Whatever the story may be, MISTY knows what and where that baby is. If I was RON, I’d find out what happend to my little girl, even if I had to bite it out of Misty I’d find out what or where Haliegh is.When they do find Haliegh and they do find out that Misty had something to do with her dissapents she should be hung…Haliegh is five years old what could she have done so bad for you to have taken her away from her family?
RON is a peace of shit aswell as MISTY, what was he think when went off and married her? And if Misty was seeing someone els and Haliegh seen who it was couldnt misty had just lied or something. Why let someone take off with youre baby…..WHAT THE FU** IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE DAY?

i believe misty was with someone in the trailer and when haleigh woke up, she saw who it was and said im going to tell my daddy and that is when she was taken away to keep her mouth shute

In case it helps you, Treece, when I think of Haleigh being alive, I think of her being cared for by a branch of the family or a friend of the family - anyway someone (a relation or not) who really cares for her and is kind.

Yes, I do agree. I am thankful Tim Miller is
going to search and for all the attention he will
bring to Haleigh. I so pray the little girl is
ok & not suffering. Sometimes the thought of her
being alive is scarier than if she is dead. It is
past time for this to be resolved. The unknown
is worse than the truth.
I say God bless everyone that is doing anything for Haleigh’s best interest, she needs everyone
to put her first until she is found. Then they
can work out their differences.
I think you & I are on the same page about Haleigh.

treece, I agree with you and I don’t mean to be making a judgement about Cobra’s legal situation. In fact I’ve always believed he acted in good faith.

It seems to me that Haleigh’s disappearance has resulted in huge blow-ups on blogs and in some mainstream media about all kinds of things and people (mostly people who voluntarily inserted themselves into this case) that just don’t matter to finding Haleigh. And I’m sick of it. Big, long, angry debates pro and con people like Kim Picazaio and Cobra for example. Or “Tim Holmseth” whoever the heck he is.

And now what? Are we going to be subjected to a blog debate (more like another knock-down-drag-out fight) about Tim Miller and EquuSearch? And/or about Mark Nejame? And pick sides and argue about that? And watch a good man like Tim (I believe) and a great organization like EquuSearch (I believe) suffer REAL consequences because of it? I am just sick of this.

would have done things differently if I was in
Cobras place but I don’t know for sure. If I
thought I had the “go ahead” I could have majorly
over reacted on a pervert if I thought he had
Haleigh. Child pervs are the people that I have
the very least patience with.
I don’t blame you for being sensitive to Tim. I didn’t appreciate LP remarks about him either. I don’t even understand why he was on the show when it is about haleign. I think he did so much damage for caylee’s justice by letting that woman out. Teresa Neves said she didn’t think Misty(with a 7th grade education) could fool the whole police department. It doesn’t take an education to be cunning and not remember anything. I doubt she has been fooling LE, anyway, they just need some proof to close the case.

If everyone around Ronald wasn’t so afraid of his violence, people might be talking more, and this case might get solved.

Ronald: setlle down! Misty: don’t drag this out any longer, you have to be miserable, and you are wasting your life! The truth always comes out!

Thank you, Treece! I’m probably a little over-sensitive about Tim and EquuSearch right now because of Leonard Padilla’s rumors and gossip on BNN radio Sunday and innuendos in a recent BNN article.

Cobra is probably a fine guy and very likely had the best of intentions. But from what I’ve read he made a huge mistake - one he should have known not to make since he’s supposed to be a “professional” bounty hunter or whatever. And that’s what got him arrested, temporarily unemployed and out of money. I guess he’s saying that someone purposely misled him into thinking that it was okay to arrest that guy and that it was a big conspiracy involving Kim P and local LE. I don’t know.
But frankly if I were him I’d at least try to get a darn job in the meantime (of some kind)or if I was allowed to go back to my home state I’d go there and try to get a job. I would definitely not be on the radio begging for handouts. There are so many many people and families in this country right now who cannot work or feed their children (and have too much pride and self-respect to beg) that I have a problem sending money to a big strapping healthy guy like him. But that’s just me. Obviously people can send money to whomever they like and Cobra’s entitled to hold his tin cup out on every show he can get on.
I just don’t have to admire it and I don’t.

m2c, I’m sorry that upset you, no cut to anyone
intended. I don’t personally know either man.
From what I have seen & read, I too, respect Tim
very much. It seems he has a pure heart and has
had such a personal loss of his own.
Also, from what I have read Cobra has had a heart for Haleigh & has been out there with his
time & money trying to find her & has cost him
a personal loss of his income & ability to make
a living. I also thought Cobra might have some
insight on locations since he has already been
in the area searching. Just explaining that I

They probably announced it now because they (Tim and Mark) had just been asked to do another search plus it was Haleigh’s birthday so a great time to announce it among all the other publicity. I am disappointed too that it won’t be for another few months but at least they’re planning on searching again.
Treece, I can’t even imagine “Cobra” “working” with Tim other than being a volunteer scouring the bushes. Very likely Cobra will do that and I admire him for it but other than that I don’t know what Cobra has to contribute to EquuSearch.
Sorry, but seeing those two names in the same sentence kind of upsets me. I think very highly of Tim. Cobra’s okay but nowhere near the calibre of man that Tim is.

I don’t know why they announced it so early unless it is to get volunteers organized and
work on researching locations. I understand
your frustration, it seems this case has been
hurry up & wait from the beginning. It is
a sad situation.
I wish they would get Cobra back in there to
work with Tim Miller but I know that is not
going to happen. I don’t think Cobra can go

I read that volunteers could help in 4-8 weeks.
They are not starting the search until then
because they can not do a good search with as
much vegetation as there is right now. I read
that in a few weeks alot of that vegetation will
have died off and have a better chance of success. Hope this answers your questions.

“Cleared” is a pretty strong word that does not appear in the article itself. LE has always made this clear:

No one has been cleared.
No one has been named a suspect or POI
No one has a rock-solid alibi.

The statement “not considered a suspect” does not mean that everyone is not still under a watchful eye.

I’ve really thought about it and I’m not at all surprised that lil ol’ Misty can hold out against LE like she has. After all, she’s gotten her way since dropping out of school in 7th grade. No one has held her accountable, gotten her to stay in school, stay off drugs, stop partying, get a “real” job, or even living with an older man (against the law).

Misty was all of 16 years old when Haleigh went missing. Misty had gotten her way up until then by doing as she pleased. And she got her way after that, too. She marryied Ron.

So what exactly in Misty’s life experience would make her think that she could not continue to do whatever she wants? Nothing. She’s be “rewarded” with “success” (her own way) all her life.
I can’t think of anyone who is better equipped to withold the truth and bog down this investigation than she is.

Another thing that has really worried me about this case: Haleigh has Turner Syndrome and needs a breathing machine at times, and none of the family is advising whoever took her on the special needs of a child with Turner Syndrome. If this were my child, I would be advising people how to take care of her on every interview that I was on. I know she must have some special needs. Everyone in the family seemed to give-up on her from the start.

I knew something was (really) wrong with Misty’s story when she started talking so much about Haleigh’s wetting on her blanket. She has talked more about that than the child missing. Yet, Crystal and Marie were shocked and said she hadn’t wet the bed in 2 years! A mother and grandmother would know.

If an accident happened to Haleigh that night, who had Misty’s van? (Her bother) The van had been moved and had a scratch put on it that night.(Strange co-incidence) Who would park by the railroad tracks(where the dogs stopped) and be willing to help Misty move Haleigh before Ron got home? Has Ron figured something out? Is that why he is threatening Misty’s brother?

I think that Texas Equusearch should only look for Haleigh Cummings as a living person–meaning, don’t look for her as if she were deceased. I understand that its all volunteer work but I think a lot of time and resources would be wasted in a ground search for her.
I think she’s alive in Texas and about 4 hours west of Dickinson by the way–as a shamanistic sort I know she’s alive but nowhere near Florida now. She’s in Texas of all places.

heres one more, maybe chad griffis was involved and he was also interrupted and couldnt get both kids out of the house.
chad not knowing the area got lost and ended up walking in circles until he found his way to the tracks where a car was waiting for him.
people on crack plan and do stupid things. maybe crystal really is invovled and marie dont know it. after hearing yesterdays show my mind is really going.

heres a theory.
maybe ron asked misty to go get him some drugs before he gotr home and misty told ron haleigh wasnt asleep and ron told misty to take her thats why haleighs blanket was found in the van.
lets say when misty went to get the drugs she didnt have money to pay and said ron would pay when he got home, so they drug dealer told misty to leave haleigh and ron got home he could pay him/her when he got home and pick up haleigh. maybe ron got pissed and discided to call the law but thought better of it once he did and things went bad from there.

heres another theory, maybe someone was paid to get misty out of the house while someone snuck in to take both kids and they were interriputed because misty got scared and came home sooner than they thought, plus if haleigh had been wet from peeing the bed it took longer to move things along because him/her had to change haleigh.

Maybe I have read too many accounts of the “facts” but I can’t believe Ronald has been cleared. How many witnesses saw Haleigh between 8 & 10 on the night of 2/9 - besides Ronald’s mother or grandmother? Also, he never felt a need to marry any woman/girl in the past - why Misty? I think they (Ronald & Misty) are both responsible. He lost his temper, killed poor Haleigh and Misty helped cover it up. I am not sure how the truth will come out. Again, I read so many things I am not sure what to believe but is it true that 3 people claimed they picked Haleigh up from school on the 9th? I think Misty picked her up, they went home, a fight between Misty & Ronald ensued and Haleigh got in the way. It is all so sad.

Misty needs to come clean NOW before it’s too late ( and in some sense it is ). I just hope that she doesn’t run and disappear before telling what she knows . So if someone does know what the girl was doing that night , please step forward before the nation is looking for Misty and not just Haleigh . The truth will be coming out soon.. It just shows that the police up there are doing something they just been keeping it tight lid on the matter. If Ron isnt a suspect then how can he sit by and support Misty someone who was with his daughter last and then marry the girl. That doesnt make no sense and to me is very fishy. Misty come forward be honest with the truth to where this beautiful precious child of God is. You may even feel better about yourself and able to sleep at night if you allow yourself to have a heart and tell the truth to where Haliegh is. You hold the key to this come clean its time so Crystal can have answers to where he daughter is….
If Ron isnt involved then you need to have your wife to come clean with everything, if you arent able to sleep at night its cause you have a guilty concusions so come clean…..
