Because of the huge amount of information that has surfaced in the past few days in the Haleigh Cummings case TJ and I have decided that another of our one-on-one radio programs is needed. The Haleigh Cummings story is becoming more bizarre by the moment.
The program is scheduled for Noon central, 1pm Eastern today, Thursday Sept/24.
This week has been so full of Haleigh Cummings misinformation that TJ and I decided it was time to set the record straight.
BOMBSHELL! Is likely not a word you will hear from us. But I will say that you will learn a great deal more about the Haleigh Cummings story today than you will get on HLN.
We do not run a scripted program, but some of the subjects likely to get some air time include:

Misty Croslin’s out of town trip.

How come nobody is focusing on Tommy Jr’s story. If in fact misty was not home, and possibly left Haleigh & Ron Jr home alone in bed…
tommy jr could have been banging on the door, haleigh may have gotten up.. recognized Tommy Jr. & opened the door to him.
He could have taken her then!! No parent would have been home to safegaurd such an event!! nobody is hitting on that fact!

LindaOz u gave me another thing to look at. what if Ron called Tommy Jr to have him check on the children KNOWING Misty would leave the kids home in bed at night?
Maybe Tommy Jr called Ron back & covered for HIMSELF (possibly taking Haleigh) & Misty (Being out, partying w/e), by saying Misty was home w the kids!!

1) WBG has already taken a lie detector test and passed. Soooooo, seeing her MONDAY night & disposing of Haleigh’s body, how would he have passed that test? (This is on ArtHarris’s site, the video of WBG talking about the lie detector test).
2) The brother story is coming out 7 months later? Her mom & dad also stating they don’t think she was home, 7 months later?

23 4rm - There are a few on my list who I think could be reponsible for Haleigh’s disappearance and Tommy is one of them. If he did go to the trailer at 10PM his prints may be the last on that doorknob. If LE finally confronted him with that, I can also see him making up the story about checking on them.

According to Ron he always checked that back/side door to make sure that it was locked. Also to note is the fact that it was also said that Misty did not have a key.
CherryOnTop - Consider this about Tommy’s story just now coming out: Rather that her family wanting to get back at her for the restraining order, how about Tommy finally having enough and no longer being willing to cover for her?
I have said all along this had to do with drugs, what a bunch of looser they are. do not think Haliegh took any pills by herself, i think they were capsuls and they were opened and the powder put in a soda to put her to sleep. They gave her to much, when people are high they do some wierd things, that they normally would not do. They thought it was funny to try to get Haliegh high but they went to far. We have seen people in the news giving drugs to younger children then Haliegh. This is not cute or funny it can and is fatal to children. And one responsible for this should all face charges.

Tough Stuff - The fact that Misty didn’t have a key leads me to believe no one else did either, but it would also mean Misty had to leave a door unlocked (or propped open with a cinderblock?) to get back in after partying.
I know Ron was adamant about checking that back door every day, but since Misty had company after Ron left, anyone could have unlocked that door. Misty may have left both kids there with a door unlocked while she went out and partied.

The letter written by Nay-Nay seems like a set up. She knows that the letter will be read. It was a heads up that this was what was going on and, as mentioned before, almost asking for an alibi. Haleigh overdosing is a viable scenario, although it still doesn’t explain Ron’s inexplicable support of Misty. As I have stated before, I cannot comprehend any scenario where Ron doesn’t know what happened to Haleigh. How else could you marry the girl responsible for the loss of your daughter. I say responsible meaning either intentionally or unintentionally responsible.
Also, just to mention something else. After 3 days on drugs, and one night straight of fighting, Misty would have been more than just tired. A little nap on Monday morning is not going to make up for 4 days without sleep. She could have passed out at the trailer and not heard anything at all.
I am not proud to say, but years ago I had my rounds with hard drugs and I know how messed up you get after a couple days of binging. I think this could account for Misty’s inconsistencies as she may simply not remember the night clearly. She probably never even noted the time that night, and was merely guessing after she started being questioned. How could Ron even leave two small children in her care when she was in that state? Maybe it is this guilt that keeps Ron supporting her, I don’t know.
With all the creepy players in this case it is hard to see the forest for the trees. I do believe that whatever happened, there are alot of people aware of it and aren’t talking, probably out of fear of drug related charges.

This is pure speculation here but, it was reported by Art Harris that a co-worker overheard phone conversation between Ron and Misty prior to Haleigh’s disappearance. (www.artharris.com) The conversation was in regards to Haleigh not minding from what I gathered. There was also an incident where Hank Croslin Sr. had claimed that Ron had possibly tried to kill him by giving him a pill.
Here is another “what if” but, what if Ron had given Misty a pill of some sort to give to Haleigh to make Haleigh go to sleep that night?

I am asking how Misty could have left the door unlocked (to go out partying as you suggested) when she had no key to open that door?
This is turning into the Casey Anthony circus all over again!!!! I am really sick and tired of this white trash family. I hate to tell everyone, but Haleigh is no longer with us. It makes absolutely no sense at all……and I do believe that Misty is hiding something, but I find it hard to believe that all of these losers are being able to outwit the police and detectives. Therefore, my theory is that due to Misty leaving the child….the child was taken. She is probably scared to death of telling the truth because Ronald seems to have a hairpin temper and I think his bite might be horrible and she knows it.

something tells me that ron would have called them to check on his children since rons attorney claims ron only called tommy to see if misty was there.
and tj, could you ask rons attorney why ron wasnt concerned for his childrens safety after he couldnt get ahold of misty.
you know most parents would be frantic if they didnt know where their children were, giving the fact they should be home and in bed at that time of night.
wasnt ron already in hot water with dcf for haleigh missing so much school? that in its self should have made him concerned.
Tuff Stuff - About leaving the house unlocked, it depends on the kind of locks. I doubt that both doors had to be locked with a key, but if that were the case, it would be a reason to leave a door propped open. I don’t think that is what happened, just exploring different possibilities.
I also recall the report of the phone conversation between Misty and Ron about Haleigh not minding. Do you happen to recall if it was about her bedtime? Probably not since they reportedly had the fight at 8:30. I don’t think Ron would give Haleigh any medication to sleep, but I can see Misty doing that if someone else told her it was safe.

That’s not necessarily true. I have a garage door lock that is deadbolt on both sides and requires a key to open.

None of the involved parties are credible. They all have shady pasts. Clearly, Haleigh is dead and a number of these idiots are responsible. Hopefully, LE will figure it out and some of these idiots will be back in jail for the long haul. They are just a waste of the earth’s resources.

TuffStuff: There probably are doors you need a key to unlock from inside. I do however remember seeing the tour through the trailer with the reporter and they look at that back entrance from the inside. It was just a regular door knob lock from what I recall. I don’t know where I watched that video, maybe someone else has the link. I think that Misty would have left the back door open so if anyone came to the trailer and tried the front door it would be locked. I do think that if Misty actually went anywhere she would have taken the kids.
Heaven help me when I think what those children would have been exposed to, that night or any other night.
I say, trump up some charges on Misty and hold till she spills. Get her away from Ron.

if nay nays letter is to be believed, and thats a big if, could it be possible what jr was trying to say is my sissy was taken away in a black bag? if i remember right he said there was bouncing on the couch, could it have been someone trying to give haleigh CPR. i know you cant do CPR on someone on the couch, but if these people were out of their minds on drugs they wouldnt know this.
I also wonder why is Tommy JUST NOW admitting he was at trailer that night. I wonder if maybe he’s the one that took her. Or another thing is maybe Haleigh od’d there in the home and that is why the door was propped open….to carry her out after she died….and why she peed the bed.I always felt this was somehow drug related.

I am not sure on that but the call between Ron and Misty that was overheard by a co-worker at PDM regarding Haleigh not minding was made prior to the night Haleigh went missing.
You don’t need a key if you are coming from the inside, generally. At least not for a screen door.

I CANNOT believe that there is not one shred of evidence that could lead to Haleigh. Something in the house, fingerprints, hair, fibers, footprints, people around the area, friends, etc. What is wrong with the Police over there? Also, I don’t think that Ron had anything to do with it based on the 911 call, but I do think that he has his suspicions. Why he married her right away is beyond me, but I have theories. This whole case smells..beginning with Misty to the popo.
mareiesilk I think you are most likely correct on that. I have double dead bolt locks on a couple of doors and maybe that is why I was thinking that. I might have read that somewhere also? There were two seperate conversations that were overheard.
One conversation is the one I am talking about where the co-worker overheard Ron telling Misty to punish Haleigh. There is also the 8:30pm conversation overheard on the evening prior to Haleigh being reported missing.
Ron may have given Misty drugs to help her taper off the drug binge that she had been on over the week-end. He may think he gave her too much, and she slept thru her brother knocking and someone coming in and taking Haleigh. He may feel responsible for the whole thing or afraid of what Misty is going
to tell on him.
I tend to believe this story about Misty being at the party and Haleigh accidentally taking some drugs and over-dosing.
LE, probably, has more evidence than just that one tip to be out the money to drain that pond. The alligators are so thick in Florida, and that body would most likely be gone. They may have drained the pond looking for some other kind of evidence.
Karen: Interesting theory, I would even believe it. I do question whether that would be enough to keep Ron from coming forward though, unless he knew what happened to Haleigh.
And I totally agree about the tips. Wasn’t it stated that the le was working through some 4000 tips and leads? It is likely that there were previous tips that accumulated enough to warrant the search. The le is really keeping their cards to themselves here and we really don’t know what they know. Most of it is probably hunches and hearsay which is why they can’t release it to the public. Maybe they are behind all these little releases in the attempt to stir things up. Now that would be smart.
I still believe that this case could be broken if they just got Misty in a cell to think on her own for a while. De-Ronify her if you will. She is right on the edge it seems only a nudge would send her falling to crack into a thousand pieces.

You know what?? She didn’t take any drug. Drugs were given to her to make her sleep. Misty left, when she got home, the baby was dead. At that point she called one of her trashy friends to help her dispose of the body.

Is it true? How come my gutt tells me Wayanne Kruger is with Misty and getting inside her head as we speak to get the hell away from Ron before he kills her and to move them brain cells around until something lights up. It’s very odd Wayanne leaves and cannot be found the same time as Misty and LP and Wayanne offered an escape. You go where you can survive and they both have a soft spot for Misty. JAT.
