Domestically involved.. that is a broad statement.

Equals = Anger, Hate, Jealousy, Revenge. And makes a pretty good Triangle.

And in the midst, people have been known to do some pretty stupid things when punishing each other. But.. to have someone so upset to punish the other.. you have one thing in common that your working from, love, Jealousy and Pride, and a lot of I’ll show him or I’ll show her!!!! Yea, it could all be that simple.

Not meaning to be rude, but How many photos of Haleigh do you think these people close to the investigation has seen? Don’t you think he has seen plenty enough of photos by now to be able to have positivly Identified her.

Misty said “they took the blanket with the van”.What van and what blanket? is what i want to know.I know Misty said she was washing blankets the night Haleigh went missing.I also know that there was a van parked in the driveway the night Haleigh went missing.So what Im thinking and this is “just my theory” on what I think happened to Haleigh.

I believe Misty did something to Haleigh put her in the blankets took the van somewhere far away and buried her body where noone can find it. Took the blankets back home and washed them so there would be no body fluids or DNA or anything. Or she put Haleigh in some kind of river/pond where there are alligators and the alligators ate her.

The police said when they got to the house the blankets were still in the washer; I just hope the police down there were smart enough to take the blankets for testing.

Also I want to know.I remember when the police came out and searched the woods behind Ron’s house and the cadaver dogs hit on the dumpster by Ron’s house.So because of the cadaver dogs hitting on the dumpster they where searching it and taking out all the trash but they didn’t find anything.I wanted to know if the police went to the landfill and searched it???.The cadaver dogs wouldn’t have hit on the dumpster if there wasn’t a body in there at one time.Just saying god forbid if Haleigh was in that dumpster at one time and the trash people came and they dumped the trash.Haleigh could have been in the the landfill thats why the police didn’t find anything.If they didn’t search the landfill beacause maybe they didn’t think to search it it’s to late now if Haleigh is there they would never find her.

The Orlando police arrested Casey Anthony on lying and on child endangerment.I think the Orlando police should take over Haleigh’s case the police down there seem not to be doing their job.Misty needs to be arrested so she knows what shes doing is wrong.She thinks this is a game this isn’t a game this is a childs life shes playing with.

Another thought that I had was this:
Are we 100% sure that the “little girl” seen by the AC man was actually Haleigh? Could it have been Timmy or Tommy’s daughter. That way if anyone asked questions the “stranger” would be able to say “Yea, I saw the little girl”. The only other eye witnesses after bus stopwas the AC man and FAMILY members each with thier own agenda for hiding the truth.

If Misty came home and found Haleigh deceased due to a medical condition what would be the need to hide her body? Or involve anyone else in the situation?

She simply could have called 911 and stated she just woke up and found the child not breathing. She would not need to go out of her way in the least. There is no negligence in sleeping thru a medical event. Would Misty have thought of this who knows. She is very young
and even tho street smarts are a good thing to have, they are no substitute for an education. GOD bless this baby wherever she is.

New theory:

Misty was out- Haleigh had a life threatening breathing episode and passed. When M came home she found Haleigh deceased and got help to move her.

OR

Misty caused the breathing episode (stress will cause people with breathing problems to have episodes, trust me, I know.)either through abuse or just stress from R & M relatioship, M delayed getting help or wasn’t there to respond. Haleigh passed and the cover-up commenced.

Both senarios put M in the position of crimminal neglegence. As a matter of fact, I think that IF Haleigh did pass due to M’s neg then R may also be crimminally liable since a disabled person has different babysitter type guidelines than a healthy child. Like a stroke victim has to have a responsible party to care for them in thier caregivers absence or the primary caregiver is liable or at fault. I’m going to look into this further.

I am a mother of a 5 yr old little girl. The very thought of something bad happening to my daughter would send me into a frenzy—and lets not even talk about my husband, who is worse than me.

Sorry for such an outburst. I just want this girl to be found so that her mother may have some peace at last.

May God of all power in the universe reveal to the right individuals the location of this little girl—in Jesus name—Amen!

And blogbs: Sorry you think I’m angry. I’m not. I’m mildly amused and at the same time put off by some peoples’ “approach” to getting at the truth – an approach which I regard as silly and useless (at best) and potentially harmful in a number of ways too.

I very much appreciate the fact that lots of people are trying to help find Haleigh but that does not obligate me to like everything they do or the way they go about it sometimes. Just because someone has a “good heart” doesn’t mean they have a good strategy.

I just don’t understand the black and white attitudes some people have. No one is a saint. No one is perfect. So if I do not agree with something that Cobra or someone else does, it does not mean that I do not like the person or admire them for other things.
I can like someone very much and not have to praise every single thing they do or say. That’s silly. But that’s the way some people want it to be, I guess. It’s too simplistic and unrealistic for me. It forces us to ignore the positive in someone who may be generally disliked and ignore the negative about someone who is generally liked. Neither is a good idea IMO.

I was listening to audio in Art Harris’s, and went back looking for the set there are 4 in the set. On one I found something very intersting. Mr. Santo’s wife had described the afternoon that Haleigh was picked by Misty.
On another tape I found, Mr. Santo’s is talking about the same day, same time, Same Misty, And he added something I hadn’t caught before. He said the red car that drove up next to Misty and their conversation.. was driven by Lindzy. Which means she came to pick up her son from the Bus.. Well, that threw a wrench into what I thought I knew.. Because, in the interviews, there are two boys already in the van with Misty. One is Junior.. but who is the other? Misty had two boys jumping on the seats in the van, she yelled and told them she was going to slap the …. out them. She hit one, we anticipated was Junior, I always thought it might have Austin. But, now we know it wasn’t Austin.. So, who was the other boy? With so many different stories told about the Bus Stop.. Suddenly, there is another child involved? lets do the math..
Austin and Haleigh in Bus.. 2 boys in van with Misty.. Misty picks up Haleigh, Lindzy picks up Austin.. So Misty has Junior, Haleigh, and Who?? is the second boy??

I just want to make sure that LE is questioning everyone and not solely on Misty. I said this before. I do not care if she did or did not pass a poly. Those polygraphs are made with adults in mind, and remember, Misty is only 17.

You could say, anyone could have easily obtained a cinder block, but when you hear Misty Cummings say that her brother sold his red truck immediately and suspiciously after Haleigh Cummings went missing. You start to wonder if the right people are being questioned.

And Ron had already taken a polygraph test with LE way back in March when Misty was also first tested.
This is one of the reasons I think it’s ridiculous to insist on more tests for either one of them.

Ron is damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t. It’s useless. It’s stupid. It’s a pissing contest – at least on Cobra’s part. Maybe Ron isn’t playing (but Cobra doesn’t know that yet).
Ron already took the test WITH LE! What in the heydey is the point of taking another one?
For those who are not satisfied with the outcome of the first, why would they be satisfied with the outcome of the second? It’s ridiculous.

There is no point to this at all.

I am not a supporter of Ron but if he gave Cobra the finger a couple of times (figuratively or literally) I could not blame him. (Nor would I think THAT proved him guilty or innocent!LOL!)

I read in the Palatka Daily News that the washer was going at 3:25 a.m. when LE got there. Who would report their child missing and then start a load of wash? Ron said no wash was done that night, but the washer was running when LE got there. He was, probably, aware of, or was in on, the wash being started. The wash cycle, usually takes about 30 min., so the washer was started right before or right after he got home. He would have noticed that, because he was watching everything Misty did that night. I would like to know what was being washed. Was the bed made up before LE got there, because they had taken the sheets off to wash them? Were they getting rid of evidence? If they didn’t have detergent, they could have substituted dish soap or shampoo. I am sure LE checked the bed for evidence, but the evidence may have already been washed down the drain. Maybe, that is one reason LE is saying this is no stranger abduction.

I have read that the sheets that were found on the back porch were off of Haleigh’s bed, and LE took them off to get Haleigh’s scent for the canine search dogs.

I hope my words did not give the wrong impression as TJ is really a caring person and wants nothing more than for this case to be solved and not resolved. He is investigating different areas of the case than I was this week and I may have sounded more on point as some of the listeners are covering the same paths as I was on this past week while TJ did bring to light the laundry issues. I did not focus on that as I know who has the correct answers, DON’T I RONALD. “THE TRUTH FEARS NO QUESTIONS” so if anyone took the show wrong, please cut TJ a little ice as he is one of the good guys and a great daddy.

Thanks for the show Simon and Jan and may I say, kudos to Cobra for telling it like it is. I haven’t agreed with him in a long time, but I did agree with him yesterday when he was telling TJ his point of view was skewed. TJ needs to have an open mind and realize his way is not the only way, imo. TJ exaggerates so much in this case. People are not shouting from the rooftops to arrest Misty and RC “just because” and most of us are well aware of the constitution along with the freedoms we are all afforded. I guess I am trying to put it nicely that TJ needs to get off his high horse, quit preaching how wrong everyone else is and take a step back, along with taking a deep breath. And, in my opinion, he needs to realize the very people who are giving their point of view on this case are well aware of the facts and inconsistencies that surround the entire Cummings family. The holier than thou attitude can stop at anytime TJ. Thanks.

I would take one of two actions, offer the person involved in the “snatch” a free ride if they come clean on the ‘helpers”. But only for a week and then offer the same deal to the “helpers’ if they come clean on the “snatcher”! This case will be solved, be not dismayed. And hopefully sooner than later as that should be on the table too, The sooner the less punishment.

As we said on the show, Ron, TAKE THE TEST, prove us wrong! Prove us wrong Ron! If you can….

I really thik Misty’s family is very involved, I’ve heard of a lot of sexual abuse (no I have no links)and sexual preditors are always looking for an easy target, what could be easier than a drug addicted, young babysitter that you know closely and a Dad off premises. JMO

In regards to housekeeping matters . . .

If police photos do indeed show the trailer tidy, but upon closer inspection specific areas of “tidiness” are in direct contradiction with the story given to police (I was sleeping; I was washing clothes, etc.), that suggests to me:

A) a very fast clean up by someone OTHER THAN the person telling the story; or

B) a very fast clean up by someone not bright enough to coordinate the condition of the trailer with the story given to police.

Now, the only other reason I can think of.. is that she was setting up her story. I was doing laundry, therefore I had to be drying it. she might be silly enought not to realize the LE would know the difference. Thus the same reason for having laundry in the washer.

I know that others have different opinions than I.. and that’s okay, because one of those opinions or idea’s is going to be right on.

I believe that misty was out. I believe she was out with cousin Joe.

and I believe she came racing home to make sure she was home when ron arrived from work. I also think that what occurred with Haleigh gone missing was a spur of the moment issue.

There are two separate issues..
1. misty being out.
2. someone having been called, dropped by, had been keeping tabs.. and found the children alone. intended to take both, had time only for one.

What reason would Misty have to call it to their attention unless she was genuinely puzzled about it being in the laundry?

Did whoever took Haleigh change her shirt before taking her out? If so, that is more the act of a woman than a man.
