These payday loan places have taken advantage of alot of people and spend all that money they make to hire lobbyist that shove money down political pockets. 36% cap would keep the if fair for everyone.</description>

		<description>This is not a job killer, this a saver for people who can not get out of debt!!!  The employees make quite a bit of money and this is paid by the customers who the payday companies do not care about. I just heard that Check n Go is threatening their managers if they do not get 25 customers to sign a petition to keep the payday companies in business that they will lose their jobs!!  So close the payday's down, because they will lose their jobs anyway!!!</description>
