Everyone knows it don’t take a month to report your baby missing and we don’t hand our baby over to some nanny that she dont know. I just don’t what took the grandparents so long to reprt her missing Cassy and caylee both lived with them she was missing for a month. I pray that GODS wills will be done and that Caylee did not die without a cas and that casey will have to live with that pain for the rest of her days. I know her parents don’t want to believe that cassey could kill her own child but in there hart they know she did and i cant belived they would not want her to pay for caylee death but i guess we would have walk in there shoe frist before we would know how they feel and why. GOD has Caylee and she in good hands ihope they fine peace through all of this.

EASY team…YES, KC is guilty and I’m sure that will come to pass. However, the defense atty’s are “stupid like a fox”. That’s what lawyers do. I’m sure they will scatter some twinkle dust code for KC lies) around and perhaps a few jurors will think twice. Frankly I hope she does NOT get the DP. I want her to ROT in jail…or die…either is fine with me. But, we can’t get too confident about how “stupid” Bozo and the Lyon are so be prepared for a little bit of a battle but VICTORY in the end JFC

The defense team will have a field day cross examining Padilla & Tracy but BOY will the prosecution score major points when they start testifying about Casey & her apathetic family.

Between team Padilla and Tim Miller, the whole world will get to hear the details about this family whose priority was only to protect Casey from being held accountable for Caylee’s disappearance.

Finding Caylee was NEVER their objective. Getting Casey out of jail & back home was their only goal.

hear ye ,hear ye……this was spiritual warfare between mom and daughter,maybe dad,so to speak,in the mind,,,,casey mom kept putting her down constantly acording to her x,throwing her under the proverbial bus….caylee gets all the atention and the grandparents spend money on things for her and treats her how thay are not trweating casey.It s casey fault for not growing up and making something of her life…instead she took the path of lies to gain spiritual power to mock her parents,casey unfortunately had to have this happen to her to see that she needs salvation.there will be murderers in heaven i read it once in the bible somewhere,so lets hope some mercy will be shown if she sees the error of her way and after twenty years behind bars she can reemerge at around 40 and still have a life….i also read somewhere in the bible that God is mercifull..then again these are just my thoughts on the subject,his thought are not are thoughts so klet the divine weight s of judgements rock n roll…..motley crue rules ….see ya

This defense team is a shame and a disgrace to all that we hold precious. They are making money from Caylee’s smile. They are prepping themselves for a book to be written about them and they are wondering who will play them in the upcoming movie. Caylee’s smile..this precious little child’s life is being explointed in the name of’justice’. It is horrific what Casey did to her own daughter. It is sickening what this defense team is doing. Casey needs to tell what happened and why she killed Caylee. There is no doubt she did this..absolutely none. Shame on you, Lynda Boden and Jose Boez and all of the other defense team that are making money from Caylee’s smile. Casey deserves a public defender at best.

WHY DOESNT SHE JUST ADMIT IT. THE ENTIRE WORLD KNOWS SHE DID IT. MAYBE IF THEY WOULD PUT HER IN A REAL JAIL CELL SHE WOULD TAKE SOME KIND OF PLEA AGREEMENT. GEE SHE HAS HER OWN PRIVATE ROOM ETC,ETC, I SAY GET THE BALL ROLLING MOVE HER FROM HER RITZ CELL AND PUT HER IN JAIL! HOW ANYONE ESPECIALLY A MOM WATCHED HER OWN PARENTS LOOK FOR THAT BEAUTIUL LITTLE GIRL KNOWING THEY WERE LOSING THEIR MINDS AND SHE DID NOTHING TO EASE THEIR PAIN. SHE COULD OF STOPPED THE MADNESS A LONG TIME AGO. NOW SHES JUST ANOTHER CELEBERTY GETTING SPECIAL CONDITIONS WHILE SHE HAS CHANGED HER ENTIRE FAMILYS LIFE AND TOOK KER OWN CHILDS LIFE. Bryan, thanks for the link to that article.
I saw that Lyons is not just arguing that it should not be a death penalty case. The article states that she will submit “a motion arguing there is insufficient evidence to support a murder charge against Casey Anthony.”

So Lyons is basically trying to stop maggot from being tried for murder! Nevermind whatever possible penalty!
