Courtney did not explicitly say on Nancy Grace that she rolled the window down, but she does say she heard the threats Misty yelled.

Regardless of whether she rolled the window down, she heard the threats Misty yelled.

All we know for certain is that she heard the threats Misty yelled.

She heard the threats, Treece. She told you, and everyone else listening to her call to Nancy Grace, that she heard the threats Misty yelled.

You didn’t call into the Nancy Grace show and ask Courtney to clarify whether or not she heard the threats while her car window was up, or rolled down. For some reason you wish to believe Courtney lied when she told the 911 operator, Nancy Grace, and Nancy Grace’s viewers that she heard the threats Misty yelled, but there is absolutely no basis in fact to not believe Courtney Ballinger.

You have no basis in fact for accusing Courtney Ballinger of lying.

According to you, prior to 10/07/09 I knew Courtney Ballinger, and she knew Donna Brock.

You’re wrong for three reasons:

1. Courtney Ballinger told you and everyone else listening to her call to Nancy Grace that she did not know Donna Brock, or Misty Cummings prior to 10/07/09.

2. Courtney Ballinger told the 911 operator she did not know the two occupants of the vehicle.

3. I have no friends or family members named Courtney Ballinger, and to my knowledge have never met a person named Courtney Ballinger.

I am no expert on underbrush but it requires cold temperatutes to knock back or kill down most of it. I hope Tim Miller was aware that the average date of the first seasonal freeze each year is January 21 in this area of the USA. It is possible that he expected a body would already have been found before now.

nance I think it’s the same person becuase of the address. The address on the police report for Courtney seems wrong, the zip does not match. Also what are the odds of a Courtney Ballinger having an address close to where this road rage happened? It’s not like it’s a common name. Her phone number is a Fl number. What I’d like to know is where are the people from that day who saw this event? Surely someone saw something. Why isn’t someone coming foward? From Misty’s airport interview it appears that something did happen maybe just not to the extent that Courtney said?

Apparently, you have not read TJ’s article about Misty and Donna. If you did, you would know that he himself describes the rumor as, in effect - “really far out there”.

I have followed the Haleigh Cummings Case from Day l and I feel T.J. Hart is reputable, credible and would not put his reputation or journalism ethics on the line for a story. Also, T.J. Hart is Program Director for Sky 97.3 in Gainesville, Fl. He can not afford to spread wild rumors. He has a reputation to maintain and an obligation to his listeners in Gainesville and the surrounding areas.

Courtney says Misty did a whole lot more than make a gesture with her finger.

Misty thinks she loves Haleigh like her own, but she doesn’t have children, yet. When she has chilren or has spent alot of time raising a child, she will know what that kind of love is. What mother doesn’t know the basic weight and height and birthdate of her child? This makes me wonder if Teresa was the one who took Haleigh to doctor appointments.

Ronald never speaks to the people who have Haleigh, or to Haleigh, herself. He never tells them what her needs are. He acts like he is ready to get on with his life. I noticed Misty has new clothes and actually looked nice for a change. Compare her airport photo (today) to her picture the day after Haleigh went missing. Vast difference.

Who knows……this may be an Anna Nicole Smith deal for Misty. Anna kissed Mexia, Tx. good-bye, went to work as a stripper in Houston, Tx., married a 90 plus old billionaire and never looked back. But the greed, glamorous life and drugs ended her life in tragedy!

I just can not understand why their focus (Ron and Misty) has not been on Haleigh. Considering their lifestyle, I can understand their excitement of going to New York, the limos, wining and fine dining, luxury hotel, etc. I imagine Misty and Ron feel like “celebrities”! LOL

I am from Tx and Tim Miller is highly regarded by citizens and Law Enforcement in Tx and is frequently on our local news which is broadcast from Houston, Tx. Over the years, he and his volunteers have done a tremendous job in the Houston and surrounding area regarding missing persons.

I remember when Tim’s daughter went missing and it was a tragic ending for him. I admire him because he has taken a negative and has channeled his grief, in memory of his daughter, to a very worthy cause.

He was treated very badly by Cindy Anthony (IMO) and it appears there may have been a lack of appreciation in Palatka County. If I were Tim, I would stay out of Florida. There are so many families nationwide that seek his help. Unfortunately, he can not be everywhere and has to say no.

I have friends that have volunteered for Tim in some of the searches in grueling conditions. As a volunteer, it costs money (to drive to the search area, lodging expenses, food, etc.) individually. It is very costly for Tim Miller to do a search if he has to bring equipment from Tx.

I do a lot of volunteer work for good causes and it is what it is…..my time and my expenses out of my pocket for a good cause! But….it is rewarding for me because I may have made a difference in some one’s life!

Now for Haleigh……Bring Haleigh home!

There are some sharp “detectives” on this site and I would guess before long, there will be all kinds of info on this comment board!

It seems odd that all her FB friends are in FL and none in MA. Plus she joined FL groups in the past couple of weeks.
