We will be broadcasting our regular show on Sunday afternoon. The panel is still being finalized however it likely will consist of the Barrett’s, The Sky 97.3′s ace reporter TJ Hart, private investigator William Cobra Staubs, and crime writer Denny Griffin.
There has been a good deal of activity in both the Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings cases.
Another 1000 page evidence dump concerning Caylee Anthony occurred earlier this week. And while much of it covered ground that we already knew, there were some nuggets to be found. There was a very curious sequence of emails between Dominic Casey and Cindy Anthony. They essentially pointed the finger at pastor Richard Grund. A more ridiculous accusation I can not think of. There was also a fabulous document which I am presuming was used by security when the Anthony’s held their memorial. It was their list of ‘potential’ trouble making gate crashers. among the suspected were Leonard Padilla, Robert Dick, James Hoover, Kathi Belich, Richard Grund, Jesse Grund, Larry Garrison, 2 Zanaida Gonzalez’s, John Morgan, Murt Murtaugh and his Van, Walter ( a guy that works with Murt), Katherine Jarris, Daughter of Katherine Harris and Lois Peter, and CNN’s Nancy Grace.
Another on the list was Child Advocate Wayanne Kruger. Wayanne Kruger needs a special mention, she emailed me overnight DEMANDING that I remove Jan’s article that mentions her name. She is threatening court action. Well Wayanne let me set the record straight. All that Jan did was to print information that was released by the prosecution, so I would suggest you sue the state of Florida instead! Here is an excerpt to give you all a flavor of the stuff that arrives in my email:
You all will here from my attorney. She never contacted me. She never emailed me. This is defimation and slander. I am a respectable advocate and their site has now been banned as trash! Wayanne, I will also offer some sage advice, generally speaking it is good to use the spell check and grammar check feature before emailing, it took a few runs at your email to convert it into English (Google Translate did not work).
In the Haleigh Cummings case we also have a great deal to talk about. I suspect that the subject of ‘truth in reporting’ may well become a very hot topic! My suggestion to the panel and the listeners, make sure you have taken your blood pressure meds before listening in.

I copied the posts and sent them to Marie Griffis. Marie was thankful and told me she emailed Wayanne and told her to STOP mentioning them.

I just noticed something on this WESH.com site that I had not heard before. Misty Cummings’ brother, Hank Croslin, Jr., was accused of stealing a shovel from the same neighbor he stole the gun from. The date the shovel came up missing wasn’t given. Very interesting!

Haleigh’s body could have been moved at a later date, when things got a little quieter. I think about that shed at the Croslins’ because Tommy, supposedly, hid that stolen gun there. People, usually stick to the same patterns. I would like to see LE search and dig around that shed with cadaver dogs to see if she might have been there at one time. It might be too late for the dogs to pick up on anything, now, but they were using them when they drained that pond.

There is a good spell check program Spell Check Anywhere (SpellCheckAnywhere.Com). It works in all programs, including web, and blogs.

Remember when the dogs followed Haleigh’s scent to the railroad tracks and then the scent dissipated? That has always bothered me. Always wondered if someone hopped a freight train with the child. Has anyone, ever checked out the ittineraries/stops for trains that night? I know that trains stop and slow down when they get to townships.
If someone did hop the train with Haleigh, and possibly do something to her on board, then discarded her later, maybe a place to search w/ dogs for scent would be along railroad tracks in whichever direction a train went by in the crucial time period. Then, someone might have hopped off the train when it stopped again. Just wondering still about that.
Let’s see. It seems the dogs picked up Haleigh’s scent going to the tracks, the pond, and the edge of some woods. I hope there is a way to tell which scent the dogs feel is fresher! Also, I don’t see how they can tell which direction a person was going. Does anyone know about that? Suppose someone re-traced their steps, then went in another direction or got into a car?
I can’t see hopping a train with a child, sleeping or drugged, but I can see perhaps handing her off to someone on a train that was slowing. Haleigh weighed what, 39 pounds? But still sounds far-fetched.
It seems that there are other things they could test for, though…. (Using the dogs.)Let’s hope they did.
Interesting aspect of the duct tape evidence and the denial by the defence that the duct tape used on Caylee’s skull came from the same roll as the one at the Anthony home. WFTV just released a photo of the tape used to secure a poster of Caylee used by the Anthonys. Same brand of duct tape as on the skull and the gas can. This type of duct tape is rare and no longer produced.Good luck DEFENSE!!! By the way their appearance today on TV was highlighted by the statement “People do stupid things” When asked why Casey did not report Caylee missing and partied like a demon during that time.
The train doesn’t stop nor does it slow down much. I run through the area at approx 40 mph.
I was reconsidering the paths the dogs tracked HaLeigh’s scent to the railroad tracks also.
Does anyone know if Ron or Misty ever allowed Haleigh to play alone in these areas or did they take walks with her to these areas?
And what kind of tracking dogs did they use? Sometimes when they feel a child has been taken and transported by vehicle, they will bring in air-scent dogs. This type of dog can find a scent – lose it – then refind it two miles away.

She remind me of Casey Anthony; killing little girls then partying.The police need to find her and lock her ass up and throw the keys and leave her there to die. I hope she burn in hell. Cobra mentioned torn jeans as a barbwire tear to-day, so I was wondering, if Misty would have put the scratch on the Van going close to the dumpster, and maybe ripping her jeans putting her in there, or taking her out of there..??

That loud car that struck that neighbor as so unusual coming in there about 1:30a.m., also, makes me wonder. Did LE check that out? I wonder if Cobra was being polite about saying LE was doing a good job?
Another thing that struck me was Misty laughing about her mother getting ready to go on a wild ride. Her mother doesn’t look strong at all. That little attitude sheds some light on Misty’s true colors. Well, we all may have a good laugh if Misty gets locked up in that jail, before all of this is over.

Ahhhh, the list! I have no connection with the Anthony’s nor have we ever had contact. Could be they did not like the fact I slammed Cindy for lying on Larry King live and continuing to take away flowers from all the wonderful people who sent them and thow them in the trash. Who cannot forget that? Why did they X Grund and Jesse? Even with the trial and differences, it was their granddaughter for most of her life and to deny them a goodbye with he rest of the country, most strangers, is very sad.
To prove you are not out there to spur on peoples emotions and cause outrage while allowing people on your show to call someone a “bitch” and “whore” while a child is missing;
When this hired employee was their to investigate Ronald for a custody trial only (as I was told) not Haleigh’s murder in the beginning, it proves to me you are not willing get the facts before printing or airing fiction. He is under contract as I am and must have permission to speak about his client. If you hired a PI or Lawyer and they released private or misunderstood information about you, what would you do? You put your trust in these people. No party crashers here. I adhere to my contracts.
Cobra was there to help Crystal and her family and deliver a private report when done. Not take off and investigate an abducted child at that time. I was there for private reasons as well. We all want Haleigh story out there, but the language and lie’s has become too vile and it does nothing but create anger and takes the reflection off the poor child. This case has become more about gossip of “he said she said” and not about the facts. Did KP release Cobra as their PI or did he sign a confidentiality contract as well? My sources tell me he was paid and he did sign.
On a Haleigh note; The last person to see the child alive was the one who walked her out of the house. Her foot prints were found by the door and led to the train tracks, so she wanted out with someone at sometime that night.
