Another continent would be great. John Hoff is one of the most insane, demented, mental cases this city has had to deal with. The good people of Grand Forks, North Dakota voted him out of office through a special election held just to get him off the city council due to his disruptive, unethical behavior. No one will hire this loser, so he sits on his overweight ass and uses the internet to harass and intimidate people all day. The poorest of the city are his usual victims. Believe me, if any branch of our military accepts John Hoff, they are scraping the scum off the bottom of the barrel. John Hoff with weapons is a disaster waiting to happen. But hey, as long as it gets him out of Minnesota, they can have him. Please send him to the Middle East.
