If everything that has come out is true:

(1) Tommy—Ratgate

(2) Amber Brooks gets arrested and there is a BOLO, because Ronald is wanting the child he had with her, back. The child he has had nothing to do with before it looked like Amber was going to be questioned by LE.

(3) Marie said that Ronald had told Crystal she had better keep her mouth shut several times since Haleigh’s disappearance. She knows, exactly, what he is capable of, and she has been really quiet during all of this. Ronald has her child in his care!

(4) Misty’s father made a police report out that Ronald gave him a pill that put him in a coma for 4 days. He said he thought Ronald was trying to kill him. WAS THAT A MESSAGE TO THE WHOLE FAMILY?

(5) Ronald was after White Boy Greg for awhile.( probably, because of Misty, granted)

(6) It is being told that he beat Misty up before she went off on that week-end.) I noticed on all of the videos in the first few weeks that Misty had on a long-sleeve jacket, even, when everybody else had on short sleeves.
What is he threatening Misty with, now?

Even LE said in their report during Ratgate that they knew he was always known to carry a gun so they secured him for their protection and his own protection.

Random thoughts: I totally agree with you about Nancy Grace tactics. Nancy can be a great ally in these types of situations, but she really does try to railroad her guests sometimes. She can go on a rampage to get her point across, but often forgets that there are other valid points of view that should be explored.

I’ve always prayed from the start that the reason le is tight lipped is to protect Haleigh in some way. I hope is not to protect themselves.

I believe the ruling the judge made was based on the assumption that Demonic would produce the signed confidentiality contracts he said he had with Bozo, maggot, and Sindee and Gee. Maybe those contracts have not appeared! (Very likely one or more of them never existed)

I call him “Demonic” because I saw the hearing recently about the Zenaida case where he “testified” and every single question Zenaida’s attorney asked was deemed “privileged work product” so he did not have to answer. I wonder if that means that Demonic AND Sindee and G will not have to answer a lot of questions during the murder trial. Doesn’t seem fair.

my theory on rons work hours. id say he got off at normal time and then went and did his informant work for le. imo thays why le and pdm arent commenting more on his work hours and stating them as fact.

I think that
w/Misty being so young she felt like she was competing w/HaLeigh..like sibiling rivalry.Seems to me Misty needed a family and in her mind she saw Ron as a father figure,and Jr.,and HaLeigh as sibilings.

IMO that’s why whatever happend to HaLeigh hasn’t affected Misty the way it should,now she has Ron all to her self.IMO

Seven months is a long time for a child to be missing. Hope is a mainstay – but it’s not looking very good.

I personally don’t think Misty is involved. She may have executed poor judgement on more than one occassion and could even be held criminally responin the long run for decisions she may have made. One has to remember though – she is very young and naive. Just because someone plays “Mommy” doesn’t mean they are mature enough to really walk that walk.

I adore the Nancy Grace show and I think 90% of the time she handles these cases well but in my opinion, Nancy has treated the natural Mother of Haleigh with a disdain, she usually reservefor hardened criminals. I think her skills of empathy & sympathy are left in her make-up room, anytime she interviews this woman and her lawyer. She treats others this way on her show when they don’t agree with her point of view. I don’t see her treating Mark Klaas or Gloria Alred with contempt when they disagree with her POV. At least it’s a platform where they focus on the case, even if they are not as up to date as the BNN.

Just like Casey Anthony dumped her child in a place familiar to her, this case will be the same. In my opinion a male did this and if this ends up being a case of recovery, the body will be found near a place of that is familiar to the perp, such as a hunting, fishing, or a remote partying area.

The Bible says there is nothing hidden that won’t be revealed, so hopefully this case can soon have some closure.

2,misty told dispatchers she last saw Haleigh at about 2 or 2.30a.m. when ronald got to the driveway misty meets him by the door and tell ron HaLeigh is missing.

3, i seen in a video interview misty say’s she woke up from a deep sleep and seen the light by the wall flashing, and went to the kitchen and notice the door propped open and the screen door had a brick holding it. she got scared started looking for HaLeigh went to the room it caught my attention when she qoute, she said i looked underneath the bed what? they aint no way she can look underneath the bed looking for HaLeigh how when it was mattresses on the floor all three mattress on the floor. misty stop your lies. 09/12/09.
