The Croslin’s, the Cummings, and the Sheffield’s all seem to have a unique talent for finding trouble to get into. Rattling noises heard in Kentucky

During the BNN radio show on Sunday, the panel was asked if the Sheffield’s had been seen of or heard from.. I had not spoken to my client Ruby, mother in law of Johnny aka Marty Sheffield since July. TJ Hart of WSKY 97.3 stated that, he had not heard of the Maria, Crystal clan since August.
By sheer coincidence Marty called from Kentucky to up-date this investigator on the going’s on back home.
Anyway, here we go, now you may want to savor these words as the story is very funny, or not so it you are Ruby. As you know by now, the Sheffield’s men folk side, moved to Kentucky and life was quiet for a bit. Then the kin folk to Ruby picked a verbal fight.
Now, get this picture, Ruby is all of 4′ 11″ and her opponent is every bit of 6′ 3″. He gets to cussing Ruby over some meaningless idea and she goes to get a warrant from the justice of the peace. After listing to the complaint, the justice of the peace recognized that it was simply a hillbilly argument and no further action was needed.
Not very happy with the decision of the justice, these two got into it again, more verbal distention. Only this time, in fear of his life, (I mean why else would he do this) ole 6′ 3″ went to the justice of the peace himself and I reckon told a better tale.
It ended with RUBY being ARRESTED and charged with TERRORISTIC THREATS. There were no mention of explosives, nor was there any evidence that she intended to develop WMD (weapons of mass destruction). In any event she will stand before a Judge today at her first arraignment to face the charge of TERRORISTIC THREATS. In fairness and in understanding that this reporter was not there at the occurrence, but in studies conducted by others, I’ll bet she simply gave him and old fashioned cussing and said she would kick his ass, believing she might just do that, he in fear of his life, filed the charge.
Marty Sheffield also stated that their intentions are to leave Kentucky and return to Putnam

But you are here enough to know most of the actual events except one. Art Harris was on the ground in Satsuma for about 5 days as that is all I could afford. He, unlike me does not work for free.

Yeah it would be great if celebrities would help find missing children but they are to busy with their own kids see america lives outside the bun not the box. the way i look @ it is no matter if it is your children or not we are all brothers and sisters and it takes a village to raise a child i have 4 kids and one on the way but i still make time to check on haleigh,adji, caylee, and so forth i am a part of this village we call united states so it is my responsibility right? what is united about us anyway there are only a select few that give a dam
I think what frustrates me the most is that no political leaders or celebreties are involved in helping. They do it for everything else.
Let’s create a movement, a force of letters petitioning the president to step forward. To turn FL upside down and shake it, till she appears. The whole country for that matter. Alone we’re nothing, but as a group of frustrated citizens joining hands in Haleigh’s cause, we’ll be unstoppable.. We’ll raise money, whatever. Let’s find Haleigh. I will get this arranged. I’ll donate the first 2 thousand dollars. If we raise enough we can dump a box of cash in the right persons hand and say “if money is what you want, there it is!!!!!! Now go find Haleigh!!!!!!!

she throws her pasafier and screams “no night night, no night night” then she starts rolling around the bed laughing. When my patience runs thin she says “I love u daddy”. It’s insane every night I spend over an hour to put her down. My 5 year old is still up watching TV with me. I learned my lesson with her, I just let her be.
Being a good parent is hard work. But like I’ve always said. “if their the future, we are the now.” I have to secure their future. Hard work pays off, something Cobra will find out when Haleigh’s found. I consider him her hero.

I also adopted A 13 year old boy from his crack addict mother. And have given him my home for the last three years. He is now my son!

Armando- Thank you so much for adopting that little boy – I have a grandson that i prayed (I want to feel I did it but it was God) as hard as I could into the right home – he went from seedy motels in Jacksonville to a wonderful home and the San Jose Country Club. My daughter does well sometimes, and I think right now not so good.

Cobra I was not trying to demean you in any way. Like I said I respect you for what you are doing. I am very sure it takes income to do what you do. I am just saying do not be too quick to judge that source was not telling the truth. I personally believe that these folks needed to find a way to get Misty out of town. A staged fight between Ron and Misty on the day the pond was being drained would be believable. I believe this clan staged everything to get Misty out of LE’s reach. Now she is gone again. There is something strange going on here. Teresa Neves did not seem right tonight on Nancy Grace. TN also said that this is causing stress on Ron and Misty. Where is Ron now. This happened before. He was in the media when Haleigh first went missing and then the next thing you know TN was making excuses to his whereabouts.The Pastor did not like being his excuse for the day he went 3 hours away to get those tattoos. We never heard from his Pastor again after TN told media Ron had been with him all day. It appears she has taken over for him again. I truely want to believe Haleigh is alive and going to come home safe, but I feel that she may not be. This just breaks my heart. When anyone goes missing it saddens me, but when a child goes missing by the very ones they trust and is suppose to protect them it just breaks my heart. This is becoming more common every day.

I just read that same blog…not sure if I believe it, but we will have to see how this plays out.
Teresa Nevis sounded more doubtful about Ronald and Misty, tonight. She said, “Oh, I am sure she will be back, sometime.” She really sounded doubtful, and I am sure Ronald didn’t let Misty go off again, with the understanding she would be back sometime. It is, probably, true about the divorce.
I believe the truth will come trickling out, now. I don’t know how they held up under this strain for this long.
Call them hillbillies, white trash, whatever but there is one thing that is certain – drug use has been taking place for a very long time. Now for the 1 person who reads this, let me tell you what small town drug use entails – a person selling it – who is the most important person in your life if you are on drugs – and all those people you know who do it too. which is probably everyone because people who do not do drugs do not hang out with people who do. So, that means Misty, the father of Haleigh, mother of Haleigh, mother of Misty, grandmothers most probably, uncles and aunts. Drugs were around my town and the habitual losers all hung out together. One thing was written in stone, never ever say where you buy it from or the whole ship is going down cuz he is taking you with him. Names. If what happened to Haleigh had anything to do with someone important, it would make a person calling 20 times in 4 hours and then faking a phone call to 911 and then standing by while the last person who saw your little girl lies through her teeth about it. People like this should not breed. Their lack of interest in seeing Misty actually woman up and tell us what happened makes me shiver and feel a bit nauseous. Growing up in these homes is like growing up in a prison. Drug and alcohol abuse close a million doors for everyone in the family.
OK guys, what’s the truth, did Misty skip town as reported on NG ? Are Ron & Misty getting a divorce as reported by Steph Watts?

She’s not “in hiding”, she’s not “on vacation” and she’s certainly not ‘running from the law”. Tonight, I had the chance to speak directly with Misty Cummings. She talked to me exclusivley, and she wants to begin to clear a few things. She is reluctant to speak because she is concerned of the repercussions from the Cummings family, and what she refers to as “the twisting of her words in the media.” It’s being reported on cable news, (and in Misty’s defense, she is taking a beating every night on the networks), that she has “run off” or “is on vacation” and refused to speak to police. Well, tonight I have learned that Misty did go to Orlando with a friend and, before they left, they stopped by the Sheriff’s office to check in. Misty told the police where they were going, even giving them the address and phone numbers of where she can be reached in case anything breaks in the case or they need to reach her. Misty needed to get away as she grips with the news that her marriage to Ronald is over. I have learned exclusively from several sources, and Misty confirmed for me when asked tonight, that Ronald has filed for divorce. “It because of my family” Misty told me.
Perhaps it is the best thing for her, as she struggles with constantly being pressured to tell the truth about what happened that, night when she insists that she is telling the truth. I have promised to let her tell her side of the story, and clear up any discrepancies that are out there, and perhaps shed a little more light on what happened the night little Haleigh disappeared. Perhaps now more than ever, no one wants closure to this nightmare more than Misty. And perhaps now because certain people involved in this case are now safe, and away from what they perceived as a dangerous situation, they will feel better about coming forward. And perhaps now, with this new development and the camps divided, the focus of the investigation, and the media attention, will shift back to finding Haleigh. Stay tuned; This is the first of a series of interviews Misty I will be conducting with Misty over the next few days.

Last night, rainy damp and cold, a trip to walmart was required. I’m walking back to my vehicle, and I heard what I first thought was a semi coming up behind me, I turned and realized that loud noisy beast was a regular truck, and I knew it was a diesel engine.. Now, I have a question for you. Does Nay Nays car have a diesel engine, if not.. In all of your wandering around with the Clans Of Florida, who owns a Diesel Engine on their Vehicle?
I think this whole sordid tale goes back to one thing. Haleigh never did have a chance. Harm was destined to come to one or more of these children. Sure hope they get a handle on it before something happens to Junior. (I don’t hold out much hope.)
Shifting gears here, what is Misty’s fascination with Orlando? It’s a good, what, ninety minutes drive from Satsuma? To go stay there for an extended period when they could just drive there and go to the theme parks, etc? I’m just not buying it. Either there is someone who holds interest for her there or she is trying to get Haleigh back somehow???? I know, she is going to “find” Haleigh because Zenaida Gonzales took her. UGH!!!

If the divorce is true. It has to be some lawyer scheme to make him look good. If he gets rid off her, all the blame falls on Misty. We the people r supposed to think he did it because he cares. Nope! Another cover up. Misty is hidding something. No doubt abt it, we all know.
What I don’t get is, why is misty defending Ron, if Ron is throwing her under the bus. Was she abused by Ron? If Ron was abusive towards her, then she’s scared knowing what could happen to her. IMO
In all her interviews she looks away when shed asked abt Haliegh, she’s cleRly lying. But she looks down, that’s lying out of fear. Ron on the other hand does the same thing when asked abt Haleighs where abts he looks away, but looks up, that lying out of power.
I think he holds the last piece to the puzzle. The final clue to this mistery. They need to take it to this man, immediately before he’s gone. He needs to be demanded to taking these test that Misty took. When they both fail then will know the truth. Until then…nothing

Apparently the news is correct even though papers havent been filed yet. First coast news reported about a possible divorce of Ron and Misty. Maybe now Misty will talk and tell what really happened to Haleigh. Prayers are with Haleigh that she will be found soon.
Armando I could not have said it better myself. What kind of repercussions from the cummings do you think Misty is referring to?

Armando – I remember Crystal Sheffield saying that Ronald abused her when they were together, and I think she even said he kicked her when she was pregnant. Once an abuser starts physically abusing, they usually escalate the abuse until some kind of intervention takes place (i.e., arrest and counseling). With all the drugs they seem to partake of, the situation could indeed become very dangerous. Misty probably thought living at Teresa’s that she could protect her, but Teresa is an enabler for Ron, and Teresa really couldn’t do that anyways.
I am definately not a Ron fan but we have no evidence of any physical abuse from him. We do know he has a terrible temper fro the 911 call. People can, and do act, very irrational in a situation such as finding their fave child is missing. It is my belief that he was honestly terribly upset and was not faking his raw emotions during that call.
We do have Crystal’s accusations of abuse but can anyone actually believe her? She formerly had tried to comfort Ron when H was missing and said he was a good dad to those kids and she just couldn’t bear to take them away from him. IMO, Crystal is very skanky and I do not believe anything she said when she was trying to pin the abuse thing on Ron about Haleigh when it was very clear that she had been injured at school, had been seen by Drs. etc. Drs. and schools are compelled to report any kind of abuse.
Crystal’s very odd whining (first video of Haleigh missing} was a big turnoff to me as to the validity of anything that Crystal had to say. She wipes her eyes constantly but has no tears and has always appeared to me- to be “out of it.” Teresa, IMO, is very sincere in her concern and love for Haleigh. I suspect that she has had a big part in raising this adorable little girl. Tn does enable Ron but I suspect that may be because he formerly was abused or some sort of compassion for something that happened to him. IMO, neither of Ron’s children should be with him nor Crystal. Most of the family appear to have extensive criminal backgrounds and even Marie
G used to run a crack house which is where
Ron no doubt met the 14 Yr. old Crystal who probably was already on dope even at that age. The recidivism rate for druggies is a very low percentage. I see no ambition in Crystal at all. If she had cared about these children, she could have stayed near them and helped out with them and seen them more often. Instead she chooses to have a baby with her stepbrother and seldom sees Ron’s kids.
My biggest fear is this……

1. He’s a Pedophile. Like it or lump it! It is what it is! Hey Ron….anywhere but Putnam County, 15 will get you 20!
2. He’s abusive- Just calling Misty a stupid “b” is verbal abuse. If Misty thought it was ok to slap Jr in the face in front of other parents at the bus stop, then Ron must do as bad if not worse. Otherwise, where would she get the idea that was ok? She had to have believed so if she was doing it in public!? I belive this couple, why would they lie? Add up Misty’s own witnessed abuse of Jr (Yes, legally it is abuse to strike a child in the face, for any reason and punishible by arrest and loss to DCFS) with the obvious abusive parenting style of Ron (If M is afraid of R, she wouldn’t treat his child so unless he OKed it) Multiply it by Crystal’s accusations of R’s abuse then square it against Ron’s abusive manner towards the dispatcher of the 911 call= He is abusive!!! People need to pull thier heads out and realize that some of the worst types of abuse leave no scars or marks. If you got punched in the ribs rather than your face, others might not see the damage. Think about that one!
3. He’s obviously a “Narc” for PCSO otherwise he’d have done some time by now with all those charges. People know. You can not go to court with those types of charges, multiple times and walk away free unless you’ve “rolled” on someone. This makes him a mark for retrobution and puts Jr and Haleigh in jepordy.
4. Moms are supposed to defend thier childrens wellfare to the point of thier own death, if necessary. I just don’t see Crystal doing so. She’s happy enough to go along with Step-brother to marry and have his baby. Haleigh is just a side note (to everyone it seems). If my child were mising, I’m not sure I’d even be able to have sex within this short of time, much less get pg again! God! Is there no remorse or justice?
5. Both, if not all 3 Gmoms or GGmoms all seem to care more about the adult children then the child who is actually lost, disappeared, possibly murdered. As long as they have R & C, they can always make another, right?
If my kids went missing i wouldn be able to sleep or eat or do anything for that matter know how i know that my son dom was born prematurely he almost died i did not eat sleep or leave that dam hospital i cant even imagine how these parents are sleepin around and still takin drugs marriage now divorce let me guess he is goin to focus on his children now right bull shit
