Well done. Seems that not only the “victims’s” families have some shady charactors but the people who play journalist, bloggers, searchers as well. The lady you referenced today, from the texas search team, the crime blogger who is a pedaphile, and all the charactors, including lawyers who affiliate themselves like magnets to victimize these peole even more. Also it ruins the respectibility of excellent well intended organizations, bloggers, searchers, journalists, investigaters. How shameful!!!! Glad you put this all out there. Let the light shine on the truth. Thanks for all you and your fellow group for all the work, and effort.

Ronald and Misty are so full of sh–,I can smell them miles away.Those two loves the spot light.He keeps lying through his teeth,but sooner or later it will all catch up with them and bie them in their buts.These two are having so much fun,I am starting to beleive they really know were that child is and I would not be surprissed if she is alive and they did this crap to get as much free out of it as they can.They get free trips,food,motels,gifts,and they can live it up,which they never got to do before.LOSERS in capital letters,using a sweet little girl the way they have,shame,shame,shame on them and the rest of the clan.Mean while the rest of the country is looking for Haleigh.All these TV shows are not for his child,its for his own satification.And while we are on the subject,shame on that misserable jerk that stopped Armondo from his or her efforts to get help for Haleigh,get a life.You are so wrong,and if you don’t want to be apart of it then don’t.I would give anything to find the child.Simom don’t let anyone stop anyone else to find her.

Glad you exposed the connections. I am sure the dots will be connected. I am truly amazed because when this road rage story broke, I initially thought how dumb and stupid can Misty be. Initially, I was under the clear impression that these gals did not know the lady from Mass.

I read in an article earlier that the 911 caller, Courtney Ballinger, declined to file charges. On the tape, she sounds like she is truly in fear of her life. If it were me, I certainly would have filed charges!

Vaquera: Definitely hinky but I am hoping and praying that Tim Miller is not involved in the sleazy end of things. I can see him “helping” in some ways but not what Brock seems to be doing now - running Misty around to TV appearances.

Seems like everyone wants some face time on the TV geek shows. Misty is too young to understand or avoid all the leeches and vultures trying to bleed her to death. I feel sorry for her.

I hope Tim Miller is not involved in this latest mess. In my opinion, I do not think he is because he has too much class to play the sick games.

I am from Tx and Tim Miller is highly regarded by citizens and Law Enforcement in Tx and is frequently on our local news which is broadcast from Houston, Tx. Over the years, he and his volunteers have done a tremendous job in the Houston and surrounding area regarding missing persons.

I remember when Tim’s daughter went missing and it was a tragic ending for him. I admire him because he has taken a negative and has channeled his grief, in memory of his daughter, to a very worthy cause.

He was treated very badly by Cindy Anthony (IMO) and it appears there may have been a lack of appreciation in Palatka County. If I were Tim, I would stay out of Florida. There are so many families nationwide that seek his help. Unfortunately, he can not be everywhere and has to say no.

I have friends that have volunteered for Tim in some of the searches in grueling conditions. As a volunteer, it costs money (to drive to the search area, lodging expenses, food, etc.) individually. It is very costly for Tim Miller to do a search if he has to bring equipment from Tx.

I do a lot of volunteer work for good causes and it is what it is…..my time and my expenses out of my pocket for a good cause! But….it is rewarding for me because I may have made a difference in some one’s life!

Now for Haleigh……Bring Haleigh home!

While I’m cooking dinner, I am listening to the Nancy Grace Show. She just had Courtney on (not in person). Courtney told Nancy what happened and she acts like she does NOT know “those people” (Misty and Donna)!

If Courtney says she doesn’t know them, I’ll take her word for it, Justice.

Just because TJ thinks a woman in a photo with one of Steph’s Facebook friends looks like ‘Courtney’, doesn’t make it so.

TJ doesn’t even know what Courntey looks like. He has never seen her. Apparently, he is guessing that she is a blonde woman with a Florida address whose picture is returned on a google search for ‘Courtney Ballinger’.

Problem is, he is just guessing.

According to every news report I read, police say Courtney Ballinger is from Massachusetts, not Florida.

There are many people with the surname Ballinger in Massachusetts, and there are many people named ‘Courtney Ballinger’ across the country.

I could not believe Courtney was on the Nancy Grace Show (via phone, I guess) If she was in fear of her life, why didn’t she file charges? Why was she on the NG Show? I read many T.V. and newspaper articles today regarding this incident. In one of them, it stated she declined to press charges.
When she stated she was going 80mph (on NG Show), I just thought to myself…..please, give me a break! By tomorrow, who knows what the story will be?

I have followed the Haleigh Cummings Case from Day l and I feel T.J. Hart is reputable, credible and would not put his reputation or journalism ethics on the line for a story. Also, T.J. Hart is Program Director for Sky 97.3 in Gainesville, Fl. He can not afford to spread wild rumors. He has a reputation to maintain and an obligation to his listeners in Gainesville and the surrounding areas.

Anyone notice that it’s been 8 weeks since TES said that they would come help look for Haleigh again. They said 6 weeks to let vegetation die off. Well…..it’s been 8 weeks. In 2 more weeks it will be turning COLD, even in FL. What is the hold up? Is it due to the tests that were done on Misty? Are they no longer looking for Haleigh but just looking for a missing piece of the puzzle before they arrest someone?

HollysGmom, it is forecast to be 93 degrees in the area today. No underbrush is dying back. The rattlers are not burrowed up in their holes avoiding the cold.

I am no expert on underbrush but it requires cold temperatutes to knock back or kill down most of it. I hope Tim Miller was aware that the average date of the first seasonal freeze each year is January 21 in this area of the USA. It is possible that he expected a body would already have been found before now.
