I surfed the smoking gun for days convinced he was guilty until I realized I really was not getting information about the defense witnesses were saying. You really don't get the transcripts from the cross examination of the accuser . After reading the smoking gun I began to get more trancripts of the trial from other sources. I am still not sure if he was guilty or innocent. I am just saying try to get the transcripts from the entire trial and then reach your conclusion. If you still think he is guilty that is your right.
