Satsuma, Florida- Let me welcome you one and all to circus Haleigh, the mess that her search effort has become. More than three rings this circus features characters who are less then to be desired. Haleigh Cummings was last seen around 8:30pm on February 9, 2009, she was reported missing at 3:30am February 10, 2009. She was last seen by her babysitter now stepmother Misty Croslin-Cummings. It is still unknown the exact time of her disappearance or the identity of her abductor. It is also still unknown what Haleigh was wearing at the time of her disappearance. Over five months have passed since she disappeared, and we are no closer to the truth in the Haleigh Cummings disappearance than we were on February 10, 2009.
Misty is a brick wall, useless in the most common sense. What is it she is lacking in comprehension to lay down a credible, solid timeline for the hours in question leading up to Haleigh’s disappearance? Is it just plain old non cooperation? Inquiring minds would like to know Mrs Croslin-Cummings? Now it is no secret what Misty was involved in just days prior to Haleigh’s disappearance. If I may refresh your memory she was partying down with Kristina Prevatt aka Nay Nay, Amber Brooks, and Greg Page aka White Boy Greg, riding high on coke, weed, pills, and alcohol, quite the combination for such a little girl, Misty is only seventeen mind you. Haleigh and her younger brother Jr. were left in the care of a teenage girl who led a very, very questionable lifestyle. In my honest opinion, Misty was not mentally capable of caring for children.
I hold Ronald Cummings somewhat accountable for allowing a person in Misty’s condition to care for his children. I will no longer bite my tongue, what merry sunshine I had has run empty. I do not buy for one second Ron was unaware of Misty’s lifestyle prior to Haleigh’s disappearance. Sure its all fine and dandy no one remembers Haleigh long enough to quit their own drama.
Heart breaking, I find it hard to keep solid footing on this report. What was once a brave, valiant effort full of pioneers leading the way, has become a cesspool of trash talking scourge, not worth a nickel peep show. I no longer pay any mind to them or the hot air that blows between their lips. There is a weight on my chest I can no longer bare. Haleigh Cummings is not what she has been made out to be, by these self serving vultures.
Excuse me, if I may beg your pardon, your attention please. WHERE IS HALEIGH CUMMINGS? Those who claim to be out searching for her are doing no more then sitting around running their mouths. Planting flowers of deceit amongst the innocent, who are only trying to lend a hand in Haleigh’s search effort. Or should I say sending out the mole army in the Haleigh community.
Ever since I took a stance of silence and bowed out of other avenues of her search, I sit quietly and listen. Let me fill you all in on something, no one has the first clue as to what happened or where she is. Well I’m sure someone does, but those on the searching end of the case have not the first clue as to where she is. I have to giggle and shake my head at the lack of accomplishments in her search.
If Haleigh is alive she is most certainly underground, hidden from prying eyes. If she is alive, see ever since I sit quietly and listen, chatter is abound. Haleigh could very well be deceased. A reality that has set deep inside my soul. My heart is done now, it has released it’s hold on little Haleigh, back to business.
It was a waste of valuable time and resources to search the horse farm in Baker County. A search requested by Crystal’s family to clear them of any suspicion. What? Ok let’s see here, if I am innocent and give my word that is good enough. It was rather pleasant sitting on pins and needles while they searched for a body that Crystal’s family knew damn well wasn’t there. They all knew that Haleigh’s body wasn’t there, they knew that investigators were only going to dig up the rotting corpse of a damn horse, and dredge an empty pond. Please the things that ran through my mind regarding the search.
Now I’m not saying Crystal or her fine family have anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance, but why not request the search directly after her disappearance or a week sooner than what it was? Their request was only a waste of time, and energy that could of been focused on more needy causes. I dont see the need to spend all that tax payer dollars on something they knew was going to turn out the way it turned out, another run around, more show. Whatever the reasons behind it make absolutely no sense at all. The only question I have is how does that search clear them of any suspicions? They are all suspicious to me from daddy Ron’s choice in daycare provider, all through the sewers to the nonsense search of the property in Baker County. As usual we are destined to hurry up and play the waiting game, JOY.
Haleigh Cummings is a five year old girl, she is approximately three feet tall and weighs approximately thirty nine pounds. Haleigh has curly blonde hair and brown eyes, she has a birthmark on her left cheek. Haleigh Ann Marie Cummings my be disquised now due to wanting to keep her identity completely secret. While I get what you are trying to point out in your article, and agree with most points, did you have to refer to this as Circus Haleigh? I attribute circus with fun and laughs and I doubt very much that Haleigh is either having fun nor laughing right about now. The other thing that was distressing was to see anyone who has an interest at all in the well being and safety of children be able to actually put in words for the world to see a statement such as “My heart is done, it has released its hold on little HaLeigh, back to business”… just imagine if everyone following this case and those just caring about children in general would all feel that way…who would these innocent children have to depend on then? The fact that this case has been allowed to turn into a circus is not HaLeigh’s fault and she certainly does not deserve to have people give up on her because of it! It’s upsetting enough to know that it is 5 months and we haven’t heard a thing about this little girl, and since we all know that she did not just vanish into thin air, but to think that people are starting to let go and give up on her is doubly upsetting! Why don’t we take that “business as usual” attitude and put it to use in putting some pressure on the ones who can make a difference in the progress of this case and overall safety of all of the children!..I am sure that would make one feel much better at the end of the day anyway.

I’m saddened by this article. I’m saddened that you are closing your heart to Haleigh. I don’t know you, but I’ve read some of your posts and certainly heard you on Simon’s broadcasts. Seems to me you have had a large hand in turning this into a Circus. Your inappropriate laughter and cursing have done nothing to further a resolution to this sad case. I’m disappointed that you would post this on BNN, where Simon and Jan have promised to follow this case to the end. Perhaps you are correct, it’s time for you to move on to something you can “open your heart” for.

I knew Kim was up to no good from about the second week she was there in Satsuma. Now I will tell you the truth but I ask the same of you about confidentiality, the person that was actually sleeping with Jeremiah was Kim, not Crystal. Not to say that she was not attracted to him she was but they both knew what that would do at Crystal chance of getting her kids. He is very ashamed about what happened between him and Kim, claimed she got him drunk and I wouldn’t put it past her, she always kept him from being at HBC especially when Crystal was there. As far as being uneducated, she is gonna learn how uneducated I really am, we are working on getting a new laywer if this one doesn’t pan out we’ve got another. If push comes to shove I’ll call Cobra he says he has 2 that is willing to take the case. There are a lot of things I am learning about Kim and Family that have to do with personal fianaces and I don’t see how she had the money to spend on the HBC center. As far as I know her husband paid April and I paid Kim the money back and then May he paid rent, lights and phone because I wanted it moved and she didn’t. Busted her little fling up I guess. If she has lost that much money it’s money on Hotel Rooms and money they gave Cobra which was a sum of about 7500 and 2 child support payments, don’t know how much they where.
I have ask her 10 times to file change of custody papers and she says we have to wait until DCF finishes there case first that’s BS and she knows it. So know I’m wondering just who she is really working for. I think she is playing both sides of the fence. If she has information like that about HaLeigh then she is in with Ron and his family. I have often ponder about that, everything she has done is fishy to me. Got some more info I gave to the Police yesterday if it pans out she might just be in a crack herself or should I say like Cobra a jail cell. I believe firmly what goes around comes around and it’s a comin’ just sit back and watch. That’s what I’m gonna do, not really I’m concentracting on finding HaLeigh, but I will watch Kim.
If you have anyhting else on her please don’t hesitate to tell me I don’t tell Crystal alot of things because she is to fragile right know, unless I need to get her pissed so she will fight, but Ron’s doing that for me.
