At long last the timeline is becoming clearer on what happened on the evening of February 10th. Little by little it is becoming clearer. There is some new information coming out pertaining to the timeline regarding the disappearance of 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings of Satsuma who was taken from her home February 9, 2009.
News Talk 97.3 The SKY has learned the following information from several highly credible sources close to the investigation:
· Haleigh’s father Ronald Cummings had a fight with then-babysitter–now-bride Misty Croslin-Cummings at about 8:30 the night the child was abducted. That fight took place over the phone while Cummings was at his job at PDM near Palataka, FL.
· Ronald’s work hours that night were 4pm to 3am. Law officers and officials at PDM both state that Ronald was present and accounted for that night. Telephone records and cell phone pings lend strong support to those statements by law enforcement and PDM.
· News Talk 97.3 The SKY hopes to get more information regarding Ronald and Misty’s phone records shortly.

Does Misty have or had a cell phone during this time? Has anyone checked her phone pings to see if she was up, or even home during the times she is stating she was sleeping and home?

if the fight happened when she was at home, there should be a ping for that. But if she then either invitted someone over or went out and the cell phone is their only phone they have (meaning no land line) then at one point she would of had to call an outside person to make plans to meet up or to have someone come over…no?

I was wondering if anyone from Ronald’s workplace overheard Ronald quarreling with Misty on the phone that night or is this on Ronald’s word, alone? I am worried that Ronald and his family are trying to set Misty up to take the fall on Haleigh’s disappearance.
They are, even, complaining that she is having secret phone calls. Who doesn’t have private phone calls?
Something about Misty says Ron is in control of everything, i do not think misty is very Smart!
This is an interesting revelation.
I wonder if Ron called his mother Teresa Neves that evening after the “phone-fight” with Misty? (Just a hunch.)
Wow,wonder what the fight was about,maybe the fight started before he went to work.You know that girl doesn’t look like the kind of girl that would want to stay in babysitting,she looks like the kind of girl that likes to be out with friends,parties,running the streets,and hanging out with the gang.I just can’t see her watching the kids,doing laundry,cleaning,feeding the kids and just watching TV,or playing dress up with a 5 year old.She is young and full of herself.Just wonder why they would be fighting.And yeah,I just bet he called his Mom or his Grandma,because Grandma went by to take laundry by,right,checking up on Misty.Well I said it already this case is about to crack open real soon.Misty is like a fire cracker and she is about to pop.

listen to the recording. Neves said Ronald would go outside to make phone calls and Misty would follow him and tell him she needed to use the phone. It was Misty that was getting paranoid.
But, even though we heard Neves say these things, I wouldn’t put anything passed her, she could have been lying to Tim.
It is not worth it to help people of this kind, they are too toxic.
PDM does not have a shift after 12 midnight. Don’t know where TJ got his information but it is wrong.

Can’t tell you how much it is appreciated! I know that some people do not believe it. However, anyone that has followed this case from the start knows that you verify your information from at least 3 sources (or is it 4)? In any event, most of us KNOW that we can take it to the “bank” and your word on this is good! Can’t thank you enough for this info since it has been endlessly debated.

There was not a shift until 3am at PDM that night. The shift was from 3:30 until midnight. Check with PDM. This information came from supervisor at PDM.
TJ, I dont think Ron was at work that nite. Please check it out.
It seems it’s ok for everybody else to give their opinions so I am going to give mine. 1st I don’t believe Ron worked from 4pm-3am. That is an 11 hour shift allowing possible 1 hour for lunch and/or breaks I assume. Yet he works 5 days a week??? Next he said he returned home around 3 a.m. The 911 call was at 3:27 a.m. First if he got off of work at 3 a.m. he did not return home at 3 a.m. 2nd if he did get off work at 3 a.m. it would have taken him approximately 28 minutes to get home. That would correspond with the 911 call, but not that he got home at 3 a.m. I believe Ronald Cummings went to work for 8 hours and then went and got his fix, then conceived a plan to get money using his 5 year old child.
I 100% think that Ronald Cummings knows what happened to his child. I think Misty may be aware of some of the details, but is not the one who did this. I think he married Misty to cover his own butt in 2 ways. 1st so that he wouldn’t get into trouble for her age. 2nd thinking if he did so she could not testify against him. I believe Misty is in fear of her own life. I mean look at the influence his family has had on Crystal.
Another question I would like to know the answer to about this fight at 8:30pm did he hear the children in the background??? This is just 1 lie after another and I don’t think Misty is smart enough to be the one making these decisions.
As for the 35K call from Hank Croslin what a crock of crap. I don’t believe any of that either.
Sorry as I think of information I am putting it here. Another thing is this I have watched the voice analysis video and it very clearly showed on the computer TRUTH when asked Do you anything about her being gone. She replied Nothing at all about Haleigh going missing. PLEASE PLEASE PUT RONALD UNDER THESE SAME TESTS…. Yet when she was asked about Ronald and she said No he had nothing to do with it, it came up and said NOT SURE. I would like them to publish the actual reading of the voice analysis from the computer because I don’t think we are really getting all the information.
The voice analysis is suppose to be 95% accurate.

IMO, Teresa Neves is the “brains” in the Cummings family. And she controls Ron and her grandchildren.
I would not put it past Teresa Neves & the Cummings family to stage an abduction of Teresa Neves’ granddaughter; if they are involved, IMO, it was likely done behind Ron’s back, at least at first. That IMO explains why Teresa Neves mentions trusting “faith” as often as she does.
I hope LE questions Teresa Neves and Annette Sykes (Ron’s mother and grand-mother). IMO, they, along with Misty and Ron, need their feet put to red-hot coals by LE investigators.

Bet they would love the ‘bling’ “bling” of sterling silver cuffs for a change. This is by far though most exhausting case. I thought Casey Anthony was bad….might have to rethink that one….

Thank you for the facts about Ronald Cummings work hours and he was at work. In my opinion, God could come down from on high and tell everyone the same as you did , but some would not believe him. IMO

HaLeigh was seen after Ron went to work by neighbors playing outside early in the evening. That was discussed on Prime News in March.

3:45-11:45 PM
They are EIGHT HOUR SHIFTS, with a HOUR FOR LUNCH AND/OR DINNER WITH TWO FIFTEEN MIN BREAKS.

Not trying o be a wise guy, it just struck me funny.
Even if the hours were as I proposed then R was unaccounted for from approx: 1:15 AM until 3:30 AM. (accounting for 30 mins of travel time from work to home) Where was he for 2 hr and +/- 15 minutes? Several people have refuted the supposed work timeline for R. I am having a hard time believing the PCSO about it as citizens of the area keep refuting the “evidence”.

From the beginning I feel Misty and her brother know where this little girl is. Misty wants to be the only girl in Rons life and Haleigh was in the ay of that. Misty has already said want misty get Haleigh also wants and gets. Thank about that..
