I think Misty is so frightened of Ron and struggling with herself because she knows what happened. They release the lie detector questions and the deception % of each and on the last question if she knew where she was she was only 42% sure. I have a theory about what happened. It fits with all of the evidence thus far. I just have to speak my mind. I really think that the whole thing was an accident. Ron could have lost his temper before work and could have hurt her fataly. Before Ron goes to work they put haleigh in on her little matress. Jr. doesnt suspect anything… nor the the grandmother. Misty waits for rons friend (the black man he was hanging around with and that jr. reported possibly seeing) they put the brick by the door as to not wake Jr. and Misty gets help getting the body out of the house:( explaining why maybe she is not sure what exactly happened to her. Ron’s friend desposes of little haleigh… It’s sad and only a theory. I’d much rather like to see this sweet little girl come home alive

The Judy Lucia mentioned in the THolmseth atrticle as the dog handler also posts at WS as BLStarke. Her posts there claim that Jeremiah Reagan’s dad took a swipe at her dog with a machete. Her dog is a therapy dog and is not a certified cadaver K-9. If asked to produce the scent product she trained Gunny for cadaver work with I wonder if she could produce legitimate cadaver material. The THolmseth article conveniently skirts the fact that Lucia’s dog is not a certified cadaver dog. The skirting of this fact has not been missed by some. Never underestimate the readers comprehension abilities. Sometimes it is not what is said but what is NOT said.

I will only say this once. I will not see this site dragged down into the garbage that the various other sites covering this case have become. I have no problem closing comments again.

heehee unlike other sites we do not comment on the abilities of their moderators. That is not to say that we approve, more that it is nothing to do with us. We may not agree with what is said elsewhere, but we do not respond.

The only further response from me will be to shut down the comments again.

I do not expect everyone to agree with our views, but I do expect everyone to be adult about their comments, please show respect for other people.

wtxyz, you’re about as accurate as ksue and her daughter, which is pretty much 0. Sounds like sour grapes if you ask me. m2c, ksue can’t help herself. If there’s no attention on her, she’ll do whatever she has to to bring it back ’round. That’s how she rolls. She’s done absolutely nothing for Haleigh beyond creating more sideshows, and trying to grab the limelight. What happened to all the proof you had that Mike P paid Crystal’s child support, ksue? Oh, that’s right. You didn’t realize you needed actual proof if you were going to libel someone on tape. Understandable.

I’m sorry if someone is bashing you, ksue. But if they are doing it on another site, could you please respond to them there instead of here? We’ve had more than our share of fights and unpleasantness at BNN. Plus I don’t know (or want to know) what it’s about because I don’t go to any other sites. So if someone starts a fight with you on another site could you respond to them there please?
Perhaps I’m out of the loop on this and somehow BNN is more involved. But I did not see anything in this comments section that related to your comment so that’s why I suggested what I did. Thanks, ksue!

May I ask the obvious? Why the heck is Cobra going to be on your show today? He has not been in the County of Putnam in months. To have us believe he has a team of investigators there is quite a ridiculous claim that no one but Tim Holmseth would believe.

What could Cobra possibly contribute to a conversation about the investigation of Haleigh Cummings at this juncture?

Love BNN, but clearly this guy has been disgraced, run out of town by law enforcement, and has never come through. But most importantly, he has ZERO information for us, unless it is over 2.5 months old. Can we move on to someone to may be able to contribute more to the show? Thank you.

It is people like you, Becca and Tim, that are the circus. You have hurt the investigation of Haleigh by making idiotic claims that no one believes, authorities have discarded as ridiculous time after time, but you continue to try to stir the pot.

Becca a/k/a Rebecca Thomas has created the same circus atmosphere in the Anthony case. She must have no other life than to invade high media cases, and create havoc. Google “becca”, the blogger, and you’ll see what I mean.

Leave these investigations alone, Becca. You are the one that creates the problem, while you attempt to blame others with your fantastic claims and conspiracy theories. And now you’ve got bed fellow Tim H, who is crazy as a loon, and will put them out there for you. One of my thoughts that keep poping up in my head, and maybe ya’ll can discuss this, what I think a very plausable theory…or not. Just wanted to throw this out there and say..”what if this is what happened”
Since you think maybe she is alive,…is she hidden and thats the crime? And they have her hidden to protect her from something? Meaning, could it be that Ron, his family staged this whole thing to look like a kidnapping, and now, its so out of control (because “we” wont let it go) that they now cant reunite with her? Either they did this for money, or because they wanted to keep someone else from having or getting her? Just wondering. I still say CS & family had nothing to do with this. The answers are within Misty, yes. However, keep in mind that Ronald is the main player behind it all. Misty is merely keeping the secret, hence reaping the rewards of her silence by her “having her man”. Just a thought, think about it.

TJ, if you ever get up to Frankenmuth Michigan, actually its Birchrun, theres a little ol restaurant called TONYS (Famous!) and they serve up an entire pound of bacon on top of every meal! This case has had malicious activity from the beginning and it all has not been online.

This is an active investigation. Because we don’t hear information or the news media is not receiving information does not in any way mean law enforcement is not diligently working on this case.

Would you rather have law enforcement rush to make an arrest without finding Haleigh for the sake of the media, or is your preference to have law enforcement find Haleigh while building an air tight case against anyone responsible for her disappearance/harm so that the person(s) responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law? I personally want Haleigh found and the air tight case.

I have followed what little information we have been given by the police in this case. A couple things come to mind that I still can’t figure out…the grandmother came to the house the night the child went missing around 8PM. Supposedly, both kids were at the house. The grandmother leaves; around 10PM the kids are in the bed asleep; five hours later the little girl goes missing? That Misty girl is responsible and we all know it.

What we do know is that the Orlando police department made immediate discoveries after Caylee was missing 30 days. The interogators cut Casey no slack and they knew immediately she was lying and locked her up. The little girl in Michigan found last month in a block of cement on the side of the river bank was discovered in just a few days after reported missing; the little two year old baby in Indiana was found in just a few days after the druggy cousin and her boyfriend killed her. We are not talking about super smart people here. That Misty and Ron do know something and did something to that child. If the questioning was tougher one of them should have cracked already.

I agree it has been much to long,the keep acting as if it is an abuduction,which means she is still alive then why have they not found her?And if poor little Misty knows were she is why don’t she just tell?Rons family thinks so highly of Misty it seems they care more for her than Haleigh because the very person that lost the child in the first place, is being so well taken care of by the father(Ron),instead of finding his child.And asking for people to give their hard earned money to live on.Which is bull,he has a family that can support his lazy but.He don’t want to work anyways.He had just went to work a short time before his daughter came up missing.I really fell he knows more than he is saying,and all those tears were not so real.I wish he and that Misty person would come clean and tell the truth.Try the hooking him and Misty again to see if they are lying now maybe it want come out the same as the first time.Maybe they should look in every yard with in 75 miles,and look deep into the St Johns river and water ways.Places where only the gators would go.Throw big rakes in that river.Little girl with cinder blocks tied to feet can go very deep in that river,the water is dark and cold.And if they find her there,they should do the same to the person or persons that done that to her.Punishment should fit the crime.I just pray she is alive and well,and she can tell what really happen that night,and Misty goes down,and Ron loses those children and never gets to see his children again for letting a druggie like that take care of those sweet babies.Send them home to their Mom.Sorry but I am so mad that just like the Anthony child they have let this go to long and will most likely end very bad and sad.Sounds like a back woods bunch of so called sheriff dept. again.
