I have not lost a child, but know many that have lost a loved one. I read a book that was a true and amazing story called "Replacement Child" by Judy L. Mandel. A passage that stuck with me from the book is "Although life appears to be random, love creates your solid ground." I shared this book with my friends mom who lost her other daughter and she found coping with the loss a little easier from this book.
