		<description>I do share there views. As a student of Information Security in India, I feel very strongly at how digital signatures are mis-managed in India.
To give an example, a private bank sends details of purchase of shares (it is also a demat &#38; trading facility) and claims that it is digitally signed.
But an important part of Digital Signatures are that the PUBLIC key of the signanat should be available securely to EVERYONE.
There is no way to verify the signature, and the format is not compliant with widely used software such as OpenPGP.</description>
