We will be running our regular Sunday program at 3pm Central. Once again the focus will be on the Haleigh Cummings case. Our panel is still being formalized but will likely be the Barrett clan, TJ Hart or the Sky 97.3, William “Cobra” Staubs, And Denny Griffin. I have been in touch with Art Harris who is currently in California working on another case, and he is going to try and join us, time permitting.
The Haleigh Cummings case took a few bizarre twists this week, and I am sure the panel is going to have lots to talk about.
Ronald Cummings managed to spend some quality time cooling his heels in jail following a confrontation with his brother in law. There is also the headless rat incident, a harmless prank, or some true feelings coming to the surface?
The big news though, was Fridays announcement that Mark NeJame and Tim Miller may well be back in the game. This is being spun as a ‘good thing’. Time will tell on that one. There are some murky questions that I for one would love to get to the bottom of. There are two very different accounts of why Tim Miller pulled his team out when they first started searching for Haleigh Cummings. The popular one is that Law Enforcement asked him to cease and desist. Was this really the case? Or is there another explanation? Certainly some sources are citing a very different reason, and one that if true would be very unfortunate.
Mark NeJame is also an interesting character, a well known Orlando lawyer and businessman. He is best known for representing the Anthony family in the early days of the Caylee Anthony case. NeJame is no-ones fool, he is a sharp cookie, and did not get where he is today by working for free. I have some pet theories, but will keep them to myself for the time being. The one thing I will say is that where Mark NeJame goes, some other characters have a nasty habit of popping up.

I know Cobra insists that Sheriff Hardy says he did not ask Tim to leave, and maybe he didn’t, but someone down there did. There is a quote by Tim in the media saying so. I will try to find it for you. Maybe Cobra is right and some of Hardy’s people didn’t/don’t communicate with him about things they should.
Wonderful news and a positive step forward. Simon, I hope your sources are not going to try to bash TES or Nejame.

Mark NeJame is an honorable man and so is Tim. This is a blessing that they are getting involved in this case. I am looking forward to seeing the presser Monday AM.
I agree that it’s wonderful that Tim Miller and EquuSearch are going to look for Haleigh again.
I just wish they’d been able to look longer the first time they were there. (I do not think that leaving when they did was Tim’s choice but I don’t know for sure).
Anyway, after the “beating” Tim took during the search for Caylee Anthony with Sindee angrily railing at him and a couple of volunteer searchers planting fake evidence, and now being called by hosebag as a “material witness” in that case, it amazes me that Tim would ever set foot in the state of Florida again. If it was me, I’d just cross that state off my list. His group is much needed and greatly appreciated in a lot of other places.
So I sure hope that his return does not open the gates to rumor or bashing against him or his organization.

Simon, I am shocked you let leonard lie on your program! First, Le told leonard they searched Little Econ and that the SOIL SAMPLES in the car were not a match to Little Econ area. Leonard knew she was not there. Second, TES was $40,000 in the hole after the Caylee search, taken out of his own pocket! Third, Nancy Grace did not give Tim $100,000. Leonard on TV said please donate $5 to TES and he received donations from the viewers. Leonard wants to take credit for that. Fourth, Leonard was riding on TES coattails for publicity. Fifth, Leonard ran a scam on his website collecting donations for TES, TES never received. He got caught red handed! I love your show, but shame on you

I was just listening to the chat from today.How about looking on Tim Miller’s website and see he also looks for living people,before you say something,hello,check it out?Tim Miller has found many missing people and for Padilla who just looks for the next tv show,to criticize Tim when Tim has lost a daughter and dedicated his life to finding the missing,is disgusting.Padilla is a media hound and does noone any good.I cracked up laughing when he was trashing Tim and saying that Tim was looking for media attention.I can’t believe how unprofessional Padilla is mocking a man’s name,also.He’s a silly man and gives everybody a laugh and noone takes seriously.

All I can say is that I am very glad that Tim knows a good lawyer like Mark Nejame and I hope they both take every opportunity to go after everyone who defames Tim’s name and that of EquuSearch wrongly.

Good show today! I appreciated all of you sticking closer to the happenings in Satsuma, Fl. and not so much about KP., Garden, and such.
I was really shocked, if I heard right, that Leonard and Cobra thought the Anthony case would never come to trial and Casey would get off with a $500.00 fine for unlawful burial. What??? Surely not!!! Did I hear that right?
I would like for all of you to backtrack and go over some of the facts surrounding the case and give us your updated perspective on things like: the gun found in a ditch. Why would anyone steal a gun from Ronald and leave it laying in a ditch? Another thing since I don’t believe anyone that might be involved in Haleigh’s disappearance is smart enough to run around in circles to throw the dogs off, could someone have been in a panic? Was it dark and cold by 7:00 p.m. when Annette Sykes said she saw the kids eating outside on the porch? Why were they outside so late? Was the washing machine running when LE got there? Who would report a child missing and then start the washer? Knowing what you know now as opposed to what you knew back at the beginning, I would like to hear an overview of what you think about the facts, now.

After hearing some of the nonsense that Leonard Padilla has spewed over the last year on the Nancy Grace show and other “venues” I am convinced that he says things mostly for their “shock” value. I guess he thinks (and maybe he’s right) that it makes him a more desirable guest on shows (where he gets lots of publicity)because the audience gets all excited about it.
I’ve been giving him the benefit of the doubt and just letting it go UNTIL NOW. Smearing Tim Miller with personal attacks, rumor and unfounded accusations is going so far over the top that this is the end for me and Lenny (not that he cares, of course).
I don’t care what he says. Because now I know him to be a slimey, gossipy, rumor-mongering, dirty-fighting, low-blow, stab you in the back kind of guy. (And I had thought pretty highly of him before - in spite of what lots of people were saying at the time.)
He’s nothing. Just nothing but a big mouth blowing hot air under a big black hat. And he can take that mouth and his hat and shove ‘em. I’ll never give any credence to what he says again. He’s lost all my respect. He’s nothing.
Oh, to clarify something I said above. I “let it go” because I didn’t think it was doing any harm to anyone (at least the things I heard him say over the past year).
But what he’s doing now is causing harm (to Tim) and that’s just not even remotely acceptable to me.
Neither is it acceptable to me. I’ve called you on this before, when are you going to discuss the facts in this case, and stop putting on hacks like Staubs and now Padilla? Come ON! GMAB guys, there are so many facts in this case and Caylee’s case as well as so many others, you should have reems and reems of data available to you, instead, you go with Staubs and Padilla?
This show won’t have a chance in hell at continuing, you will lose all your viewers.
This isn’t a play, this is a true crime topic, that invovles a little girl. A missing, most likely DEAD little Girl.
Ask Ronald. Why don’t you have him or his teenage bride on the show? Now that would be a good show, Simon.
Think about it. Are you doing this for coverage, exposure, or for the truth?
Usually those interested in JUSTICE only are interested in one thing: THE TRUTH
No matter what that truth may turn out to be.
