People that know animals should be called as witnesses, animals will not remain where there is a smell, they take their pieces and leave the site where it smells, that is why little innocent baby was so scattered in the woods. She threw her away for the same reasons her little body was scattered, even an animal can not tolerate that smell. I hope that scent of her dead daughter remains in her nostrils up to the day they place a needle in her arm. I wish it had been a squirrel…

What I would like to know, is why didnt the police bring in a sketch artist so Crazey could describe what this “nanny” looked like? I know she would have made something up, but the fact that she wasn’t given a chance to do that shows that no one really believed there was a nanny. She is definitely going down. I just don’t know why they are prolonging her fate. She must be costing taxpayers many thousands.

Hi, Saluki! I agree! And I do remember one of our early bloggers doing a LOT of research on the duct tape and coming up with the same findings!
After listening to just part of the Padilla team’s interviews, I can see why bozo wanted to keep them out! They SINK the maggot! Hoorah!

Dear jan: Great article. General applause for Strickland. I think he knows that Casey is guilty as sin, but of course being a judge he has to follow protocol.I remember clearly when he said”Ms anthony and the truth are strangers!” I am happy that he has allowed the fraud trial to go ahead soon and also happy that he managed to get a dig in at the defense by saying that this is a simple matter which will take 1 or 2 days excluding jury selection. The prosecution has also given the defense an out indicating that they are willing to waive a jury trial if the defense wants it. Also a big hurrah for Strickland for allowing the release of the Padilla team tapes. Unbelievable to listen to and very damaging to Princess Casey whose only goal during the supposed search for Caylee was primping for the cameras and flirting with Rob.
As far as the duct tape one of our early bloggers had come up with the same conclusion on the duct tape evidence after much research and forwarded his findings to the prosecution.

But I wonder if she’ll even get much punishment for the check fraud. I know there are 13 felony counts but they are “first offenses.” Normally I bet someone would get a slap on the wrist like a few years probation. And she might! But even if she is sentenced to jail time I bet she serves it just where she is “for her own protection” prior to the murder trial.
So I guess the best outcome of having the fraud trial soon is to get this overwith for Amy H. and to help affect the sentencing WHEN she’s convicted of murdering Caylee.

One of the reasons the defense gave for not having the fraud trial first was that Bozo and Lyons were SO busy preparing for the murder trial. I can see Lyons - the “expert death penalty” lawyer - being involved in arguing that the fraud trial not happen first - because it could affect the penalty phase at least of the murder trial.
But now that she’s lost that argument I don’t see why she needs to be involved in the fraud trial at all! Bozo and his other “colleagues” can handle that OR they can go hire an “expert fraud” defense attorney with the limitless funds that seem to be available to them.
Lyons was hired for a death penalty murder trial so she can keep preparing for that and let someone else handle the fraud trial.
Sorry, this is my long-winded way of saying the defense’s objections to having the fraud trial first are bogus - like most everything else the defense says.

the duct tape is going to put the nail in casey’s coffin and hahahahahaha to the defense you have 6 lawyers or more defending this disgusting woman and not one can do a check fruad case that will TAKE 2 DAYS! hat’s off to Strickland! it’s time to get the ball rolling and get this monster behind the real bars she needs to be behind…and just perhaps..be sitting all by herself waiting for a needle!!
