oput with ppl that night? Do you really think someone wudnt have said something by now? We see there are no loyalties anywhere. Everyone has been willing to throw her under the bus from day one? What wud their motive be, to pass on the money, and not help bring Haleigh home. This crew spends a good portion of their life, on drugs and booze..you dont think one wud have slipped by now?

Thinkinig she is holding bak information is as ignorant as the ppl involved.. How has it helped in this case, pound Misty to pupl and still have no answers…

The biggest break LE has in this case, is when Hank Jr, placed himself at the crime scene only 3 wks ago. We need to remember that he held this in and has been lying about this since day one.

He is a known criminal, not a very good person, and a potential ped. Why is everyone ignoring this break and using his statement against Misty. That is just plain stupid. He had no reason to preotect her from the get go. She nationally told, what he has done to her along with cousin Joe.

Why do you chose to give merrit to a guy like this? It appears as though, he is being referred to as a hero? Have we forgotten what kind of a thug he is? The oly reason, he wud have come clean is because LE somehoe found out that he was at the scene but lied about it… Soesnt anyone see that? Isnt time we get passed chasing Misty around, and start looking elsewhere?? What has this accomplished… Where is Haleigh?

Misty didn’t mention having a dream that 4 people were in the house until the hypnotist asked her if she had any dreams, that night. That gave her the dream story idea. I guess it is anything to throw LE off. Then the red rose placed on that land that Misty hinted about, and that caused another search. Still no Haleigh. Now it’s the divorce. I am a little skeptical that this may be another stunt to get the attention off of finding Haleigh. Ron and Misty are still working together on this and, now, they are in New York at the same time. I don’t know! Even if they get a divorce, they may go back together when things die down. Misty has already said they may get back together, when things settle down.

I have been wondering how some posters who have been following this case aren’t connecting the “dots”. It’s all right here, most times in fore-shadowing, if one really pays attention.
While researching the articles for this post I was re-reminded of just how many times we are given a “bit” of information. Often times this “info” is railed against, disavowed, and straight-up called false or a lie. There have been a few different occasions in the past weeks that Simon has reported on something, it was refuted, only to be found to be acurate a few days later.

I composed this post to answer a few questions that have been asked regularly.

When everyone was theorizing and questioning where Misty was during her “vacation”, I felt assured where she was. I remembered these articles from Simon. It turns out my hunch on this article was correct.

1)Haleigh Cummings Update: Parents Cleared, Misty’s Story Unclear
Posted on August 17th, 2009

“Tim Miller with Texas EquuSearch said it may be another six weeks to two months before his volunteers will scour the area once more for Haleigh.” It has been 7+ weeks.

2)Bounty Hunter Padilla Makes Open Offer to Haleigh Cummings Stepmom
Posted on August 31st, 2009

“After the recap, I challenged listeners to think for a moment from the perspective of Misty whose life has impacted by sexual abuse at the hands of family members, a low level of education, being raised by drug addicted parents and who just might have been threatened with lethal force the night of Haleigh’s abduction. I also brought up the idea that Misty might not need another polygraph or an attorney, but rather and advocate.

At that point of the program, host Simon Barrett injected Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla into the conversation. Padilla agreed that Misty probably needs a friend right now.

I asked Padilla if he had any suggestions. He responded by offering his help to Misty if she wanted it.

Padilla suggested taking her away from her surroundings for safety reasons–perhaps flying her to Canada in order to get some straight answers and to provide her an attorney. As written by Simon.

This is what immediately came to my mind when I heard that Misty had left Satsuma. I mean the very first thing. For some reason I had thought that TM had made this offer. (Sorry LP)

As for how Tim Miller came to posses the money to fund Misty’s “vaction” this article tells it all, in foreshadowing if you will.

3) Haleigh Cummings - TES Tim Miller - $35k For The Baby

The Sky’s TJ Hart asked Miller what exactly the $35,000 was for. Miller said he was only concerned about getting missing Haleigh back and that he “didn’t give a damn.”

Doesn’t it seem highly likely that this is the monies used to fund Misty’s Vaction? The donor was a personal friend of TM’s and the funds were given to TM, not necissarily the non-profit. The donor stated he didn’t care how the money was spent as long as it in some way helped locate Haleigh.

As for the questions about when TES will return to Satsuma, this article had a quote from Simon on the bottom mentioning the situation between TES and Misty.

4)AUDIO: Tim Miller with TES on Misty’s Whereabouts the Night Haleigh Cummings Vanished

“The one question that was not asked was is Tim Miller going back to Satsuma? The original plan was for TES to resume their search for Haleigh Cummings right about now. But, is that still a go? This should answer the questions about when TES will be going back to Satsuma. They aren’t. IMO PCSO aren’t searching either. There are too many possible locations and not enough evidence to follow.

SCHIAVO: OK, Nancy. Basically, what I was saying to you is that the back door opens and shuts. When it shuts, it shuts automatically. So this was the one that was propped up with the cinderblock. This is a deadbolt, OK? Misty said that this one was wide open and this was propped open with the cinderblock. So basically — and — but if you leave this door by itself, it slowly closes on its own. So there was laundry on the floor, as you recall. Misty found the pink shirt by the back door where the laundry was. The laundry room machines are right here. If you put this down, the door stops.

Thank you for replying.. I will point out that it is unlikely that she wud have come home (with a friend) and immediately know that Haleigh was gone.. If she was iresponsible enough to have left, its highly unlikely that she wud have (in her strung out state) thought about cheking on the kids…then put a plan into action…especially worrying aboput fingerprints..

If Nay Nay did find a way to “get it out there” ..why wudnt she have done it where she cud benefit.. like to get immunity and be released and get the money?? Are you suggesting she did it for free and didnt use the information as leverage?

On account that so many of these kids do have rap sheets a drug probs, they wud be granted immunity… and wud benefit from the money…

I agree that Misty sounded “a bit out of it on the 911 call”which is more logical to think that she had just been woken up… As far as her not knowing the word numerical, that should reinforce my whole point.. she is not articulate, and well spoken..

LE and Ron wud have known if she had been strung out mere hours b4… That wud have been noted in the report… They are trained and Ron is experienced… That wud have been a big issue..

I appreciate that you have addresssed my concerns however your explanations are weak at best. There is nothing logical in your theory. As sick as this crime or any crime is..there is usually a logical course… There is no logic in the theory that Misty is witholding information.. I doubt gramma and aunt wud have allowed Misty to have lied..They wud have told LE immediately that it wasnt true and if that was the case, then there wud be cause for concern.

This type of crime happens …we should open our eyes and recognize when we are flogging a dead horse…Misty has no answers or she wud have given them..she wud have come clean by now…

I guess I just assumed the shirt was found by the washer because I’ve read people wonder why Haleigh would have gone all that way to put her dirty shirt up. I see what you are wondering now. I would think that their garbage was checked and if those bottles or cans were near the top that would look pretty bad to the investigators. I think they would have taken the bottles or cans for testing if that was the case though.

I don’t think anything about 5 different kinds of beer bottles, because family and friends could stop by at different times bringing their own beer. It might not have been from one party.

I do wonder about the ripped pants and why LE didn’t take them for testing.

I, also, wonder about that loud car that came by about 1:30 a.m. Then a neighbor heard a woman’s raised voice about 2:30a.m.

Someone asked about the black bag and why it wasn’t found during that pond search. It was, probably, just a black trash bag and, from what I understand that area was used as a trash dump. We, really, don’t know if LE found anything, or not, because they aren’t letting anything out. One of the guys draining the pond said they got all excited over something that was intertwined in a wheel, I believe.

The other neighbors garbage was picked up on the Thursday after Haleigh went Missing.

Ronald’s trash was not picked up that day because the house was a crime scene.

The jeans were in a outside garbage can. The party could have been before Haleigh went missing that night. Remember the dream like thing Misty told Tim Miller she had that night of maybe 4 people? Was that the 4 people at the party?

To me 5 different kinds of beer is nothing. I don’t even have beer at my house but maybe 4 or 5 times a year. But when I do it is nothing to have 5 or 6 kinds. I might do a fish fry or a bbq and have a big group out and tell them bring you own beer. So a dozen people show up with a big variety of drinks.

Here is a scenario for you: Ron comes home, Haleigh is gone. He freaks out cause Haleigh is gone, but first he has to remove all the drugs and paraphernalia from the MH. He goes for a quick run to dump the stuff, stops at the store to get on the camera so the cops would think he just got home and called 911. To me this seems most likely, it would make Misty show deception on the tests and they are both too stupid to understand that is key to le’s case.

He did? I thought he just said hadn’t been emptied. We can be pretty sure there were no parties going on there after she was gone. The neighbors or law enforcement would have noticed.

If the ripped jeans were inside the home until then, I think they would have taken them for testing. I would hope so.

Also WhereIS, why would LE have not found the ripped jeans and taken them into evidence? Cobra wasn’t there until March. Was LE that careless not to check the garbage? I hope not.

By then the home had been cleaned so maybe they just threw them away instead of washing them with the other dirty clothes.

I must have missed about the stuff in the trash? Where was that stated? Cobra? I also would still like to know about that fake search where Nay Nay’s keys were found. He hasn’t been around lately.

As for the 5 different types of beer, I probably have that in my garage right now. There are 100’s of kinds and everyone likes something different. My first guess is its pretty normal stuff for around there, the ripped pants on the other hand, if true, are worth questioning

WhereIsHaleigh, Cobra said it hadn’t been emptied in weeks or a month so I’m guessing either he is wrong or it was from the night the brothers and cousin came over. I’ve never been to a party with 5 different kinds before and I’ve been to some pretty big ones.
