Jailhouse Letter from Nay Nay Suggests Haleigh OD’d on Roxies
News in from TJ Hart of The Sky 97.3. This letter from a jail inmate in Putnam county has been doing the rounds since last night. Is her story real, or is it Memorex? There are several stories swirling around, was it this letter that caused the ‘brief’ internment of Greg Page (White Boy Greg) last night?
One thing is for sure, Law Enforcement are out for Bear in this case, seven months into the disappearance they are starting to put some real pressure on people that might know something, of course that is just my opinion – Simon
There was a flurry of activity in Putnam County overnight. It started with the appearance of mysterious letter from a Putnam County Jail inmate that could shed light as to why a pond was drained over the weekend in the search for missing a missing Satsuma girl. The other was the drug charge arrest of a man whose name has been mentioned a few times in relation to the stepmother of 6-year-old missing Haleigh Cummings.
Haleigh Cummings has been missing since February and was under the supervision of her babysitter–now stepmom Misty Croslin-Cummings the night she vanished.
Sources for Private Investigator William “Cobra” Staubs intercepted this “letter” allegedly written by Kristina Rene “Nay Nay” Prevatt from the Putnam County Jail from her to her boyfriend. Prevatt is a partying acquaintance of Misty Croslin-Cummings and had been with her
97.3 the Sky sent this “letter” to investigators for their reactions. Putnam County Major Gary Bowling Wednesday told The Sky, ” We don’t think the letter is worth reacting to.”
If this letter is what it is purported to be, this “information” might have led to the draining of the L pond at the Mondex over the weekend.

97.3 The SKY spoke with Haleigh Cummings’ paternal grandmother Teresa Neves about this letter. Neves says she is aware of the man identified as “Joe Psycho” in the letter. Neves sighed and told WSKY that this man named “Joe” has had some credibility issues.
Greg Page is the man Misty Croslin-Cummings had allegedly shared a sex and drug binge with days before Haleigh Cummings disappeared.
Greg Page was taken into custody last night just after 11 p.m. on possession of marijuana and cocaine and released a short time later.
Page’s mother told The Sky that when her son was taken into custody, he was put on the telephone with an FDLE officer who she said asked him what he knew about Haleigh Cummings. Page said, “Nothing.”

First off no one needs to take a vacation while this precious child is still missing. Misty is so guilty as sin. This whole case I agree Denise gets stranger and stranger every moment. If Misty is running its cause she is guilty or that lawyer of her’s his hiding her pretty darn good. STOP hiding and come clean its coming out eventually but Haleigh needs to be found if she is no longer alive she should have proper resting place and her mother can have her back if she is still alive her mother and family can have her back.
Ron knows something the reason he took her back cause knows she would tell. He is guilty as sin as well cause if you were so worried about your g/f and the children why stay at work that long and why go to the convience store to get beer and smokes come on. If you were worried about your children you wouldnt have done that would have gone home, that shows he doesnt care about his children puts his girlfriends infront of his children…
Praying this case gets solved and answers will be out in the opening and justices will be taken into action. Pray for Haleigh as well always till this is solved and she is home safetly.

Jo, most kids do NOT wake up easily. I lived in southern California and during a huge earthquake in the middle of the night, my husband grabbed our daughter and ran to a doorway. After the quake, we looked at our daughter and she was dangling UPSIDE DOWN, her legs still in my husbands’ grasp. She was about 4 years old.
sydney: I think Misty turned her phone off. And I think that when a phone is off there is no way to check where it is or has been. Not unless it has a GPS thingy in it which I doubt it did.
I think the way it works, is that when a call is placed or received a record of that call is kept and LE can later check what cell towers the call “pinged” off of and figure out the location of the phone from that. (Please, somebody, correct me if I’m wrong about that).
I don’t believe HaLeigh OD’d on oxycontin. There is no way a child would chew on pills. At least not more than one of them. Pills do not taste good. IF by some chance HaLeigh did put one in her mouth and chew on it, I can almost guarantee she wouldn’t put another one in. Pills taste bitter and disgusting. What child would go back for more? They do not taste like candy.
I suppose we now know where the “tip” to search the L Pond came from this past weekend.
I am curious if AMBER has been questioned. She has a reason to hate both Ron and Misty.
I could believe the story told to LE by Joe “Psycho” (Overstreet?) for the following reasons:
It was unnecessary for NayNay to tell “Donnie” TWICE that she was with him that night, as he would already have known this if it were true.
Greg Page supposedly likes to use morphine pops (lollipops), something very inviting to a child Haleigh’s age. She could have overdosed on part of one of these. If this happened, reactions would probably have been: Misty – hysterical grief and fear of Ron. NayNay – trying to figure out how to get out of it. Greg – Having already been told my Misty that Ron beat her, follows NayNay’s suggestions to use a black plastic bag and dump the body in a nearby pond.
if you are intoxicated , heavy on drugs in La -La- land passed out “sleeping ” its possible you may not hear banging on a door , but what condition was Missy when police arrived I have also heard she said she didn’t get any sleep at all.

BarbyD – THat’s the rumor but there’s a video somewhere of them kissing goodbye. And then she walks off with her trailer trash suitcase (a white garbage bag). LindaOz, you suggested that Misty’s reaction might be grief. I’ve wondered for a while now how she really felt about the kids. She was after Ron from the start. He came with two kids so of course she’s going to appear to care about them in order to please him. But in reality?
We know of two times at least that she told people she was tired of babysitting other peoples’ kids. She was 16! She really wanted to stay home and watch the children who Ron created with another woman who was still sort of in the picture? I seriously doubt that Misty had truly “maternal” loving feelings for the children. I’m not saying she hated or abused them. But I’ll bet she found them a darned nuisance a lot of the time. An anchor around her neck when she wanted to do other things. But like I said, they were part of the “package” as far as “getting Ron” so she’d do what was necessary to keep him happy. But really deeply care for them as if they were her own? I doubt it.
Missy should stay PUT…But no matter where she goes, L.E knows her every step of the way.

M2C – I base my feelings that Misty has grieved over the loss of Haleigh because she would have to be a terrific actress to fake those kind of tears. Granted, those tears may not have been specifically for Haleigh, so you may be right. Her statements about being tired of babysitting other people’s kids shouldn’t be dismissed, but she was taken out of school at age 11 to work babysitting, so of course she was sick of it, but I also think she loves Haleigh and Junior, in spite of the frustration associated with it. She is guilty of lying to cover up what happened, and I believe what happened was accidental. She is a very intellectually undeveloped girl and I think due to her upbringing from a home where drugs and crime were the norm, she’s doing what she thinks will be best.

Since she vanished? This implies he had spoken with Misty up to the point the child vanished – like while she was with Ron.

Nay Nay probably assumed she was being questioned regarding a homicide because of the mention of an overdose on oxycontin and HaLeigh being in a black bag in a pond. Those things aren’t conducive to anything other than homicide, don’t you think? What else would you conclude?
Thankfully, HaLeigh was NOT found in the pond. That Joe person who gave that tip (according to Nay Nay’s letter) doesn’t seem to be very credible. Take a look at his record. If you go back to 1993, he has approximately 59 arrests for drugs, burglary, etc.
LE has never stated this is a homicide investigation. We should all hold out hope for HaLeigh. Without hope, what is there?
Theresa Neves is crying so much on NG Show tonight because she knows her now daughter-n-law Misty is the one who has all the answers is getting very close to getting arrested.
I had a flash of insight into this theory/senario. Many of us have questioned whether or not M or Assoc might have drugged Haleigh and/or Jr. in order to help put them to sleep. I had a sort of “vision” come to mind wherein WBG had a “lolli” in his hand and was showing he kids his candy. He licks it a few times and “MMMmmmm this is good, try a lick” They get the kids to take a few licks thus knocking them out. However, maybe this time there was too many licks or Haleigh got the lolli or a piece of it not able to understand it was a powerfull drug. Maybe it was the first time they tried it and Haleigh’s portion was just too much.
Another take on this senaro:
What if no one GAVE Haleigh a drugged lolli, but since M, Nay-Nay, and WBG were all messed up and distracted, Haleigh found one and ate it not knowing what it was. M thought she had fallen asleep (it was late at night)and didn’t realize she had passed until it was too late.
The danger in the truth is that IF it was a morphine lolli then WBG has to answer about who his “source” is. This could be a dangerous person, food chain wise.
Nay-Nay probably figured LE would read her letters – after all, LE does have a right to read in-coming and out-going letters, correct?
Or, is it just incoming letters, to check for contraband?
If the jail she is at reads outgoing mail, then Nay Nay’s letter needs to be looked at with an awareness she knew LE would read her words.
Means she’s trying to have LE believe she was not involved.

There are interview(s) where Misty claimed she was ‘cleaning’ at around 10:30 pm.
If I’m not mistaken, one of the first things she said to the 911 operator, is that she had been cleaning.
Also – Misty often lies through omission of facts.
For example, her and Ronald’s call to 911 began with her saying her DAUGHTER was missing.
The operator asks later in the call for Misty’s first and last name.
Only then does Misty BACKTRACK, and tell the operator that Haleigh is her boyfriend’s daughter.
The problem with such theories is they get televised and somehow gain some sort of creedence.. pure speculation there. But then again, I still believe she’s alive and people know more then they tell.

I hope LE hooked White Boy Greg up to a polygraph when LE asked whether he was with Misty, Haleigh,& Nay Nay that Monday night.
If so, it seems this scenario could be pretty easy to prove or disprove.

Tit4Tat, WBG is White Boy Greg, the guy Misty and Nay Nay partied with for three days the weekend before HaLeigh’s abduction. Someone correct me if I am wrong, now that I think of it, it was Nay Nay right? The cast of characters is too long and beyond strange to keep straight. I just pray HaLeigh is found and brought home soon and the person(s) responsible are prosecuted to the fullest extent.

partebab, in the letter she says she was with Misty, White Boy Greg and JR at this party where HaLeigh over dosed.
I looked up Oxycontin and it is time released so if HaLeigh were to bite into a pill she would get the full strength of medication at one time. Which for her size would cause her breathing to become labored and her heart to stop. One of the precautions is that the pill be taken whole and not bitten, crushed, or chewed to prevent taking the full dose at one time. It is time released to maintain pain control for 8 hours, imagine all that at once would be hard for an adult. Oxycodone is the same drug, only it is not time released. Both are synthetic heroin.
Also, in one of the video’s of Misty talking about that night, she says something like the blanket in the van, the one they took with them. Does anyone remember that comment? Like HaLeigh’s blanket was in the van and so she had to wash one off the window or something like that? I wonder if the van would be the one LE had for weeks, and I wonder if a blanket was found in it. Maybe they put her in the blanket if she did indeed over dose that night. I hope Nay Nay is just lying to protect herself and HaLeigh did not over dose. I also wonder if HaLeigh did over dose would Nay Nay, WBG and everyone at the party be guilty? I know Misty would be, she was in her care. Anyone know? God bless HaLeigh. This whole thing is just too sad to think about.
Think it is interesting that bio-mom Crystal said when she was with Ron, he kept her doped up on oxycotin. Maybe, that is Ron’s m.o. with his girlfriends. Bet he knows where the oxycotin came from. This girl had medical issues. Druggies could have laced it with some other drug. One pill to a little girl with medical issues would have done the trick. Just a sad, sorry shame when little kids have to live in such an environment. No way Ron’s mom didn’t know what goes on in that trailer. Isn’t Ron’s trailer surrounded by his relatives?
Major Bowling said in a statement that this is one of the things they are seriously considering. He said they are also considering a few other things, but he seemed to be taking this lead seriously in his interview, today.
I don’t know anything about Oxycontin, but she had breathing problems with her Turner Syndrome, and it may have not taken much of anything to kill her.There is really no telling what she got into. I would think there would be more than one drug of choice at that party.
Think about what Jr. said, a man in black took Sissy. Crystal said he corrected her and said no a black man took Sissy. If he were asleep at a party, he might remember a black man picking Haleigh up but not be able to remember where they were at, in his sleepy state.Especially, being so young.
Teresa Neves cannot afford to admit that Ronald knew that Misty wasn’t home that night, because Ronald has lied to LE and everyone else about that, if he knew. Tommy could have made up a story to tell Ron to settle him down that night, also.

One of the questions on Misty’s last polygraph was “Do you know who took Haleigh?” Rather than the 99% deceptive that other questions elicited, this one was 42% deceptive. This finally makes sense if no one “took” Haliegh, she just overdosed.

After reading all this about Misty,Ron, and their friends, I’m really afraid that poor little, Haleigh, has been sold, either to drug trafficers or into sex slaverly. All the searching a boby should have been found by now.
I could be wrong, but i think they all know what happend to Haleigh! Teresa Neves said on nancy grace that she has taken oxycontin! I think they all were,the way she acted when this first came up like someone had died, every time you saw her she was crying! They were all on drugs and found Haleigh dead and had made up this story that someone took her! Why would she take up for misty at all! And why why why was she not taken care of her grand children? There are so many ways you can look at how this baby might have gotten hold of this drug, but one thing is for sure if she did than thats why she is gone and a lot of people know it! I would tend to believe that if Haleigh was drugged it was to take her out of the house, not that she was awake at some party in the middle of the night where she had been dragged and then got into something. Isn’t this guy that was supposed to have signed the affidavit the same one that tried to commit suicide?

Regarding a comment above: IF the child sex trade is involved in this case (and I must say it seems at least equally likely as the drug trade, considering how these offenders are ending up in the rural areas), you might suspect the whole thing was planned. (In my opinion.)

Misty’s mom Popeye has to have to have had rocks in her head to allow her to marry Ron.I think she did it because she is hoping that Misty won’t wind up in jail.Of course this is all speculation but I think we all know something is amiss and they aren’t being honest.

Misty is “In Orlando” having some respite.. how precious for her.Every one deserves a nice vacay after lying their ass off it is stressful after all.
Poor little girl Haleigh is either missing or deceased and has not been found nor laid to rest but Misty’s having a good time so I guess that’s all that matters.Wish I lived in Florida so I could kick all these people’s asses and get some truth out of them.Let me do the interrogating please, this has dragged on for 7 months with no real resolution sickening.
Didn’t the deputies keep insisting they weren’t looking for a body when they drained the pond? Probably didn’t really expect to find one.
A plastic bag with a body in it,tossed into a pond would float in about three days. With so many search teams in the area, I’m pretty sure it would have been found.
Simon – Do we have any hope of still finding Haleigh alive? Cobra said before he thought so, does he still? Did anything ever come out of the sighting at Walmart? All this talk of a body etc… just kills me. Any chance of a happy ending? Well as happy as it can be with her having to stay in that family.
I know everyone wants to believe Misty might have had something to do with Haleigh’s disappearance, but I am still convinced she is protecting Ronald. I believe Ronald set Misty up to take the fall for when the truth comes out. I do not believe Haleigh took oxycontin. I believe the person that is saying this is confusing the night Haleigh went missing with the weekend of the missing.
Just maybe by Ronald kicking Misty out will uncover the truth.
Tina, I agree with you that Misty didn’t do this.
But I don’t think Ron has kicked her out. I think she will be home “the happy bride” by the week end.
Has anyone thought about why Misty didn”t call 911 when she woke up and found the door open?
She should have run out of the house screaming that someone took Haleigh. Most innocent people would have been so afraid to stay in the house with the little boy.
This case boils down to one thing: revenge. And how much nicer if one can get revenge on two people at once. The frosting on the cake, as it were.
Why would anyone marry a man that has no respect for you such as calling her bitch on the 911 call. Misty has evidently had a hell of a life and should not have been caring for Ron’s children when she just returned from a hiatus from him with another guy. Have you noticed the people that smoke are the ones that evidently have not got the money to do so. I think if Haleigh ODed it was forced into her to keep her quiet and not tell what Misty was doing. These families, you could not write the stories that are unfolding. They all need a head doctor. They are not the only ones in this country that are screwed up. Drugging does not help them deal with reality, only numbs them like booze does. I think the little girl is dead and I think the police are going to get the answers over the weekend. This has gone on too long. Once one of the drugheads lets the truth out, there is going to be several arrests. Hopefully they find the little girl’s body soon.
Looks like that town needs to have a good cleaning,would there be anyone left?Wow I am tired after reading most of the comments on here.Don’t need to throw anyone under the bus just load them all up,and take them all to the jail.Crap them we will have to feed and house them.But then they will really go nuts and someone will tell then because they will want out to get their drugs and smokes.Hope this don’t turn into a cold case on a shelf some where.Pray

I have given this entire mess a lot of thought, and wondered.. What if.. Misty dropped Haleigh off with person or Persons unknown.. After doing so, and I still believe she was with Cousin Joe, they traveled over to the Mondex for a party.. Now, Little Jr would be asleep in the Van. During thier little party session, misty begins to worry about what to tell Ron. I mean she’s going home with one, not two.. and maybe cousin joe pops up and say, just tell him that Haleigh had to much meds and we put her in a bag and threw in the pond. Sick sense of humor, but thats all it was. This story may have been told in the gossip line of the street kids, and ended up with Joe the nut and he took it as truth. What misty decided to do was cover her tracks, and blame it on a stranger while she was asleep. You know it could be that simple. I don’t want to think this child is no longer alive..
HollyG’s scenario above could be exactly what happened –he “had a “lolli” and gave some of that to Haleigh. Now, I know we all dont know whether this “lolli” would be bitter or sweet tasting? Can anyone find out?
Maybe they have a sweet taste, and Whitetrash, I mean, Whiteboy gave it to the kids thinking that would make them go to sleep.
I think misty was so mad at her boyfriend that if Haleigh didn’t mind her, she took out her rage on the little girl and not meaning to killed her by knocking her into something or hitting her in such a way that it caused her death and she might have done what Casey did and put the body in a couple large plastic bags and put her body where it would not be found till it is too late.
