I don’t think that Ron is guilty of more than being an absolute moron about Misty. But Misty herself is guilty of something.

I don’t think there’s a conspiracy among her friends to keep quiet. Misty’s background lays down the framework for a personality that doesn’t really have friends. She has people she uses…for rides, drugs, sex, a place to live, money etc, but no friends. If misty was in a jam, like say something happened to Haleigh while she was in Misty’s care, Misty would not seek help from anyone and no one around her would know about it. I’m not saying this exactly right because I don’t want to make a long post, but I think I got the gist across.

Anyway, it only shows that a person with the last name Prevatt signed off on the case filing against Cavitalo.

Any word on whether Cavitalo (Stipp) is the woman who dropped off the letter, or whether she lives at the former Cummings trailer home?

In 1992 she was arrested for Lewd/Lascivious behavior in the presence of children under 16. James Cavitalo Jr, whom she has since divorced, was convicted for sexual battery of a child under age 12, child abuse, and lewd and lascivious acts upon or in the presence of children.

She is identified as searcher TERRY STIPP helping Leonard Padilla in the video linked to below.

it may not be important, i don’t know why it is bugging me so, but i would swear misty (with lisa nodding her head in agreement) said that she also called lisa either before or after ronald didn’t answer his phone that night, right before ronald came home.

lisa who allegedly went over to the home of a elderly disabled man who had repeatedly welcomed them into his home to help them out and in cahoots with her eldest child stole a gun and checks. and she allegedly used at least one of the checks!

i don’t know the law at all. i did wonder about the fact, that tommy was charged with grand theft (stealing the gun) and lisa with the petty theft and forgery involving the checks. if the police really wanted to get tough, could they charge them both with each crime? i mean, they went over there together. maybe, there is no point in doing that. maybe that is legal overkill and a waste of time and money? or does it come down to being able to prove it, and they went with what they thought they could more likely prove.

Her name is Terry Stipp aka Terry Anna Marie Cavalito plead guilty to two sex crime charges against a minor under the age of 10. Her husband was jailed for 15 yrs.

The WOMAN is a WACK, and if she is the one who took this letter to LE, I hope she told them all of her names so they could check her criminal record.

I think that Lisa Croslin knows more than she’s said up to this point and when it comes down to the nitty gritty…like most thieves and drug users, will be willing to throw her daughter under the bus to get a deal for herself. She knew trouble was brewing for her and laid her groundwork by stating that she trusts her son over her daughter.

This woman appears to have thrown her kids under the proverbial bus long ago. She’ll do it again to save her own lousy skin. Her apples don’t appear to have fallen far from her tree.

i have never met this child or her family. it makes my heart start every time there is new news. what t.j. hart said about this really being about them, i can only imagine how they are all suffering.

of course seeing the medical outfit, makes one think right of way, of connie. if it is the sheffield’s (or even other cummings?) that took haleigh, that would be the best thing that could have happened to haleigh out of all the other possibilities. i keep hoping that it was them and that they were trying to protect haleigh. maybe they didn’t get a chance to get junior too. or thought they could not hide two kids, and haleigh was in more trouble. the problem with this theory is the odds of this being what happened are probably near nil. none of the sheffield’s seem likely to be in a position to set up or pull this off. and it is so hard to believe it would be a cummings, they seem to really support ronald – in their own way no matter what he does.

and the woman delivering the letter being in the medical profession really doesn’t mean anything. it could have been a patient of hers , a friend, or co-worker. or maybe she doesn’t even know who wrote the letter, they just trusted her to deliver it anonymously
