What a joke that “show” was- The Forensic Expert would not even go so far as giving her opinion all she would say was…”I was not at the crime scene”. I just wanted to know if in her opinion the dispersal of the remains across the site and the vegetation/root growth more or less confirmed that Caylee had been intact and put there somewhere around the middle of June…

The Ant’s are helping all the poor missing children at the Cleveland Clinic.. the nurses must be so thankful to be able to find their patients again… although it didn’t look like the admins in the picture had much patience with George and Sindy.

If Casey is the Mother of the Year and so innocent why aren’t the Anthony’s visibly looking for another person who committed the crime???? Oh I forgot…. silly me… They are too busy fund raising and not working and paying their bills and fishing and being on vacation … How dumb of me …..

Tons of people are making money off the tragedy of little Caylee’s death. I think the internet communities stand up for Caylee when sadly it should be her own family first and foremost.

We must prevail in justice for Caylee.

WPBGgirlie, your post says it all as far as I’m concerned. There wasn’t half the circumstantial evidence in the Laci and Connor Petersen murder case that the prosecution has in the Caylee Anthony case, and Ole Scotty boy is waiting to die for his evil deed!!!!!Justice for Caylee!!!!!!!!

Apparently some are impressed with Michelle’s party-planning skills. She should stick to that. It doesn’t appear that Blog Talk Radio has a crime, death, or murder category, so Michelle picked “Life” to discuss Caylee, which is something Caylee hasn’t had for a while and here’s to hoping Casey won’t have for long.

Why Casey Will Get the Death Penalty

When George and Cindy Anthony and their son Lee first heard the detail about the heart-shaped sticker placed over Caylee’s mouth, they immediately recognized this as the same game Casey had played with her little girl before. This will come out in a bombshell deposition or when they take the stand in the murder trial.

Here is an example of what George, Cindy and Lee remembered:

On the day of the murder Casey put the sticker on Caylee’s face in order to trick the girl into wanting to see herself in the mirror, when actually it was to get the duct tape over her mouth to silence her screams.

If the jury agrees, Casey will surely get the death penalty under Florida law:

§ 921.141(5)(h): The capital felony was especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel.

§ 921.141(5)(i): The capital felony was a homicide and was committed in cold, calculated and premeditated manner without any pretense of moral or legal justification.

§ 921.141(5)(l): The victim of the capital felony was a person less than 12 years of age.

§ 921.141(5)(m): The victim of the capital felony was particularly vulnerable because the defendant stood in a position of familial or custodial authority over the victim.

The more time that passes between now and the trial, the more likely Casey will get the death penalty as it will become increasingly obvious that the Anthonys are not interested in seeing justice for Caylee. They are interested only in exploiting Caylee’s name and likeness for fundraising purposes.

Great parenting job Sindy and George..justice would be Sindy & Head-Casey having to share a prison cell for putting there own selfish interest Before Calee’s…if HeadCasey is the “gun” that Murdered Calee..Sindy bought-paid for-and loaded that “gun” and should be held accountable for her selfish actions..as children we are told not to tease- poke or antagonize the angry fenced dog because it is dangerous and if given the chance it will attack you back!…a lesson none of the Anthony’s seem to have known or cared about ….knowing what we all know now about ego-freaks poor Calee is much,much better where she is now! Thank G-D that sick-o shallow gene pool is closed for now..unless anyone wants to breed with a parking lot attendant that looks like a skin head busboy that lives with is mommy Cruella De Ville the 2nd.

hmmmm…amazing. When do these A’s ever have time to searh for missing children? How come we never hear about them doing any searches? I can’t imagine how much time they spend trying to get any tv/radio time to announce their foundation website for donations that will have them. It is truely sickening. They didn’t want the autopsy to be released because it was too painful for them? now they are gonna go on a radio show to discuss it? These people should be ashamed of themselves. I have lost any sympathy that I ever had for them. Lies, lies, and more lies. Have they no dignity? apparently they read the blogs and know just how people feel about their lies and yet they continue…reason being, to prey upon kind souls that aren’t privy to their actions. A major protest should go on for every tv/radio/event they try to participate in. “They should be blackballed nationally”

I do not understand why everyone says that there is no smoking gun in the Anthony case. Just because they can’t detect the cause of death? The body was a skeleton. Many many people are convicted of murder with 100 times less evidence than this case - for example Scott Peterson. No evidence AT ALL and he got death.
What more is needed ? film footage of her killing Caylee? The defense almost leads us to believe that Caylee isn’t realy dead at all… I mean they just act like the whole case is a big mistake or joke.
I think there are a dozen smoking guns !
