		<description>I'm against obsessive tracking of this sort. The more information on a smart card, the more chance of it's being misused.

Luckily, there will only be &lt;a href="http://www.bhagwad.com/blog/2009/politics/indian-national-id-voluntary-no-card.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;a number instead of a card&lt;/a&gt;. No Indian must be forced to carry a card to "prove himself". Otherwise it will lead to serious infractions of personal liberties such as the right to move the country freely.

The Police must never be given the power to ask for your Identity card and detain you if you don't have one. That makes for a police state.</description>
