We will be broadcasting our regular call in Talk Radio show on Sunday Sept/13 at 3pm Central. Once again we will be focusing our attention on the sad and frustrating case of Haleigh Cummings. It has now been over seven months that she has been missing. However, things do at last seem to be happening. Over the past three weeks some armor seems to be getting some chinks in it as far as alibis and time lines are concerned.
We in the press and independent investigators have no access to the police records, but as TJ Hart and I discussed a couple of days ago, we now seem to be on the same track, in fact we are no longer running parallel to law enforcement, I believe we are now on a converging path.
Much has happened in the past three weeks, and it continues to unfold every day. The few of us that have stuck with this case have been faced with a barrage of idiocy, but we are still there.
We will also be touching on a couple of other cases that are on our radar. Caylee Anthony is most certainly dead, her killer is most likely her mother Casey Anthony. Casey sits comfortably behind bars, eating her Twinkie’s and polishing her nails. But the case is far from reaching a conclusion, the (bad)Dream Team supporting her defense are nothing if not persistent. We will be exploring the latest Bozo Baez court motions. Likely viewed by many as bowel motions!
Another case that we have been following concerns the death of two civilians at the hands of one Miami cop. In four short days Miami Beach officer Adam Tavss managed to dispatch Hussein Shehada, a tourist on vacation with his brother Sammer and their girlfriends. Four days later he disposed of Lawence McCoy. This story is just starting to heat up. Segments are running on CNN this weekend.
As always, the panel is up in the air, but I am sure that we will have an awesome one!

1,ron had a fight on the phone with misty at about 8.30 p.m. while he was at work.than misty phones go’s off. why her phone go’s off and wont answer.
2,misty told dispatchers she last saw Haleigh at about 2 or 2.30a.m. when ronald got to the driveway misty meets him by the door and tell ron HaLeigh is missing.
3, i seen in a video interview misty say’s she woke up from a deep sleep and seen the light by the wall flashing, and went to the kitchen and notice the door propped open and the screen door had a brick holding it. she got scared started looking for HaLeigh went to the room it caught my attention when she qoute, she said i looked underneath the bed what? they aint no way she can look underneath the bed looking for HaLeigh how when it was mattresses on the floor all three mattress on the floor. misty stop your lies. 09/12/09.

I’m really looking forward to the show tomorrow. Like you said, you might not have access to the police records, but you are certainly getting the information out there, and it’s always factual. If not, you say so. I’m just hoping you don’t have some of these off the wall callers that just want to criticize the panel and waste time to hear themselves talk. If so, I wouldn’t hesitate to just disconnect them and move on to someone that has a legitimate question or comment.

Simon, Is this your first look at Miami Law Enforcement? Heads up, they are more mob related than the Gambino Family. They are so corrupted the FBI can’t infiltrate them.
This is an area of the United States People, criminal or not, need to avoid. Nothing good ever happens in Miami.
This case will only frustrate you. Nothing can be done.
I am usually not one to bash law enforcement, but I can’t figure out why the police couldn’t break Casey Anthony or Misty Croslin Cummings.
If one stupid 22 year old and one stupid teenager can’t be made to talk then there must be a big problem in Florida.

I too keep coming back to the cinder block. I wonder if any forensic evidence was left on it or the two doors.
Seven months is a long time for a child to be missing. Hope is a mainstay – but it’s not looking very good.
I personally don’t think Misty is involved. She may have executed poor judgement on more than one occassion and could even be held criminally responin the long run for decisions she may have made. One has to remember though – she is very young and naive. Just because someone plays “Mommy” doesn’t mean they are mature enough to really walk that walk.
I adore the Nancy Grace show and I think 90% of the time she handles these cases well but in my opinion, Nancy has treated the natural Mother of Haleigh with a disdain, she usually reservefor hardened criminals. I think her skills of empathy & sympathy are left in her make-up room, anytime she interviews this woman and her lawyer. She treats others this way on her show when they don’t agree with her point of view. I don’t see her treating Mark Klaas or Gloria Alred with contempt when they disagree with her POV. At least it’s a platform where they focus on the case, even if they are not as up to date as the BNN.
Just like Casey Anthony dumped her child in a place familiar to her, this case will be the same. In my opinion a male did this and if this ends up being a case of recovery, the body will be found near a place of that is familiar to the perp, such as a hunting, fishing, or a remote partying area.
The Bible says there is nothing hidden that won’t be revealed, so hopefully this case can soon have some closure.
During an interview, maybe it was during the attempted hypnosis of Misty, I recall her stating that she had to wash a blanket due to Haleigh’s peeing the bed. During that, Misty states that Haleigh disliked wearing clothing and many times would walk about without any clothes on.
Does anyone find that as odd as I? I think that Misty may have had hidden resentment of this child.

dqcaz: I agree with you about Misty. I don’t understand that. But Casey (maggot) is a different story. LE talked with her only on July 16, I believe. All she told them were lies so they locked her up and began investigating seriously and she got a lawyer. That put an end to any talking with her. She sort of offered to talk to them again a couple of times (even on the day the grand jury indicted her) but she called Bozo each time and he told her not to. I call him “Demonic” because I saw the hearing recently about the Zenaida case where he “testified” and every single question Zenaida’s attorney asked was deemed “privileged work product” so he did not have to answer. I wonder if that means that Demonic AND Sindee and G will not have to answer a lot of questions during the murder trial. Doesn’t seem fair.

I believe the ruling the judge made was based on the assumption that Demonic would produce the signed confidentiality contracts he said he had with Bozo, maggot, and Sindee and Gee. Maybe those contracts have not appeared! (Very likely one or more of them never existed)
I think Ronald got rid of the body on his way to work and the plan was for Misty to discover haer missing before he got home that way he would have an alibi. And marrying Misty would prove to her that he really loves her and she won’t turn him in. Then he has to get in her head and turn her against her family so sshe won’t trust anyone but him. The girl is afraid as heck of him. And probably feels if he will do this to Haleigh he’ll do it to me. The rat was a sign to her not her family. I guarantee when the truth comes out it will be Ronald as the killer. He wants to beleive playing the victim will not make him a suspect.
Ladyaries: I agree with you, I believe he is another charles manson, gets his woman involved with drugs, brainwashes them and they have to do what he says. Thats why misty is keeping quiet now, he is controlling her.
Ladyaries: Your point of view is probably one of the first that comes close to explaining all the bewildering behavior of those involved. Any time Misty has appeared on TV she has been either in tears or ‘out of it’, almost stoned looking. Emotional situations like this one do really suck the life out of you leaving you feeling numb. We have all known that she isn’t telling the truth, but I just can’t believe that she would be able to pull this type of thing off. She is not smart enough and I don’t think she would be able to face Ron day in and day out and keep something like this from him. I firmly believe that whatever is going on Ron and Misty BOTH know something.
Random thoughts: I totally agree with you about Nancy Grace tactics. Nancy can be a great ally in these types of situations, but she really does try to railroad her guests sometimes. She can go on a rampage to get her point across, but often forgets that there are other valid points of view that should be explored.
I’ve always prayed from the start that the reason le is tight lipped is to protect Haleigh in some way. I hope is not to protect themselves.

I agree with the recent comments about NG’s tactics. One thought I have about possibly why NG has treated Crystal the way she has is – well, reverse the roles for a minute. How would NG treat a mostly absent, “deadbeat dad?” He’d be roadkill after NG got done with him.
So if those are her reasons, then I say, good for her! She’s being fair!
BNN radio today mentioned about a press confrence tomorrow. Misty is suppose to talk for the family, probably something ron is making her do.
Everytime anyone gets anywhere close to LE, they get a message from Ronald, loud and clear.
If everything that has come out is true:
(1) Tommy—Ratgate
(2) Amber Brooks gets arrested and there is a BOLO, because Ronald is wanting the child he had with her, back. The child he has had nothing to do with before it looked like Amber was going to be questioned by LE.
(3) Marie said that Ronald had told Crystal she had better keep her mouth shut several times since Haleigh’s disappearance. She knows, exactly, what he is capable of, and she has been really quiet during all of this. Ronald has her child in his care!
(4) Misty’s father made a police report out that Ronald gave him a pill that put him in a coma for 4 days. He said he thought Ronald was trying to kill him. WAS THAT A MESSAGE TO THE WHOLE FAMILY?
(5) Ronald was after White Boy Greg for awhile.( probably, because of Misty, granted)
(6) It is being told that he beat Misty up before she went off on that week-end.) I noticed on all of the videos in the first few weeks that Misty had on a long-sleeve jacket, even, when everybody else had on short sleeves.
What is he threatening Misty with, now?
Even LE said in their report during Ratgate that they knew he was always known to carry a gun so they secured him for their protection and his own protection.

It was another very interesting show today. Denny was great. I love hearing more from Jan from a woman’s point of view. TJ is very informing as is Cobra. Thank you Simon for going forward. Yes Ronald!! Take a polygraph for gods sake! Why wouldn’t you??? If you don’t then we know you have done something wrong. We know you are a bully and a wife beater so why not dispell murder? The Casey case,they have the body,they have the killed,the story is solved as fare as I see it.All is left is giving the time.But Haleigh’s story is still unsolved.My heart aches for this child,and the lack of family caring.I read the stories from Misty’s family,and it seems strange that they feel as everyone does,that Misty and Ronald are holding out.The sister in law,is kind of taking up for Misty,even though her families life is being turned upside down.Misty mother on the other hand is saying Misty is holding something back,as is Ronald.So many things going on with this story.I can’t help believing they all know something,be it small or large,put it all together and maybe the truth will come out.Get them all together in a room and let them fight it out and at the end of the day bet they get to the bottom of the story.There has to be an end as there was a beginning.I sure hope so very soon.
