As to the murder case that has been decided. As the murder case was happening and afterward many polls were taken all over the country. Mostly blacks thought he was not guilty, and whites were divided. I never heard a poll where more than 60% of whites thought he was guilty. No media ever pointed this out, but there is not one court in our land that would convict for murder or any other felony when 40% of the jury thought he was innocent. With 1/90 Americans locked up in jail, do you people hate America so much you think we should start convicting based on 60% jury vote? Maybe you think it should have happened only for OJ. Now who really wants special treatment for OJ? OJ’s current situation should be decided upon the merits of the current case against him.

A murderer of two people got off the hook because of this country’s obsession with race — this was a classic case race-based jury nullification — and because of the ineptitude of the prosecution. Chris Darden’s insane idea to have Simpson try on the gloves found at the murder scene without knowing if they would fit was the final straw that broke their case. The gloves had not only shrunk from the blood, from being wet and dried, and from all the testing, but Simpson wore latex gloves when he was trying them on, which only compounded the snug fit and gave the impression of planted evidence. I was only trying to point out the bullying factor and the narcassistic personality that OJ has. While people sit around and say "nothing can be done about bullying" or "you cannot make laws for that or try and stop it" I get up and do something about it. My whole intent is to point out what many miss: the abuse that comes from this problem. As for the other stuff, its nothing I am interested in touching upon. Thanks again everyone for your comments. And I do feel you reap what you sew so we should go through the process as the law states and at the end of the day if he free hes free.But to say he got away with it is never our judgement its gods at that point and weather it be by bad dreams of guilt in which we all have in which he feels himself he needs to finish himself off when hes 90 or so years then so be it. My point is I am sick and tired of all you people who claim to be so rightous and out for a true justice cause. when you as well as i knowits prue hate that drives you. If you dont beleive me check your selves. ask yourself how many other people have you worked so hard to convict how many other true vicitims have you put time and effort into helping many kids need help who did nothing wrong but be born. you take up for two people who have been murdered oj aside who were commiting adultry doing drugs etc... any of which wouldve lead to them dying early in life if judge by true laws of life and the bible.we used to stone cheaters remember that? and cocaine addicts dont live long.And yes killers do and should pay but we shouldnt join them by breaking the rules by giving someone life plus eight years to boot for trying to get their own stolen items back from criminals no shots fired no battery.I remember when that was legal o wait it still is in texas!lol .WE MUST DO AND BE BETTER! What IS wrong with this picture is that OJ seems to think he can commit crimes and not go to jail for it - that he is "entitled" to freedom after being convicted of these crimes. That's the attitude I object to and I am glad that the court did not agree with him. Of course he's entitled to persue any legal action available to him. That's obvious. But in my opinion, he is not entitled to commit crimes and not be punished for it (not be in jail for it). Let the good lord handle OJ, but don't set bad precedence that can be used in future cases.
