Hi, Ingrid! I agree and I also hope to see all the money the ants are making go into the lawyers they are going to need even more in future! They’ve already lied to police, destroyed evidence and obstructed the investigation and that was back in the summer of 2008. Doesn’t even count what they’ve done since or will do. So I hope - especially if they really have a book deal - that they’ll have to hope the prison library will have a copy for them!

Casey will get a Bella Vita behind bars.
There is no doubt in my mind that she will be convicted of murder.
Mister Baez can twist and turn and flip over every rock he thinks he can but she will get the death penalty.
But there is one hope in my mind and that is when her trial is done her parents will get a lawsuit due to comtempt of court.
I hope so so much that they will lie or wont answers questions so bad that Strickland will throw them in jail.

This inmate would have been only 14 years according to this report when he first had charges brought againt him. in 2002. In 2004 he would have been only 16 is that when they put people his age in big boy prison?

Ignore the inmate’s smokescreen.

Casey Anthony will have two murder trials.

In the first, she will be found guilty of first degree murder. In the second, she will get the death penalty.

The prosecution will present new evidence to the jury proving aggravating circumstances, and a simple majority will be all that’s needed for a recommendation of death.

The aggravating circumstances, as defined by Florida statute, will include the following:

1. Caylee’s murder was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel. (Tricking her into having the heart-shaped mouth taped onto her face.)

2. Caylee’s murder was a homicide and was committed in cold, calculated and premeditated manner without any pretense of moral or legal justification. (Letting her suffocate in the laundry bag thrown into the trunk of the car.)

3. The murder victim, Caylee, was a person less than 12 years of age. (A two-year-old incapacitated with chloroform.)

4. The murder victim, Caylee, was particularly vulnerable because Casey stood in a position of familial and custodial authority over her. (Casey killed Caylee in her home after feeding her and selecting the clothes she should wear.)

Caylee’s death was not an accident or the work of someone else. Casey is the one who murdered Caylee and her first goal with the police was to lead them as far away as possible from where she had dumped Caylee’s body.

The Florida jury will make sure justice is served.

Definitely an attention-seeker. Maybe angling for some money, too. Well the defense has plenty. Maybe they’ll pay him to point out whoever they want to blame this month. Or maybe he wants superstar criminal defense attorney hozebag to defend him on an appeal! LOL!
I sure hope someone puts this stupid thing down quickly so people don’t get the wrong idea. The trial is still almost a year away and peoples’ minds can change and new people come along who don’t know all the background.

The inmate said at the end of the letter if no one responds to his letter by August 15 he would just take the information to his grave with him.
I wonder if anyone responded? If not I’m sure hosebag will bring this up at trial as if it’s the prosecution’s fault somehow that he didn’t tell. There are no depths low enough for this defense team to go.

sounds like this guy is infatuated with m or he just wants some attention, he stated in his letter that m boyfriend had just been released from prison for molestation, if there was any truth to this at all bozo would have jumped oon this from the start,im supprised g&c havent allready been to visit him, what a joke!
