The Caylee Anthony case has eaten us all up. Months of searching and false accusations from the Anthony camp have resulted in a very sad situation. When little Caylee Anthony was finally found, she was a bag of bones, just bones, encased in a couple of garbage bags. Those bones were found just a few minutes walk from the Anthony home.
Mother Casey Anthony was already in jail, she was the hot suspect, in fact the only suspect. This party girl had seen her last party for a while. The only pole dancing in her life right now is the jail bars.
We live in a wonderful country, innocent until proven guilty. It is a fine concept. Everyone gets their turn in the court room to argue their innocence. Of course poor Caylee has no say in the matter, even in death she had no say. The autopsy report shows that duct tape was placed around her head, covering her mouth. Silent in life, now silent in death!
The evidence against mother Casey Anthony is looking overwhelming, her checkered past, the anecdotal stories by those that know her, and most damning of all, her own statements to police.
Early on in the nonsense Casey Anthony managed to find a no-name lawyer to represent her, one Jose Baez, he hardly has a stellar career, and from a criminals perspective he is about the last person that anyone facing serious charges would want representing them. He has one death trial to his name, and his client is currently cooling his heels in jail on a very long sentence. Actually I seem to recall that this ‘ex’ client is appealing the sentence and citing lawyer incompetence.
Jose Baez has made quite the name for himself with the Caylee Anthony case, supposedly all for free! Of course, Jose Baez cannot do it all by himself, he has acquired a whole raft of ‘free’ help. One of the major problems Baez faced was that when the prosecution put the Death Penalty back on the table, he needed to find some ‘free’ expertise. That help came in the form of Dr. Andrea Lyon.
The trial was set to start in October, but guess what? Lyon’s teaching schedule at De Paul University does not fit into that time frame. What a crock! Why did she take on the case knowing full well that the date had been set? The judge should have told her to turn up, or find someone else.
This is a case that defies logic. Everyone has lawyers, even the lawyers have lawyers and spokesman. If poor Caylee had had a pet hamster, you can bet that the hamster would have a lawyer, spokesman, and a PR company by now!
Baez and his poison dwarfs should be ashamed of themselves. Get this trial moving forward. Postponing it till January does nothing but annoy people. Justice needs to be done, not delayed. No doubt in January we will see more delaying tactics, “Judge the dog ate my notes”.
I say BS, enough of the BS in this case, it is time to get it on the table, and get it over with.

I think he main reason to postpone the trial is that Baez hopes people will be forgetting about Casey.
The Anthony’s did everything they can in their own twisted way to taint the jurypool.
Well that didnt work out so what can you do next?
Postpone and hope that by the time a jury is selected people softened up on the edge’s?
To me and that is entirely my opinion Baez is postponing in the hope that by the time this case goes to court several other horrific things will have happened and people wont be as harsh as they are now towards Casey.
But in my heart of heart I think he will be very sadly mistaken in this one.
Evidence is evidence and if you are start reading into this case now you will be just as disgusted as people who are reading in on this case from the very beginning.
So he can delay it as many times as he wants, Casey will get what she deserves.!@

Yes, I believe also that the defense is hoping that with the news now focused on Michael Jackson and other crimes for the remainder of this year, that the public will start to forget about Casey Anthony and she will get rewarded a “get out jail free” card. I feel so sorry and terrible about little Caylee, this poor baby never had a chance to even fight for her life and why is it that these people are fighting for Casey’s life? I don’t get it. I honestly don’t think that a heart is a part of the defense teams body…..not one of them…… Don’t they have children, or nieces and nephews, family that they love? How would they feel if someone did this to their loved one? and yet they defend Casey. I must really have to be stupid.

Justice is supposed to be swift.What a crock!!!Where is all that evidence that Baez stated on national media that he has, that will show his client innocent.It does not exist,just like the “nanny”.In my opinion,all of the dream team have forever ruined what shady reputations they “did” have.We all know from the past,how Dr. Lee can taint a crime scene.Can anyone believe that all the F.B.I. C.S.I.would overlook that many hairs in the trunk???Give me a break!!!Caylee deserves swift justice!!!
Tessa I agree with you on your comment.In my opinion Henry Lee probably got those 17 head hairs from the hair brush that Cindy with held from LE. These people should be ashamed of themselves and so should the judge.This man seems to me to be sort of a not so good judge.
Unfortunately the only word i have left in this case are to a little girl who is now dead. And that is REST IN PEACE, and if there is a heaven she deserves it. she deserves the good that is promised to us all not all this BS. It always seems that people grow concerned about you when you are dead, but alive it seems like no one cares anymore. Ask those millions of homeless people and addicts all around how much the system cares for them. Same in this case. Everyone wants their say but like Simon says she don’t get her say so. But she will.
Lets get to the bottom of this, so little Caylee can fibally have some peace…she deserves it.
I know in my heart that little Caylee is in heaven right now,but if there was even a glimmer of chance that a soul cannot be at peace because of an evil act against God’s laws,my prayer is that the entire Anthony family and the infamos dream team see her beautiful face every time they close their eyes.No peace for them for the rest of their lives!!!My dog died from old age last month,and I still think that I hear him in the house.His presense is every where.How can they all look at the “face in the mirror?”Justice for Caylee!!!

Back in April there was lots of talk about following a money trail. A money trail from someone or several who were rich/mob/mafia involved to Casey’s parents and Casey’s ’scheme team’. A money trail that several people were investigating -Simon for one and a Jeff Payne from another site. Then I stepped away for several months and now I can’t find any information about this. Was the money source ever exposed? What happened????
Did Simon publish the source, the outcome of his investigation? Please, someone a link?

I do not understand why the judge is giving them all the breaks. I know it was said to make sure that there would be no mistakes but come on, if the great Lyon took the case then she should be on time or face contempt charges herself. She knew the time slot when she said yes but I fear her money grubbing mind was thinking more along the lines of a title to her book because we all know that is what is going to happen. All these “free” people are going to be writing. If I was as smart as all the fancy lawyers on this team are, the big guns, then I would not be caught dead sitting second chair beside BOZO. Must be his cologne that draws them in.

Casey made a comment to her mom on the phone from jail, with a sorta proud ring to it “I am in protective custody” you darn stright, she is..no matter what really happen to Caylee, i feel that Casey knows all about it from get go..And hauled the poor darling in the car trunk for a while.. and i believe her parents finally got the truth out of her when she was at home.after a big pity party..they decided to try to cover it up with lies.I feel she will ride the case to the end and then plea bargin..if so , we will never really know what happen to Caylee, but does it matter now..cant bring the lil darling back..and back to what if we could?
Well, it is now in 2011 and guess what? NOone has forgotten about this case…so it did not work.
But now the process of choosing a jury is taking forever, and now there has been a delay that Biaz says, is a private matter. I just don’t get it.

I for one will never forget Caylee Marie…seeing the pictures of her, and hearing all the details of this case. It just seems unreal that someone would not report their child missing. Grandmother says she last saw on June 8th, and it was in July when they reported her missing. And then all the lies that came from Caycee…then they find the body and she is dead. I was so hoping that there really was a Zanny the nanny and that it would prove that the child was alive ! But look what happened. It has touched the hearts of people all over the globe I guess so no, it did not matter that time has gone by. What matters now though, is the judge going to keep stopping for the defense team every time…
And also I forgot to say, that I just saw where there is a juror on the jury (a prospective) that says she cannot find a person guilty…yet the judge says she can stay. The defense loves that…but the state does not. The defense gets their way in sriking jurors it seems. I don’t think it is fair that the state does not get the same respect.
