The TV is on in our house every waking moment of the day. The schedule is pretty much cast in stone. Monday through Friday I get the 6am to 9am slot, and I watch CNN. Although I will be honest with you, the more I watch, the less I like. Over the past 10 years they have become more and more agenda driven. Hell I get accused of BNN being agenda driven, we are nothing when compared to CNN!
At 9am sharp I lose control of the TV, the room is filled with the dulcet tones of Jerry Springer. After 5 minutes of pole dancing midgets, transvestite sumo wrestlers, and toothless hookers I generally head outside to sit and read.
Could you imagine the Cummings, Croslin, and Anthony family on Jerry?
Jerry Springer: Ron, some people are claiming that you are a dysfunctional family, what do you say?
Ron Cummings: Uhh, the nice lady with the big boobs in the green room last night, and they were whoppers, told me that you would only ask easy questions. Like Ms Nancy does. What does dys-whatever mean?
JS: Ok, lets move on to Misty, Misty welcome to the program, what can you tell us about doing laundry?
Misty: Well I do it regular like. Every February 10th I wash. Course I don’t have no soap, Ron’s too cheap to buy it, but I put everything in the washer and drier and just pretend. In fact I was so tired after putting all the dirty clothes in that I needed a little nap.
Oh by the way Jerry, Ron and I just want to thank you for paying the Motel 6 bill last night, and if they call you, it wasn’t us that stole the sheets and towels out of the room.
JS: Lets move on to the Anthony Family. George and Cindy, your daughter Casey sits in jail accused of murdering Caylee Anthony. What are you doing to help?
Cindy: Well Jerry, we have set up more foundations than you can shake a stick at, we have the best ambulance chasing legal team ever assembled, we are pretty confident that we can pin the murder on someone else. Oh and George used to be in the cop biz, so he knows a person or two.
George: Thats right! All the evidence against my daughter Casey is BS. We employed some of the best people in the business, we have the Milsteads, and their T-shirt sales are going well. Of course we have the minor issue of the forged checks, but I have confidence in Jose Bozo Baez, he will find a way to make that problem go away.
I tend to avoid the TV until 6pm, once again I have some ownership, generally it is HLN, I like to see just how far behind the news they actually are. It is always hours, and more normally days!
I read two books today, I enjoyed both of them. And it was about 2pm that I headed back in to house. I guess even Jan had had enough of the talk shows and Soap operas, one station was running a Rocky marathon. I sat on the couch and watched for hours. Rocky is silly, but it is so much better than living with the realities of these cases. Rocky rocks! On the other hand, the Croslin’s, Anthony’s and Cummings all make me reach for the bottle of Tums!

I think these folks would even have Jerry scratching his head and wondering where did these folks really come from! I agree that someone that rapes a 13 yr. old girl should serve his time, even, if it is 32 yrs. later. What does his talent have to do with it? We all should have to live by the same laws.
I am sure he has paid this girl alot of money over the years for her silence, but money shouldn’t put you above the law.

Yes, Lisa has a court appearance scheduled today (Wednesday, 9-30-09) in Davidson County, Tn.
I think Misty could be or is in the process of being in Protective Custody. It takes money to be gone from home. Therefore, I don’t see how she could afford to be gone from Satsuma this long. JMO!
Why have so many people, myself included, spent so much time googling the Haleigh Cummings case? Can we really make a difference by voicing our opinions on who we think is guilty? Is a blogger going to solve the case? I doubt it.
What has set this case apart from so many other ones? Drama and convenience. It’s human nature. Most people hate to be outwitted. If we had to walk to the police station, stand in a long line and speak to the sheriff face to face about our theories would we? Honestly, I can say I would not.
Keep your minds, hearts, eyes and ears open. I am going to try my best to follow my own advice. Maybe someday this case will get the break it needs.

I am going to set back and watch the new Drama as it unfolds.. He does mention knowledge of her whereabouts this past week, her soul searching, and her visit to the Priest.. Now, the drama is about to unfold with “What Did She Tell The Priest”. I guess I need to go back and watch the local cop shows and see if they cover this one, or I guess I could run down to the Church and ask our Priest, “What are the GuideLines about a Priest releasing confessed info, from the National Known Drama Teenage Queen, Misty Croslin Cummings?” Maybe they have a special method of covering such issues, there have had to be cases like this before? Wait, I have to think about that question, I have wondered if it is the first case, ever like this.. And it’s a reporter grabbing, twisting, maddening, case that never ends.. No, its a good thing I thought about it.. this is the first, the only, the demented crazy circle driven case that everyone gets lost in the maze.. I remembered the kim factors and the truth unfolded. Is She, or Is She Not, the 70 Thousand Dollar Question? Alive or Not? Has the Truth been Revealed? Will this remain between Misty, a Priest and God? I think its too early in the morning to punish my brain so intensly, I need more coffee?

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, said he plans to release even more documents Wednesday, even after the state made more than 1,000 pages of information public Tuesday.
Sources said information Conway is expected to release will show that duct tape found at the crime scene does not match duct tape recovered from the Anthony home, and hair found on the duct tape does not belong to either Casey or Caylee Anthony.

I certainly agree with you Cobra about a 13 year old that suffered the unthinkable 32 years ago. It was a crime that shouldn’t be forgotten. But….and this should be considered….that 13 year old is now 45 and married with three children of her own. She wishes this would all go away. After 32 years she has overcome what happened to her back then and wishes to live her life concentrating on her family. No longer does she wish this nightmare to start over again. Will she ever have her say in this matter? After 32 years I think her wishes should be respected. Polanski has not been allowed back in the States for the last 32 years, he’s now 76. If anything, we should be mad at all the actors and actresses that have worked with this vile man the last 32 years.

Hearing rumblings that Misty is not w/ friends in Orlando as has been reported. And that she is seeking religeous counseling, which allows for confidentiality. Also that the letter writer relating location of Haleigh was an old FBI informer w/ supposed psychic abilities. Anyone can affirm or deny this?

Nunzio, thank you for your response. I do know how frustrating this can be. I too, think Cobra is wonderful. If me or mine are ever lost he is the man I want on the hunt. I respect him tremendously and absolutely hate what has been done to him. If I could change it I would. If I had any extra $$ I would be helping him. I absolute believe he has had a huge injustice and is being punished for doing good. That is not anything we can control or change or prevent. Just went to Nancy Grace’s website and saw the headline about Misty….guess we’ll tune in tonite to get update - what a joke!! If Ronald welcomes her back with loving arms this will answer a few questions about that relationship that have been bugging me. Am I the only one that thinks this is just WRONG???
Sick of the BS, I didn’t fall for anything, it just caught me early enough in the morning that I hadn’t put the idiot child back securely in the rear of my brain, and it just began to play. What we have actually seen in the last few weeks is another side show, one that tormented all of our Hearts, and having Haleigh blased Nationwide as a Child who no longer breathes, and that has me totally infurious, plus the lack of attention to anyone who claims to have seen this Child living and breathing.. Apparently, the reports go to the trash.. When someone within the LE world pops up and says I haven’t even heard about that, and has an Office right there in PCSO, it certainly makes one wonder, is there a filing cabinet that says, sightings.. Please Ignore.
