		<description>The chinese proverb from this article really hit me, especially the very end. "If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody else." Then that made me think...instead of asking myself  &lt;a href="http://www.happytipz.com/2010/12/how-to-be-happy.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;how to be happy&lt;/a&gt;, I should ask myself how can I help somebody else be happy.</description>

But silly me, I thought the aim of life was not to "be happy" but "to know, love and serve God, and our neighbor".

Happiness is not an aim, but a side effect of such a life.</description>
