They are people who have a bill to pay today and choose between bouncing a check or paying overdraft fees, late bill payment penalties or credit card late fees, asking family for money or pledging personal possessions as collateral. 
If this choice is taken away, what will people that use and need these services do? Bounce more checks at their bank, incur nsf fees, get their utilities shut off? Customers deserve choices and do not want others making financial choices for them.</description>

The real underlying issue is who should decide how much is too much?
